Back in January, Motorola launched the Moto G13 smartphone in the global market, which later made its way to India. The device is currently one of the most popular options under ₹10,000 (~$122) in the country thanks to its bloat-free UI and impressive spec sheet. Now, it appears that the brand is working on a successor named the Moto G14, which has emerged on the Bureau of Indian Standards website.

The Moto G14 has been spotted on the BIS website featuring the model number XT2341-3. Last week, the device also made an appearance on the TDRA certification website with model number XT2341-4, confirming the name of the smartphone. While the listing does not reveal any specifications, we can expect the device to come with a few upgrades over its predecessor.

While no official confirmation has been made yet, a potential upgrade to an FHD+ display from the current HD+ resolution display could be a significant change for the Moto G14. This change would bring it on par with devices like the Realme C55 that already offer this advantage. Infinix Hot 30i

The Infinix Hot 30i is set to launch in India on March 27 at 12 PM IST. Thanks to leaks and teasers, we know a few things about this phone.

It will sport a 6.6-inch HD+ 90Hz display. The LCD panel will come with a dewdrop notch and 500 nits peak brightness level.

The device will offer a 50MP main camera and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It is said to cost under ₹10,000 for 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Redmi Note 12 Turbo

The Redmi Note 12 Turbo is scheduled to launch in China on March 28 at 7 PM GMT+8. It will go official as the world’s first Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2 smartphone.

As per teasers and leaks, the handset will arrive with a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display with minimal bezels all around. It will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W wired charging.

Other expected features include a 64MP primary camera, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, dual stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an IR blaster, and Android 13-based MIUI 14.

Motorola Moto G13

The Motorola Moto G13 will be unveiled in India on March 29 at 12 PM IST. As the phone is already official in multiple markets, we know everything about it.

The device comes powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and boots Android 13. It sports a 6.5-inch 90Hz display and a 50MP rear camera.

Meizu 20 Series

The Meizu 20 series will be announced on March 30 at 7:30 PM GMT+8. The lineup will be the brand’s first smartphones under the new ownership.

The series is expected to include two models, namely Meizu 20 and Meizu 20 Pro. They will feature a camera layout like Samsung’s and a flat frame design like the newer Apple iPhones.

These handsets will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. Unfortunately, not much is known about them.

Redmi Note 12 4G and Redmi 12C

The Redmi Note 12 4G and Redmi 12C will debut in India on March 30 at 12 PM IST. These devices are already official in multiple markets.

The Redmi Note 12 4G is almost the same as Redmi Note 12 5G. It comes with a Snapdragon 685 chipset and a 50MP camera instead of a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC and a 48MP camera.

On the other hand, the Redmi 12C arrives with a 6.71-inch HD+ display, a MediaTek Helio G85 chip, a 50MP camera, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 5,000mAh battery, and 10W charging.

The G13 will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. The device will offer 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. It will come preloaded with Android 13.

Till then, the tipster has shared a render of the Moto G13 that reveals its design. It showcases a boxy design, with a flat back, flat edges, and a flat display. Surprisingly, the three edges of the smartphone appear to be pretty slim, while the chin is quite sizable. Additionally, we are getting a punch-hole display rather than a notched one. The render also reveals that the phone will have 4GB RAM and 128GB storage while running on the latest Android 13-based OS.

Now, a new report from Appuals has revealed the price range, storage configurations, and color options of the Moto G13 and Moto G23.

According to the report, only one storage option with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage will be available for the Moto G13 and Moto G23 phones. There will be three color choices for both devices: Blue, Grey, and White. The Moto G13 will be available for EUR 159, while the Moto G23 will set you back EUR 199.

The 6.5-inch HD display and Octa Core processor for both phones are confirmed. Though we do not yet know the exact specifications of the handsets, the certification listings have disclosed critical details about the phones.

Recently, the Moto G13 and Moto G23, with model numbers XT2331-1 and XT2333-3, respectively, were discovered on the FCC website. According to the listing, the Moto G13 will have a 5000mAh battery and support 20W fast charging, while the Moto G23 will support 33W fast charging, which is even faster, although its battery size is unknown. It is anticipated that both phones would support two SIM cards.

The Moto G13’s design has been confirmed by a recently leaked render. On the rear of the Moto G13, there will be a rectangular camera module with an LED flash within, as well as two sizable circular slots for the twin cameras.

While we wait for an official word, MySmartPrice has shared some good-looking renders of the smartphone, which reveal its design as well as camera specs.

The Moto G13 will debut as a mid-range smartphone and it is rumored to launch in both 5G and 4G models. The 5G model could be limited to the North American region and folks in Asia may get the 4G version instead. As is the case with Motorola’s mid-rangers, this phone will likely have impressive specs for the price.

The handset’s specifications are still under wrap but the leaked images give us a good idea of its design. The Moto G13 has a flat back with a rectangular camera module. The two cameras are fitted in two circular rings – a design we’ve seen in a lot of mid-range and budget models launching in 2022. The text on the camera module says the device will have a 50MP primary camera.

It has flat sides with the right edge housing the power and volume buttons. There’s a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a speaker grille on the bottom. On the front, the smartphone flaunts a flat display with thin bezels. The hole punch cutout on the top center nests the selfie camera.

Now, both smartphones have been listed on the TDRA certification, hinting at an imminent launch. The devices may launch in the market very soon. We may get to see some official teasers or announcements regarding the launch of the device in the upcoming days.

Anyhow, the Moto G13 With the model number XT2331-3 and Moto G23 with the model number XT2333-5 has been spotted on the TDRA listings. For those who don’t know, the Moto G13’s codename is Penang, while the Moto G23’s codename is Penang Plus. A prior sighting of the Penang Plus (Moto G23) was made on the FCC certification website. Only the model numbers, which were previously mentioned, are revealed in the TDRA listing for the Moto G13 and Moto G23. The TDRA listing contains no additional information about future devices.

A 5000mAh battery will power the Moto G13, according to the FCC certification filing. Additionally, the smartphone will feature 20W quick charging. The forthcoming G-series smartphone will include a dual-rear camera configuration and an LED flash, according to the device’s leaked render. A display panel with a centred punch-hole notch will be available on the Moto G13.

An upcoming Motorola phone with model number XT2331 has been approved by India’s BIS authority and Thailand’s NBTC certification platform. The latter reveals that the device will be arriving in Thailand with the Moto G13. In all likelihood, other markets may receive the handset with the same moniker.

The Moto G13 has appeared with model number XT2331-3 in NBTC’s database. Its Indian variant, certified by the BIS authority, has the XT2331-2 model number. The Indian variant has also been certified by the FCC authority.

The FCC listing revealed that the Moto G13 has a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. There is a possibility that the G13 could be the rumored Motorola phone with the “Penang” codename. According to a recent report, there are three versions of the phone with codenames, such as Penang 5G, Penang 4G, and Penang+. 

At present, only the details of the Penang 5G are known. It is speculated that the 5G model will be heading to North American markets. It is expected to come in variants, such as 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. It is expected to come in Optical Silver and Basalt Blue shades.

In addition, there is another entry-level 5G phone from Motorola with the XT2335-3 model number waiting to go official in China. It has a 6.5-inch LCD panel that offers an HD+ resolution, a 2.2GHz octa-core processor, up to 12 GB of RAM, up to 512 GB of built-in storage and a 5,000mAh battery.
