Motorola recently launched the new Moto G54 in the Chinese market. Now, the smartphone model has also been announced in India, although, these are not identical devices. So let’s have a look at this Indian variant’s price, specs, and more.

The Moto G54 has a design that is similar to the Chinese variant but with one key difference. Unlike the faux leather panel on the Chinese model, the Indian version features a 3D Acrylic Glass design. Meanwhile, the front still sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel that has an FHD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 120Hz refresh rate. This screen also houses a center-aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.

Under the hood, the smartphone is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC that is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This is notable since it’s the first 5G device to offer such storage configurations in this price segment. A massive 6,000mAh battery pack powers the G54, which also supports 30W fast charging. The rear features a 50-megapixel primary camera that is paired with an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens. Meanwhile, the front houses a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.

The device runs on Android 13 OS based MyUX custom skin out of the box. The company has also guaranteed the upgrade to Android 14 with three years of security updates. Other notable features include side mounted fingerprint scanner, dual speakers that support Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and dual SIM support.

Motorola has just announced the Moto G54 model in multiple color options. This includes Mint Green, Pearl Blue, and Midnight Blue. It is also sold in two storage configurations, namely 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB option. The former has a price tag of 14,999 INR, while the latter will sell for 18,999 INR. Motorola has just launched the Moto G54 in the Chinese market. The company’s new smartphone model is a budget grade device, which features some notable specs with an affordable price tag. So here are all the details.

The Moto G54 features a faux leather finish and an aluminum camera housing on the rear. It weighs 179.7 grams and measures 8.04mm in thickness. On the front, the Moto G54 sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel that offers Full HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen also houses a center aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.

Motorola is all set to launch the Moto G84 5G on Sept. 1 in India. A teaser that emerged yesterday suggested that the brand will also announce the Moto G54 in the next few days. Today, it confirmed that the G54 5G will be announced on Sept. 6 in the country. Its landing page revealing its key features is now live on Flipkart and Motorola India’s website.

For selfies, the Moto G54 has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Its rear panel features an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel primary camera. The main snapper will be joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. For security, the device is equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner.

The Moto G54 5G will be India’s first smartphone to feature the Dimensity 7020 chipset. It will come with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. For those who don’t know, Motorola will also announce the Moto G54 on Sept. 5 in China. It is unclear whether the Chinese variant will be different from the one releasing in India.

Moto G84, Moto G54 prices revealed as Reliance Digital accidentally lists both phones before launch

Motorola is set to launch the Moto G84 5G and G54 5G in India on Sept. 1 and Sept. 6, respectively. Like other Motorola phones, the G84 will be available for purchase through Flipkart. Reliance Digital is another online platform that sells Motorola smartphones. While the G84 is scheduled to launch on Friday, it appears that the device was inadvertently listed a few hours ago on Reliance Digital. In addition, the upcoming Moto G54 also emerged on the same retailer site. The listings of both smartphones (now removed) revealed the prices of their different variants.

As can be seen in the screenshots, the Moto G84 5G, which comes in 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage configuration only, was listed on Reliance Digital for Rs 19,999.

Motorola seems to launch new mid-range smartphones in the coming few weeks. Following the previous leaks and public certifications, Motorola Moto G54 5G has appeared on UAE’s TDRA. The smartphone recently made it to FCC alongside Motorola Moto G84 5G.

There’s hardly any evident information about the device’s specifications and features, but it does confirm the impending launch. Further, it also affirms the model number and the device’s launch in UAE.

Motorola Moto G54 5G seems to feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate. As per the leak, the smartphone will come with a dual-rear camera consisting of a 50MP primary sensor with OIS. The details about the other sensor are not yet with us, but there’s a 16MP selfie camera on the front side. It will bundle Android 13, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Dolby Atmos, and Moto Spatial Sound features. it will debut in dour different colors of Ambrosia, Ballad Blue, Coronet Blue, and Outer Space.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus Appeared on TDRA

Along with Motorola, Samsung’s much-awaited Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus also appeared on TDRA with model number SM-X610. The launch of the new Galaxy Tab S9 FE series is a bit away as it is expected to launch in mid-October. The company has not confirmed anything yet, but the recent leaks and design renders have made most of the details public.

The tablet’s recent listing on TDRA confirms its launch in UAE. As per leaks, there will be two variants – the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus. Both the tablets sport a slight change in the display size and other specs.

The Galaxy Tab S9 FE appears to feature a 10.9-inch display, while the Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus will host a 12.4-inch display panel. According to OnLeaks, the Tab S9 FE will measure 254.3 x 165.8 x 6.7mm in size and the bigger variant will measure 285.4 x 185.4 x 6.54 mm across its edges. The renders also revealed the presence of a magnetic strip that points towards the presence of an S-Pen. However, there is no sign of the S-Pen in the device’s FCC listing.

Both the tablets are also listed on Geekbench with Exynos 1380 chipset while featuring 6GB and 8 GB RAM variants. Further, there will be 25W fast charging support via the EP-TA800 charger. It would bear a price tag of around $600 for the standard variant which is a bit costly from the Galaxy Tab S7 FE’s price of $529.

Some reports are hinting toward a mid-October launch.
