This <a href="http://gizmochina.com/2022/08/02/nothing-phone-1-lite-specifications-leaked-likely-to-arrive-with-sub-rs-25000-317-price/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">device</a> is said to lack some of the highlight features present in the Nothing Phone (1) like the Glyph interface LED lights, and wireless charging.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="td-center wp-image-466494 size-large td-animation-stack-type0-2" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Nothing-Phone-1-hands-on-1024x605.jpg?x92417" alt="Nothing Phone (1) hands-on" width="696" height="411" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Nothing-Phone-1-hands-on-1024x605.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Nothing-Phone-1-hands-on-300x177.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Nothing-Phone-1-hands-on-768x454.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Nothing-Phone-1-hands-on-696x411.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Nothing-Phone-1-hands-on-1068x631.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Nothing-Phone-1-hands-on-711x420.jpg 711w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Nothing-Phone-1-hands-on.jpg 1526w" sizes="(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px" /></p>
<p>However, Nothing CEO and Co-founder, Carl Pei, has outright denied these claims, stating that it&#8217;s &#8220;Fake news&#8221;. Pei said this in a <a href="https://twitter.com/getpeid/status/1555043493730406401?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1555043493730406401%7Ctwgr%5E45a7b4aeb7a2c001acebfc1e7882ebeda64125f9%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.91mobiles.com%2Fhub%2Ffake-news-carl-pei-nothing-phone-1-lite%2F" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tweet</a> replying to an article shared by Android Police which talks about the alleged Nothing Phone (1) Lite in detail.</p>

<p>The Nothing CEO did not clarify if his comment refers to the existence of the phone itself or if it is targeted at the rumors that the Nothing Phone (1) Lite will lack the Glyph interface and wireless charging. For now, it would be safe to assume that the company is not working on a watered-down version of its debut smartphone. The company is currently having a hard time with the quality control aspect of the Nothing Phone (1), with customers complaining about design flaws, hardware issues, and quality issues like getting dust under the glass back.</p>
<p>Relatedly, a different rumor has emerged suggesting that the company is working on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/08/04/nothing-may-launch-2-new-ear-1-tws-successors-soon/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">two new wireless earphones</a>, which will succeed the original Ear (1) model. According to a tipster, the upcoming earphones will include the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/nothing-ear-1-stick/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nothing Ear (1) Stick</a>, and another pair of earbuds which could be called the Nothing Ear (2).</p>

<p class="root-block-node" data-changed="false" data-paragraphid="12">It has been just a few days since the Nothing Phone (1) has been made available for purchase. The Lite model will not have the LED layout called the Glyph interface on the back, and it will lack support for wireless charging. It may house a larger 5,000mAh battery.</p>
<p class="root-block-node" data-changed="false" data-paragraphid="14">Apart from these changes, the Lite (1) may not differ from the Phone (1). The device could be bundled with a 42W charger. The report states that <span class="red-underline" data-startindex="87" data-endindex="91" data-paragraphid="16">Phone</span> (1) may receive a price cut during the next festive season in India.</p>
