Earlier this year, Motorola launched the E13 model in India. The device is a budget smartphone, which launched in two storage configurations. But now, the company is launching a brand new variant that offers higher RAM and internal storage.

Moto E13 8GB + 128GB Pricing & Availability

The Moto E13’s new 8GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration is available in the same colors, namely Cosmic Black, Aurora Green, and Creamy White. It has a price tag of 8,999 INR and will go on sale starting on 16th August 2023. The smartphone can be purchased from Flipkart, the company’s official website, and leading retail stores like My Jio stores and even Jio Mart Digital. Motorola is also offering benefits worth up to 2,500 INR with the purchase of the new E13 variant.

Talking about the device itself, the Moto E13 sports a 6.5-inch LCD panel that has an HD+ resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. Motorola has launched a new affordable and budget E-series smartphone in India. It is the Moto E13. The device had debuted in the global markets last month. The Indian variant comes with similar specifications. The smartphone competes against the likes of the Redmi A1, Realme C30, and more in the market. Read on to know what it offers out of the box.

The Moto E13 features a 6.5-inch display bearing an HD+ resolution with a waterdrop notch and a thick bottom chin. There is a rectangular rear camera module housing a 13MP primary sensor paired with an LED flash. The device lacks a physical fingerprint scanner but relies on face unlock via the 5MP front camera. The smartphone is IP52-certified splash-resistant.

Internally, the Moto E13 is powered by an Unisoc T606 octa-core processor. It is offered in 2GB and 4GB RAM options with both packing 64GB onboard storage expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot. Motorola recently launched the Moto E13 smartphone in Europe. It is an entry-level smartphone from the brand which is expected to debut in other markets soon. One of these markets is India, where the smartphone will launch on February 8.

A microsite on the major Indian e-commerce website Flipkart has confirmed the launch date and some key specifications of the device. Now, a new leak has emerged suggesting that the phone could debut with a price tag below ₹7,000. The leak comes from tipster Debayan Roy who claims that the Moto E13 will have a starting price between ₹6499-6,999.

Currently, it is unclear if Motorola will be offering a 2GB RAM variant of the device in India. So, it appears that this price range will likely apply to the 4GB RAM + 64GB variant. To recall, the Moto E13 has a price tag of 119.99 Euros (roughly $130/ ₹10,600) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option in Europe.

Last week, Motorola launched the super affordable Moto E13 smartphone in Europe and other regions. It has not yet come to India, however, Indian customers won’t have to wait too long to get their hands on this device according to a new leak.

Known tipster Mukul Sharma has tweeted that the Moto E13 will be launching on February 8 in India. Additionally, he informs that the device will be positioned in the sub-10K segment, which essentially means that it will have a price tag below the ₹10,000 mark. The device is already selling in Europe for 119.99 Euros (roughly $130/ Rs. 10,600). Considering that Europe gets their devices a bit overpriced compared to India, it is likely that the smartphone will be priced a fair bit below the ₹10,000 mark. The last bit of information mentions that the device will come to India in a 4GB RAM + 64GB storage configuration.

Spec-wise, the Moto E13 has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display offering an HD+ resolution. Under the hood, it has an entry-level Unisoc Tiger T606 chipset which has been used in various budget range devices in the past. It has two ARM Cortex A75 cores clocked at up to 1.6 GHz and six power-efficient ARM Cortex A55 cores at up to 1.6 GHz.

Motorola is soon going to flood the global smartphone market with its budget and mid-range smartphones. The brand has several G series smartphones in the pipeline, including the Moto G53, Moto G73, Moto G23, and more. In addition, an entry-level smartphone, dubbed Moto E13 is also said to be in the works. And today a noted tipster has shared the E series handset’s price, specifications, and design renders. Here are the details.

According to tipster Sudhanshi Ambhore, the Moto E13 will arrive with a 6.52-inch LCD display that will offer HD resolution. Under the hood, it will be powered by an entry-level Unisoc Tiger T606 processor. The octa-core SoC has two big ARM Cortex A75 cores at up to 1.6 GHz and six power-efficient ARM Cortex A55 cores at up to 1.6 GHz.

Design-wise the smartphone looks pretty decent. It has a rectangular camera module with two circular rings. However, there’s only one 13MP camera and the other cutout is for the LED flash. There’s a waterdrop notch display with thick bezels around and an unsightly chin. It will measure 164.2 x 74.9 x 8.5 mm and weigh around 190g.

The Moto E13 is claimed to have dual sim card support and Bluetooth v5.0 for connectivity. The smartphone will pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. It will have a USB-C port and a MicroSD slot to expand storage up to 512GB.

Ambhore says Moto E13’s price will start at around 100-200 Euro ($108-$216) for the 2GB RAM and 64GB storage version. The smartphone’s launch date is still anyone’s guess. An official confirmation should arrive pretty soon. You know we’ll keep you posted.

Motorola is gearing up to launch a new E-series smartphone soon. The device is called the Moto E13, and it will be a budget-range offering. The smartphone has already made appearances on Geekbench and has also had its renders leaked. Now, the device has appeared on NBTC and the Bureau of Indian Standards database confirming that it will launch in Thailand and India.

The certifications do not reveal any specifications, however, the NBTC listing does confirm that the Moto E13 has the model number XT2345-4. The Indian variant on the other hand carries model number XT2345-3.

A recently leaked image of the smartphone has revealed that it will come in a Dark Green color option. The display features a waterdrop notch and is surrounded by noticeable bezels. A squarish camera island protrudes from the back panel. It has a single camera sensor as well as an LED flash unit. The device’s left side has a SIM tray, while the right edge has a volume rocker and power buttons. The power button is expected to function as a fingerprint scanner.

Other than that, the earlier Geekbench listing has revealed that the smartphone will be powered by a Unisoc T606 processor clocked at 1.61GHz. The device will have 2GB of RAM and will ship with the Android 13 operating system. Because the RAM is less than 3GB, we assume it will be an Android Go phone. Geekbench gives the smartphone 318 points for single-core performance and 995 points for multi-core performance.

Motorola is expected to launch a new E-series smartphone soon. The upcoming offering is the Moto E13 and earlier this month it was spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. The device had also appeared in leaked renders recently. Now, an official-looking image has surfaced online giving us a better look at the smartphone. It has been shared by Twitter user SnoopyTech.

The Moto E13 is seen in a Dark Green colour option in the official-looking image. The display has a waterdrop notch and it is surrounded by bezels. The back panel has a squarish camera island which doesn’t protrude. It houses a single camera sensor and an LED flash unit. The left side of the device has a SIM tray whereas the right edge has a volume rocker and power buttons. The power key is expected to double up as a fingerprint scanner.

Apart from this, the official-looking image does not reveal any additional details about the Moto E13. As per the leaked renders, the upcoming offering is also expected to be available in a Beige colour option.
