Before the new year, OnePlus rolled out a stable update for the OnePlus 8T. This update came with build number OxygenOS 11.0.6.7/11.0.6.8. Apart from bringing the older November 2020 security patch, it also came with certain fixes and optimisations. But along with all of these, it also brought along a bug. Hence, the brand is currently rolling out a new build with a fix.

The latest system update for the OnePlus 8T arrives with build number OxygenOS 11.0.6.8 for the Indian and the US variant, whereas the European version gets OxygenOS 11.0.6.9.

As mentioned in the beginning, this build comes soon after the release of the previous build whose rollout was terminated by the company. Hence, changelog of the new update is exactly the same as the old one with one addition – fix for media player pausing abnormally.
