4K content is increasing as time passes by and with more players entering the video streaming market, it’s safe to say that 4K video will soon become the new standard. Already, most TVs sold feature 4K resolution and it was about time for decent 4K projectors to enter the market. The new entry is coming from Anker which you should know from the excellent yet affordable smartphone accessories they make.

The Nebula division of the company that focuses on making more upmarket products -and more expensive- is famous for its projectors, including the Capsule, Mars, and Prizm and recently finished the crowdfunding campaign of a new high-end projector series, Cosmos.

The series includes Cosmos Max that offers up to 4K resolution and excellent brightness -up to 1500 lumens. Also, it supports HDR10 as well as immersive sound experience with Dolby Digital Plus 3D audio.

The most important fact is that it runs on Android 9 so it’s a solid home cinema. In addition, there are 4x 10W speakers that combined with Dolby Digital Plus, create immersive 360º sound in environments without a dedicated sound system. Lastly, autofocus, auto-rotation, and two-way keystone correction give it placement versatility, whether set on a shelf or the optional mount. Although the campaign has ended, you can still grab it at a discounted price here.
