Back in August, Mobvoi launched the successor to its popular TicWatch GTH called the Mobvoi TicWatch GTH 2. The smartwatch has only been available in China till now. However, the brand has finally launched the TicWatch GTH 2 for global consumers through AliExpress. So let’s take a look at its pricing, offers, and specs.

The TicWatch GTH 2 is now offered on AliExpress for a starting price of US$99; however, for the next 10 or so days, the price will be discounted to US$69.99 as part of the “Fresh Finds” promotion. Additionally, Mobvoi has hinted that it would soon be made accessible through its own first-party store.

The Ticwatch GTH 2 has a square screen like its predecessor, however, the size of the screen has grown by 10% since then. The watch has a larger, higher-quality 1.72-inch screen with a 356 x 400-pixel resolution. The watch’s frame is made of metal, and a 2.5D curved piece of toughened glass protects the screen. The GTH 2 has an IP68 waterproof rating, making it suitable for usage in rainy and other moderately moist environments.

Popular Chinese smartwatch maker Mobvoi has launched a new smartwatch under the GTH series. The new watch is the TicWatch GTH2, a successor to the TicWatch GTH launched last year. The 260mAh battery onboard the smartwatch can deliver up to 10 days of battery life, same as its predecessor.

The Ticwatch GTH2 continues the classic, square screen design of its predecessor but the screen size has increased by 10% compared to the previous generation. The watch packs a bigger 1.72-inch high-definition screen with a resolution of 356×400 pixels. The watch also uses a metal frame while the screen is covered by a 2.5D curved tempered glass. The GTH2 can be used for swimming, in the rain or other moderately wet conditions as it has an IP68 waterproof rating.

The GTH2 equally has built-in dual-mode Bluetooth module for more stability and clearer calls. It supports Bluetooth 5.2 and apart from the ability to answer calls, read messages, and stay online at all times, it also supports voice control.
