Honor has launched a product that blends two everyday accessories into one. The Honor Choice MouseBuds Pro is a wireless mouse that also stores and charges a pair of true wireless earbuds inside its body.

The idea is simple. The back half of the mouse opens up to reveal the earbuds, which sit in a built-in charging case. You don’t need to carry a separate case or deal with extra cables. Once the mouse is connected using the included wireless receiver, the earbuds are ready to use as well. There is no manual pairing step. Just take them out and start using them.

The device also supports two modes. In computer mode, both the mouse and earbuds connect through the receiver for a stable connection. In smartphone mode, the earbuds switch to Bluetooth and can be used on their own without the mouse. A single button handles switching between modes, which makes it easier to move between calls, work, and media use.

On the mouse side, it uses a PixArt optical sensor with 1200 DPI, which is standard for daily tasks like browsing and office work. The left and right buttons use TTC quiet switches rated for up to 5 million clicks, keeping noise low in shared spaces. The surface has an excimer coating that feels smooth and is designed to resist fingerprints and wear. The shape follows a simple ergonomic curve for a comfortable grip.

The earbuds use a semi-open design and support adaptive active noise cancellation. It reduces background noise without sealing the ear completely. For calls, dual microphones handle AI noise reduction to improve voice clarity. Audio is powered by dual-magnetic dynamic drivers with an LCP diaphragm for stronger bass.

A 1000 mAh battery powers the device and is rated for up to 30 days of typical use. Charging is done through USB-C. The mouse measures 112 × 60 × 34 mm and weighs 78 g without the earbuds. With them, it reaches 88 g. It supports Windows 10 and above, and macOS 10.13 and above. Pricing is set at €99.90 in Germany and £79.99 in the UK.

Logitech G has officially launched the G304 X Lightspeed wireless gaming mouse in China, an upgraded version of its popular G304 and G305 models. The new mouse keeps the familiar outer shell of the original but introduces several key improvements in power, weight, connectivity, and tracking performance.

The most significant change comes from the switch to a built-in 290mAh lithium battery. This replaces the AA battery found in previous models and helps reduce the mouse’s weight to approximately 57 grams. This wireless gaming mouse aims to deliver top-tier performance with a refined feature set, headlined by an 8,000Hz polling rate and the PAW3950 sensor. After spending over two weeks with the black variant, I can confidently say it balances speed, reliability, and comfort in a way that feels genuinely well thought-out for both competitive and everyday gaming use.

Zaopin packages the ZPW Max with an impressive set of accessories that reflect its performance-focused design. Inside the box, users will find the mouse itself, a braided USB-A to USB-C cable, an 8K-capable wireless receiver, and a soft velvet storage pouch.

This ultra-high polling rate, supported via the included dongle, allows the mouse to send data to the PC every 0.125 milliseconds. While not all users will notice the difference between 1K and 8K polling, serious players and enthusiasts will appreciate the added responsiveness.

The mouse uses Omron optical switches rated for 100 million clicks. These switches deliver fast and satisfying tactile feedback. The main clicks are crisp and responsive, with minimal pre-travel and just a hint of post-travel when pressed at the back. The side buttons are large, easy to reach, and offer good feedback without noticeable wobble or sponginess.

The scroll wheel features a TTC Gold encoder with moderate resistance and well-defined steps. It avoids accidental inputs but still feels agile during rapid use. The middle click is slightly stiff, but it holds up well in general use.

Ergonomically, the mouse fits naturally in hand. The thumb groove on the left side provides good control, and the narrowing front allows for a comfortable pinch grip. The right side gently slopes to support the ring and pinky fingers. Combined with the mouse’s light weight and balanced body, these elements result in excellent overall control, even during high-speed flicks and tracking scenarios.

Software and Battery Life

The software experience with the Zaopin ZPW Max has been refreshingly smooth. Zaopin offers both a downloadable client and a web-based interface for configuration, and I’ve tested both extensively. In my experience, they worked flawlessly. All the expected customization options are there: DPI steps, polling rate, debounce time, lift-off distance, and macro assignment. Features like ripple control, angle snapping, and motion sync are also available, rounding out the toolset nicely.

The interface is clean and minimal, which I really appreciate. Unlike the bloated software packages from some mainstream brands, this one sticks to the essentials without feeling stripped down. I didn’t encounter any bugs or performance hiccups during my time with it. The only minor quirk I noticed was that the battery percentage can sometimes differ between the web version and the desktop version of the software. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something Zaopin could easily fix with a future update.

Battery life has been pretty solid overall. With 8K polling enabled and around 6 to 8 hours of daily use, I got about three to four days of runtime on a full charge. If you dial the polling rate down to 1000Hz, the battery easily lasts more than a week. And since the mouse supports wired operation while charging, there’s no disruption to your workflow or game time when it needs to juice up.

The design leans on simplicity rather than over-the-top aesthetics. It’s not overly flashy but still has a modern look that fits well on any gaming desk.

Features and Performance

The Z2 Mini 4K comes equipped with the PAW3395 sensor, a high-end optical sensor designed for gaming enthusiasts. It features a maximum DPI of 26,000 with six preset DPI levels (400, 800, 1600, 2400, 3200, and 6400), more than sufficient for any gaming scenario. While I didn’t max out its DPI settings, I found the tracking to be highly accurate and consistent, especially during intense FPS sessions.

This mouse sports a 4K dongle, enabling a 4000Hz polling rate for ultra-responsive performance. Although it will not match the 8000Hz polling rate of the Z2 Mini Max, the snappiness and reliability during gameplay were impressive and felt lag-free.

The mouse also features hot-swappable switches. The default switches, Huano Green Transparent White Dot, offer a crisp click with a soft sound profile. They’re rated for 100 million clicks, which speaks to their durability. Although I haven’t swapped the switches yet, the design makes it straightforward with a bit of unscrewing. This level of customizability is rare in this price range.

The Z2 Mini 4K supports three connection modes: Bluetooth 5.1, 2.4GHz wireless, and wired via the included Type-C cable. Switching between these modes was seamless in my experience, and I didn’t encounter any lag or connection drops. The 2.4GHz wireless mode, paired with the dongle, delivers the most responsiveness, making it ideal for gaming, while Bluetooth is perfect for everyday use.

It features high-quality skates that ensure smooth and effortless gliding across surfaces. Plus, the inclusion of replacement skates guarantees long-term functionality. The grip tapes, another thoughtful addition, provide a more tactile feel for those who prefer extra grip during their gaming sessions.

Software and Battery Life

The Z2 Mini 4K comes with software support that allows for customization of DPI levels, polling rates, key mappings, macros, and lighting effects. While the software is functional and gets the job done, I couldn’t help but notice that the interface feels a bit outdated and could benefit from a modern redesign. That said, setting up custom profiles and tweaking the settings was straightforward, even if it lacked the polish I’ve seen in software from other major brands.

Battery life is impressive, thanks to the Nordic 52840 chipset, which is known for its low power consumption. With moderate use in 2.4GHz mode, I went several days without needing to charge the 500mAh battery. Wired mode is always an option if you run out of charge mid-session.

After spending weeks with the Zaopin Z2 Mini, it has become my go-to gaming mouse. The mouse is coated with a skin-like texture that offers excellent grip, even in humid conditions. However, I’ve noticed that the white version is prone to showing smudges and oil marks, particularly around the thumb area. While this is a minor cosmetic issue, frequent cleaning may be necessary to keep it looking pristine.

The SA-SH01 Pro comes with hot-swappable M1 and M2 switches. The mouse features pre-equipped Huano Transparent Green White dot switches, which offer a crisp and tactile click. However, swapping the switches is very easy, taking just a few seconds to remove and replace thanks to the metal-lined screw holes designed for repeated customizations.

I haven’t tried the hot-swappable feature myself yet, as it requires removing the padding and unscrewing the internals, which I haven’t gotten around to doing. However the overall design makes this process straightforward, and the customization options are a huge plus for those who like experimenting with different switch types.

The SA-SH01 Pro is powered by the cutting-edge 3950 sensor, which is considered one of the best in the gaming community. This sensor allows for a maximum sensitivity of 30,000 DPI with a tracking speed of 750IPS and 50G acceleration, ensuring accurate movement during high-speed gaming sessions. 

The mouse’s polling rate goes up to 8000Hz, with an ultra-fast response time of 0.125ms, making it incredibly responsive. The DPI increments can be adjusted in steps of 50, giving you full control over precision based on your specific needs.

The lightweight build at 55 grams helps for a swift and smooth glide. The side buttons, positioned for easy access, are very satisfying. The scroll wheel, while standard, delivers distinct steps and consistent feedback.

In terms of everyday use, the mouse excels in various conditions. I put it through 7-8 hours of work and gaming daily, and it handled everything from fast-paced gaming to precise work tasks with ease. I didn’t notice any input lag, even when switching between the Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless modes. The three-mode connectivity (Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, and wired) makes it very versatile.

However, I faced one minor issue: I occasionally misclicked during work-related tasks like taking long screenshots, ruining the screenshot, and forcing me to retake it. This might be due to the trigger sensitivity, which is more of a personal issue related to my workflow rather than a flaw in the mouse design.

Software and Battery Life

The mouse provides both a web driver and a downloadable driver, featuring a user-friendly interface that allows customization for settings like DPI, polling rate, and key mappings. It also includes performance settings such as angle snapping, ripple control, and motion sync. The initial settings screen displays the battery percentage, which is helpful, but I think it would be even better if the battery percentage were also visible on the main settings page. Placing it at the top would make it easier to monitor at a glance.

As for battery life, I’ve mostly used the mouse in wired mode, so I don’t have a precise measure of its longevity. However, with the company claiming up to 85 hours at a 1,000 Hz polling rate, it should hold up well. Fast charging is another plus, as it fully recharges the 300mAh battery in just 1.5 hours, ensuring you’re rarely without the mouse for long.

Verdict

The RAWM SA-SH01 Pro is an exceptional gaming mouse that strikes a fine balance between performance, customization, and affordability. This grip enhancement is crucial for maintaining control and precision in competitive environments.

Aesthetically, the Pro model is available in six vibrant color options: Red, Orange, White, Yellow, and Pink, catering to various style preferences.

However, the hump design, while comfortable for most users, might not be ideal for those who prefer fingertip grips, limiting its versatility. Additionally, some users might find the UV coating too tacky, preferring a matte or smoother finish instead. Despite these minor drawbacks, the design and build quality of the Incott Ghero Pro are top-notch, reflecting a product that is built to last.

The Incott Ghero Pro comes equipped with a customized PAW3395 sensor, offering up to 32,000 DPI with precise adjustments in 50 DPI increments.

The Pro model also supports an ultra-fast 8,000 Hz polling rate, ensuring almost instantaneous response times, a feature that can make all the difference in high-stakes scenarios.

One of the first things I noticed was the clickiness of the mouse buttons. The Huano Transparent Blue Shell Pink-Dot switches used in the Ghero Pro provide a crisp and satisfying click, with a fine sound that adds to the tactile feedback during use. Whether I was in the heat of an intense gaming session or simply navigating daily tasks, the performance of the Ghero Pro was top-notch.

Its lightweight 64-gram design enhances precision and ease of maneuverability, contributing to an overall improved user experience. The mouse handled both 1K and 8K polling rates exceptionally well, providing smooth and responsive control in every scenario I tested.

However, I didn’t try the Bluetooth mode, so I can’t speak to its performance. Upgrading the mouse to support Bluetooth connectivity requires a firmware update, which might be a cumbersome process for some users. That said, the dual-mode connectivity (Wired USB and Wireless 2.4GHz) worked flawlessly.

The DPI settings are also flexible, with six stages that allow for quick adjustments depending on the situation.

The side buttons are well-placed, making them easily accessible during gameplay. I never found myself fumbling to reach them. Additionally, the scroll wheel is fantastic, smooth yet precise, making it easy to navigate through menus or switch weapons in-game.

In terms of overall performance, the Incott Ghero Pro leaves little to be desired. It delivers consistent, reliable results across various settings, from daily tasks to the most demanding games. This mouse truly stands out as a high-performance tool for any serious gamer.

Software and Battery Life

The Pro model comes equipped with onboard memory, allowing users to retain their customized settings even after uninstalling the software. This feature is particularly useful for gamers who frequently switch between different setups or who prefer not to rely on software to maintain their configurations.

The software itself offers detailed customization options, including DPI settings and polling rate adjustments. It also offers LOD, ripple control, angle snapping, motion sync, and macros.

However, the software interface could be improved. Additionally, the battery indicator in the software is a simple bar rather than a precise percentage, making it less informative and potentially frustrating for users who like to keep a close eye on their battery levels.

Battery life is generally exceptional, but it tends to drop rapidly once it falls below 20%, necessitating more frequent recharges. While the mouse performs well even with the demanding 8K polling rate enabled, this sudden drop in battery life can be inconvenient during extended gaming sessions. However, the mouse supports ultra-fast charging which can recharge it in just 50 minutes, reducing downtime significantly.

Verdict

The Incott Ghero Pro offers outstanding value for money, especially considering its high-end features like the 8,000 Hz polling rate and the customized PAW3395 sensor. The build quality is exceptional, with a robust design that feels both premium and durable.

The ergonomic design, lightweight construction, and responsive Huano Transparent Blue Shell Pink-Dot switches make it an excellent choice for serious gamers who need a reliable, high-performance mouse.

However, the gaming mouse is not without its flaws. Minor software issues, particularly with battery indicators and settings, detract from the overall experience. Additionally, the shape and design, while excellent for claw and palm grips, might not be ideal for fingertip grip users.
