<p><span style="font-weight: 400">According to </span><a href="https://www.tizenhelp.com/one-ui-3-1-1-update-for-older-galaxy-devices-to-start-from-august-end/"><i><span style="font-weight: 400">TizenHelp</span></i></a><span style="font-weight: 400">, a moderator on the Samsung Members community forum has revealed that One UI 3.1.1 will be released for the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/?post_type=aps-products&amp;s=Galaxy+S21"><span style="font-weight: 400">Galaxy S21 s</span><span style="font-weight: 400">e</span><span style="font-weight: 400">ries</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> around the end of August. This means the upcoming</span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Galaxy-Z-Fold-3/"><span style="font-weight: 400"> Galaxy Z Fold3</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> and </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Galaxy-Z-Flip-3/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Galaxy Z Flip3</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">, which are expected to hit the shelves about the same time will likely debut with this version of the software.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Further, as per the CheckFirm app (via </span><a href="https://samnext.com/one-ui-3-1-1-august-release/"><i><span style="font-weight: 400">SamNext</span></i></a><span style="font-weight: 400">), Samsung has already started testing One UI 3.1.1 for the Galaxy S21 series. Hence, the update should indeed arrive by the end of next month.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Unfortunately, nothing is known about the next iteration of </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/One-UI/"><span style="font-weight: 400">One UI</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">. Going by One UI 2.5 and One UI 1.5, which are the predecessors of One UI 3.1.1, the new version should mostly bring new features for premium smartphones and tablets.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">We expect to learn more about these features and supported devices with the launch of </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Samsung/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Samsung</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">’s next foldables. Maybe, we will get to know about them beforehand via firmware code. Until then, all we can do is wait.</span></p>
