On April 29th, OnePlus launched the Nord Buds TWS earphones at the OnePlus 10R launch event. The earbuds are now available to purchase in India, so let’s once again take a look at their pricing, specs, and features.

OnePlus Nord Buds price in India

The Nord Buds from OnePlus are priced at ₹2,799 (~$36) and are available in two colors namely Black Slate and White Marble. The buds can be purchased from Flipkart, Amazon, the OnePlus India website, and offline stores across India.

Coming to its specifications, the TWS earbuds feature big 12.4mm audio drivers and come with Bluetooth 5.2 support. They feature an in-ear style design that snugly fits for maximum comfort and a present listening experience.

Each individual earphone packs a 41mAh battery, while the charging case houses a 480mAh battery. It’s capable of up to 7 hours of audio playback on a single charge and up to 30 hours of playback with the charging case. One of the highlight features of the Nord Buds is its fast charging capability which allows up to 5 hours of playback with just a 10-minute charge.

The Nord Buds feature Dolby Atmos audio support, a dedicated 94ms low latency gaming mode on select smartphones, and a dual-mic setup that offers AI noise reduction. Other features offered on the TWS earbuds are an IP55 protection rating, USB Type C charging port, touch controls, Dirac audio tuned, three sound presets, and even fast pairing with OnePlus smartphones.

OnePlus has just announced two new smartphones for the Indian market. But alongside the OnePlus 10R and Nord CE 2 Lite, the company also unveiled its latest truly wireless earbuds, which is the Nord Buds.

The new Nord Buds feature a 12.4mm audio drivers and comes with Bluetooth 5.2 support. The earbuds offers up to 7 hours of audio playback on a single charge but pairing it with the charging case bumps the battery life to 30 hours. Notably, a quick 10 minute charge offers an additional 5 hours of playback. The Chinese smartphone maker’s latest earbuds feature an in ear style design with interchangeable eartips.

OnePlus 10R, Nord CE 2 Lite Indian price tipped ahead of launch

OnePlus has scheduled a launch event in India on the 28th of April where the company will unveil the OnePlus 10R and the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite smartphones. The brand is also expected to debut the OnePlus Nord Buds and the OnePlus Buds N.

OnePlus has also confirmed that the OnePlus 10R will come in two charging variants – 80W and 150W. Now, ahead of the launch event, the prices of the OnePlus 10R and the Nord CE 2 Lite have been tipped.

According to a tweet from tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Nord CE 2 Lite will start at Rs 19,999 ($261) for the base variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The 8GB+128GB variant will cost Rs 21,999 ($288).

Tipster Yogesh Brar on the other hand states that the base configuration model of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite will cost Rs 17,999 ($235) and the 8GB model will cost Rs 19,999 ($261). It is still not clear which of these quoted price tags will actually materialize during the launch, but it appears we can expect the device to start under Rs 20,000.

Brar has also stated that the OnePlus 10R will have a starting price of Rs 38,999 ($510) for the 8GB + 128GB configuration and the 12GB + 258GB configuration will cost Rs 44,999 ($588). Other than that, Brar has tipped that the OnePlus Nord Buds will be priced at Rs 2,999 ($39) in India.

OnePlus 10R specs and features (Rumored)

So far, the rumors surrounding the OnePlus 10R state that the device will come with a 6.7-inch E4 AMOLED display with a Full HD+ screen resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a punch-hole cutout in the top-center of the screen for the front camera.

Under the hood, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100-MAX processor, coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It will come in two memory variants — 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage.

There will be a triple-camera setup on the back panel, which will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, the smartphone will have a 16-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5K3P9SP lens for taking selfies and video calling.

The OnePlus 10R is expected to run the Android 12 operating system with the company’s own OxygenOS on top.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite specifications (rumored)

The Nord CE 2 Lite 5G will arrive with a 6.58-inch LCD FHD+ display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It will feature a 16-megapixel front camera and a 64-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth) triple camera unit. The Snapdragon 695 powered device will come with 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of native storage. It will house a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. The Nord CE 2 Lite 5G will boot Android 11-based OxygenOS 11 out of the box and will lack the iconic alert slider.
