Alongside the Nova 5 series, Huawei also announced the Nova Mini Bluetooth Speaker. This is the first non-phone Nova-branded product, and it comes in bright and funky colors.

The Nova Mini Bluetooth Speaker (CM510) has a cylindrical design with a two-tone finish. It has just a single button, a three-color LED indicator, a MicroUSB port, and holes for a lanyard cable. The speaker also has an IP54 rating, so you can take it to the poolside or use it in the bathroom. It comes in Bright Black, Forest Green, Midsummer Purple, and Coral Orange (more like red).

The speaker has a 3W driver with enhanced bass. It connects via Bluetooth 4.2 and you can pair two units together for TWS surround sound. The Bluetooth speaker packs a 660mAh battery that Huawei says will last up to 4 hours on a single charge for music playback and 3 hours for calls as it has a microphone too. The speaker will automatically turn off after 5 minutes when not paired to a device and also turn off after 30 minutes when not playing anything.

The Nova Mini Bluetooth Speaker weighs 101 grams and measures 50 x 50 x 56.3 millimeters. It costs just ¥129 (~$19) and is already available for purchase on Vmall.com.
