The most-awaited Nothing Phone (2) is launching on July 12 and the company has already taken the wraps of its design. While all the spotlights are on the smartphone, a leaker has shared renders of a new colorway of the Nothing Ear (2). The TWS earbuds were launched around four months back in a white color but it seems they’ll soon be available in black.

Nothing Ear (2) were unveiled earlier this year with a design familiar to the original Ear (1). They featured the same transparent look with some changes here and there. The earbuds were initially available only in black but Roland Quandt suggests the earbuds are going to launch in black very soon. The tipster has shared renders on Twitter, showcasing the new colorway of the Nothing Ear (2).

You’ll see the design of the earbuds remains the same as their white alternatives. The stem is transparent but the buds and the silicon tips are now black. The charging case is also getting a makeover. Currently, there’s no news about the launch date of the earbuds. Nothing may unveil the new shade alongside the Phone (2). We’d expect the earbuds to cost same as the ones that launched in March— $150.

This writer finds the black variant of the earbuds to be better than the original ones, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so you may disagree. Nothing Ear (2) Indian price & offers revealed ahead of launch

Today, Nothing is set to launch the Nothing Ear (2) TWS earbuds, which will be an upgrade from the Nothing Ear (1). While there won’t be any significant changes in the earbuds’ design, improvements have been made internally. Recently, the European pricing of the earbuds was revealed, and now, the Indian pricing has also been leaked online.

According to a well-known tipster, Paras Guglani, the Nothing Ear (2) earbuds will be released in India on March 28. However, it’s unclear whether this refers to the date when the price will be announced or when the earbuds will be available for purchase. Only the white color model will be available in India, as per the leaks.

Guglani has revealed that the retail price of the Ear (2) TWS earbuds in India will be ₹11,499, but during the first sale, it will cost ₹9,499. Additionally, customers can avail of an extra 10% discount through Bank offers.

The upcoming Nothing Ear (2) TWS earbuds will feature a stem design with silicone ear tips that provide a comfortable and secure fit, as well as passive noise cancellation. The earbuds will have a transparent section that showcases their internal components and battery cells. The stem of each earbud will have a microphone cutout and the Nothing Ear (2) branding imprinted on it. The charging case will have a semi-transparent design with a transparent lid, revealing its internal components.

Nothing entered into the consumer electronics business with the launch of Nothing Ear (1) TWS earbuds. The unique-looking earbuds gained quite some popularity and the company is now ready to build on that with the launch of the new Nothing Ear (2). The next-gen hearables from the Carl Pei-led startup will be debuting on March 22 and while we wait, a tipster has revealed their pricing and availability.

According to Snoopytech, a reliable industry leakster with a decent track record, the Nothing Ear (2) will cost around €159 ($168). This price is supposedly for European countries and may vary in other regions, let’s say India. The original Ear (1) was initially introduced with a price tag of $99, but it was later increased to $149. There are indications that the price might be further increased by €10.

As mentioned, the Nothing Ear (2) will be launched on March 22. However, as per the tipster, the earbuds won’t be available for purchase till six days later, on March 28. It is expected that the TWS will be sold in regions including the US, India, and Europe.

Recently, the company confirmed the earbuds will come with support for LHDC 5.0 codec and an IP54 rating for water resistance. Renders reveal the hearables will have essentially the same design as their predecessor with only a few changes here and there. They will have a stemmed design with a semi-transparent look that shows a black strip covering the internals of the earbuds.

The upcoming earbuds from Nothing are expected to inherit some of the impressive features of the Ear (1), such as Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Transparency Mode, and more. Startup brand Nothing launched its first product— Nothing Ear (1)— early in 2021 and there was unimaginable hype surrounding it. We admit the earbuds look unique but they sound only decent. Now, the company has confirmed it will be launching its second-generation TWS earbuds, Nothing Ear (2), later this month. Here are the details.

Nothing revealed through an official teaser that its upcoming Ear (2) TWS earphones are set to debut on March 22 at 4 PM CET. The company did not reveal the official look of the new buds or any of their features, however, the poster shows a tiny portion of the buds’ case being pushed by a beetle. Nothing says the Ear (2) will offer better sound and better clarity compared to the Ear (1).

While Nothing is yet to reveal any details about the upcoming earbuds, OnLeaks recently shared their design renders. The images suggest Nothing plans to follow the same formula with a few changes here and there. Similar to Ear (1), the new Ear(2) earbuds as well as their charging case feature a transparent design.

However, there seems to be a slight change in the placement of the noise-canceling microphone. It was previously on the top of the buds but now has been moved to the stem. The design may remain the same but Nothing Ear (2) could bring some new features. The original earbuds already have Light and Maximum modes. Ear (2) may also bring a transparency mode to let you hear the background noise. Further, they could offer dual connectivity, allowing you to connect the earbuds to two devices at the same time and seamlessly switch between them.

Nothing Ear (1) debuted last year as the startup brand’s first product. The TWS earbuds offer good sound quality and have decent noise cancellation, and an impressive microphone. Recently, the company also launched the Ear (Stick) with a half-in-ear design and a transparent, cylindrical case inspired by lipstick. Now, it seems the brand will soon bring the successor to the Ear (1)— Nothing Ear (2).

Tipster SnoopyTech claims the Nothing Ear (2)’s launch is near. The firm is apparently gearing up to introduce the new TWS earbuds as early as December 2022. The tipster says Nothing will soon make an official announcement regarding the same. However, there’s a possibility that the earbuds may get delayed until early 2023.

A recent report gave us a good at the design and appearance of the upcoming Ear (2). The image shows that both the earbuds and the charging case feature the same transparent design as the previous-generation Ear (1).
