<p>Nike and Beats have introduced the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/powerbeats/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Powerbeats</a> Pro 2 Nike Special Edition, a new set of wireless earbuds designed for fitness-focused users. The collaboration combines performance features with a distinct dual-brand design and adds health tracking capabilities aimed at athletes.</p>

<p>The earbuds feature secure-fit earhooks to keep them stable during high-intensity workouts. They include Active Noise Cancelling for blocking external noise and a Transparency mode that lets users stay aware of their surroundings when needed. Sweat and water resistance ensure reliability across workouts such as running, strength training, and outdoor sessions.</p>

<p>A key addition is built-in heart rate monitoring during workouts. The feature integrates with the Nike Run Club app, allowing users to track performance without needing a separate wearable. Nike and Beats are positioning this as a step toward more integrated fitness audio products.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="898" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-1024x898.jpg?x96852" alt="Powerbeats Pro 2 Nike Special Edition" class="wp-image-730934" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-1024x898.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-300x263.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-768x673.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-1536x1346.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-2048x1795.jpg 2048w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-696x610.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-1068x936.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-1920x1683.jpg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773788778737-479x420.jpg 479w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>The earbuds come with five ear tip sizes to improve comfort and fit across different users. Battery life is rated at up to 45 hours with the included wireless charging case, making them suitable for extended use across multiple sessions.</p>

<p>Design is a major focus of this edition. The earbuds use a two-tone Volt and matte black finish. In a first for Beats, the branding is split across the earbuds, with the “b” logo on one side and the Nike Swoosh on the other. The charging case follows the same visual theme with a Volt splatter design and Nike’s “Just Do It” tagline inside. The product is also part of a campaign featuring LeBron James, highlighting its use across training and recovery routines.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="878" height="584" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773789332637.jpg?x96852" alt="Powerbeats Pro 2 Nike Special Edition" class="wp-image-730937" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773789332637.jpg 878w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773789332637-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773789332637-768x511.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773789332637-696x463.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image_1773789332637-631x420.jpg 631w" sizes="(max-width: 878px) 100vw, 878px" /></figure></div>

<p>The Powerbeats Pro 2 Nike Special Edition was first made available through an early-access lottery on March 17 via SNKRS. It will launch globally on March 20 through Nike.com, Apple.com, and select Apple Stores.</p>

<p>In India, the earbuds are priced at <a href="https://www.beatsbydre.com/nike-beats-powerbeats-pro-2" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">$249.99</a> and will be available online only through Apple’s website. In-store availability is limited to select Apple Store locations in markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, China, and Singapore.</p>

<p>Earlier this week, Nike unveiled its virtual world that is modeled after its headquarters on a popular video game called Roblox. This marks one of the first major brands joining the metaverse. The new digital space is dubbed &#8220;NIKELAND&#8221; and will let players have their avatars&#8217; be outfitted with special Nike products. NIKELAND is currently free for anyone to visit on Roblox and even offers certain games like &#8220;Tag&#8221;, &#8220;The Floor Is Lava&#8221; and &#8220;Dodgeball&#8221; on the platform.</p>
<p>Similarly, Dyson a known luxury home appliance maker has also entered the metaverse with a virtual world of its own. The company has built the Dyson Demo VR, which features visualization and simulation technology that is also used by its engineer&#8217;s. This technology helps in testing, prototype, and develop new products and software for the UK based company. In the virtual platform, customers can now test the brand&#8217;s hairdryers, straighteners and stylers from their homes.</p>
