Motorola has announced two new budget smartphones, the Moto E15 and Moto G05, aiming to deliver essential features without breaking the bank. Both devices prioritize performance, battery life, and user-friendly design, catering to price-conscious consumers in emerging markets. This launch comes alongside the new Moto G15 and G15 Power smartphones.

Key Differences: Moto E15 vs. Moto G05

The Moto G05, positioned as a slightly more premium option, comes with 4GB RAM and storage options of 64GB or 128GB, expandable up to 1TB. In contrast, the Moto E15 offers a modest 2GB RAM and 64GB storage. The G05 also runs the latest Android 15, while the E15 operates on Android 14 (Go edition), designed for lightweight apps and optimized performance on lower-end hardware.

Both devices share a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and up to 1000 nits brightness, ensuring a smooth display experience even under bright conditions. They are powered by the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor, offering capable performance for everyday tasks.

Camera Features and Audio

The devices are IP54-rated for dust and splash resistance, and their dimensions are nearly identical at 165.67 x 75.98 x 8.17mm, weighing 188.8g. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner adds convenience for quick unlocking.

Motorola plans to roll out the Moto G05 and Moto E15 across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. While pricing remains unconfirmed, both devices are expected to offer solid performance and modern features at competitive prices.
