ZTE Nubia Z50 is now available for pre-order on Giztop. You can pre-order the latest smartphone from Nubia for a starting price of $529 only. Please note that this is a pre-order and the product will be shipped at the end of December. 

Nubia Z50 features a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display and supports a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Octa-core processor and comes in multiple memory variants viz. 8GB/ 12GB/ 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB/ 256GB/ 512GB/ 1TB UFS 4.0 internal storage. 

The smartphone comes with dual rear cameras with a 64MP primary and 50MP secondary sensor. For your selfies, you have a 16MP camera in the front. The phone is fueled with a 5000mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging and 15W wireless charging. It runs on the latest Android 13-based MYOS 13. 

Other interesting features include dual stereo speakers with support for DTS X: Ultra, complete access to Google play store, dual-SIM, 5G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, GPS, etc. 

Nubia Z50 is available in Black, White, and Green color options. You can now pre-order the phone for $529 only. Please note that this price is applicable to the base variant.

Nubia is gearing up to launch a new flagship smartphone in China, dubbed Nubia Z50. The company has confirmed the handset will debut in its home country on December 19 with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and a 5000mAh battery. Ahead of its formal debut, the smartphone has surfaced on the 3C certification site with 80W charging.

Nubia Z50 with model number NX711J has passed through China’s compulsory 3C certification. The listing suggests the handset will come with an 80W charger. Previously, Nubia revealed the Z50 will pack a 5000mAh and will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

The company has also revealed that the smartphone will come with a new 35mm custom optical system where the light input exceeds 1-inch primary camera sensor. In addition, the device would support Starry Sky Photography and offer different types of photography modes.

Other specifications of the smartphone are still under wraps. We are bound to learn all details about it on December 19.

To recall, Z50’s predecessor—Nubia Z40S— launched with a 6.67-inch OLED display offering a Full HD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, a 480Hz touch sampling rate, and a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits. Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 onboard storage.

For photography, the smartphone features a custom-made 35mm 64-megapixel Sony IMX787 primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture and OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide unit, and an 8-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor. There’s a 16-megapixel snapper for selfies and video calls.

The device runs the Android 12 operating system with the company’s own MyOS 12 custom skin on top. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W/120W fast charging.

Back in August, Nubia launched a new premium smartphone in China dubbed the Nubia Z40S Pro. The company even launched a special “Starry Night” edition (inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s popular painting) of the smartphone. Now, the company is gearing up to launch another flagship, called the Nubia Z50. This phone will be equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8-Gen 2 SoC and will debut this month. Here are the details.

Nubia took to Weibo to announce a new flagship smartphone, dubbed Nubia Z50. The company says the handset will be powered by the second-generation Snapdragon 8 chipset and come with a new 35mm custom optical system. Nubia did not specify the exact launch date of the handset but confirmed it will debut sometime in December.
