Xiaomi has got a number of handy tools under the Wiha brand especially screwdriver sets like the Wiha Electric Screwdrivers with an LED light. There is also the Wiha Precision Screwdriver set and the Wiha 3-in-1 flashlight. The Xiaomi brand recently launched the Wiha Household Toolbox under crowdfunding. The toolbox is now available to snap up in China via the Xiaomi Youpin platform for 1999 yuan ($275). This is slightly higher than the crowdfunding price which is 1699 yuan ($234).

As a reminder, the MIJIA Wiha Household Toolbox contains 60 professional repair tools, including screwdrivers, precision screwdrivers, short handle screwdrivers, ratchet wrenches, hex sockets, wire cutters, needle nose pliers, pliers wrench, hammer, degausser, tape measure, and spirit level. A variety of screwdriver handles are also included in the tool package, including the PicoFinish precision screwdriver handle with a thin handle. By making it simple to rotate the screen driver fast, tiredness will be significantly decreased. There is also the original SoftFinish octagonal handle, which is labor-saving and effectively fits the hand’s palm. Last but not least, the Stubby short-handle shape works well in confined spaces.

The wire cutters’ jaws use a three-point clamping mechanism, which increases clamping stability. The jaws’ maximum hardness is 64 HRC, and they can cut 1.8 mm of spring steel. The wire cutter has DynamicJoint’s proprietary technology, which reduces labor costs when cutting by 20%.

The needle nose pliers also have twill mesh serrations on the jaws, which provide flexibility and stability when clamping and bending objects. The jaws can easily cut different kinds of steel wires since they are composed of C70 high-carbon steel, which has a hardness of roughly 64HRC.

Another outstanding feature of the package is the toolbox. It’s made with high-quality injection molding technology. The L-shaped box is reinforced with ribs, which considerably increases the toolbox’s strength. It also has custom storage space designed to efficiently reduce tool bumps, particularly when carrying the toolbox.

Xiaomi may not officially launch this product outside China but it will likely be available to buy from third-party retailers like Aliexpress soon.
