The company is expected to tow the same line with this year&#8217;s OnePlus 8 series. The OP8 series should feature the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro which would launch in the first half of the year. The second half of the year will see the company launch a T version with an incremental upgrade in design and features. <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/da8bd0dd31ecf9ec5385cef3062045fe65246b19.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-310087" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/da8bd0dd31ecf9ec5385cef3062045fe65246b19.jpg?x10805" alt="OnePlus 8 Pro and Robert Downey Jr." width="584" height="731" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/da8bd0dd31ecf9ec5385cef3062045fe65246b19.jpg 584w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/da8bd0dd31ecf9ec5385cef3062045fe65246b19-240x300.jpg 240w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/da8bd0dd31ecf9ec5385cef3062045fe65246b19-336x420.jpg 336w" sizes="(max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px" /></a></p>
<p>The OnePlus 8 series has been the subject of a couple of leaks in recent times and that is just normal as the launch draws closer. One of the latest leaks we are seeing is the AI Benchmark ranking of the OnePlus 8 Pro. In case you are in doubt, AI benchmark is a website that keeps track of AI performance statistics of mobile and desktop CPUs.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/OnePlus-8-Pro-AI-Benchmark.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-312193" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/OnePlus-8-Pro-AI-Benchmark.jpg?x10805" alt="OnePlus 8 Pro" width="1268" height="352" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/OnePlus-8-Pro-AI-Benchmark.jpg 1268w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/OnePlus-8-Pro-AI-Benchmark-300x83.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/OnePlus-8-Pro-AI-Benchmark-768x213.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/OnePlus-8-Pro-AI-Benchmark-1024x284.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/OnePlus-8-Pro-AI-Benchmark-696x193.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/OnePlus-8-Pro-AI-Benchmark-1068x296.jpg 1068w" sizes="(max-width: 1268px) 100vw, 1268px" /></a></p>
<h6 class="related"><strong>EDITOR&#8217;S PICK: <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/12/17/xiaomi-aqara-smart-home-products-amazon-us-pricing-availability">Xiaomi’s Aqara officially unveils its range of smart home products in the US</a></strong></h6>
<p>The OnePlus 8 Pro is listed below the Galaxy S20, Honor 9X Pro, Nova 5, Nova 5i Pro, Xiaomi Mi 10 5G and a couple of other models. The phone is listed above the Google Pixel 4, ASUS ROG 2, Mi 10 Pro 5G and the Realme X2 Pro. However, we must note that all the models had AI scores of over 30,000 points which shows they all have impressive AI performance.</p>
<p>However, the OPPO Find X2 which is not captured on the list above has an AI score of 39,638 points which is significantly higher than the OP8 Pro&#8217;s. Also, Huawei&#8217;s Kirin 990-powered flagship tops the chart with over 76,000 AI points. That is some massive disparity with the OnePlus&#8217; model.</p>
<p>The benchmark listing is an indication that the Snapdragon 865-powered device may be launched soon.</p>
<p>As a reminder, the OnePlus 8 Pro is expected to feature a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. The device will equally be powered by a Snapdragon 865 SoC teaming up with several RAM and storage options. The battery capacity is yet to be revealed but the device is said to come with support for up to 50W fast charging.</p>
