The device was <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/17/walmart-onn-android-tv-stick-clears-fcc-may-launch-soon/">certified by the FCC back in March</a> and has now been listed on the manufacturer&#8217;s online store as the “onn. FHD Streaming Stick”. While you can&#8217;t buy it now, the listed price reveals this is a more affordable alternative to Xiaomi&#8217;s <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/mi-tv-stick">Mi TV Stick</a>.</p>

<p>Spotted by <a href="https://twitter.com/AndroidTV_Rumor/status/1399274149835689991?s=19"><em>Android TV Guide</em></a>, the onn. FHD Streaming Stick runs <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/android-TV">Android TV</a> like Xiaomi&#8217;s own streaming dongle. Wrapped in a black curved polycarbonate body, the device has a pretty small form factor. Save for the onn. logo, all you have on the device is the HDMI output port and a MicroSD card slot.</p>
<p>According to the limited spec sheet, the onn. FHD Streaming Stick has 1GB of DDR4 RAM. While the storage isn&#8217;t stated, we don&#8217;t think it is more than 8GB for a device of this type. The device supports dual-band Wi-Fi and has Dolby Audio.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-392607" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick.jpg?x10805" alt="onn. FHD Streaming Stick" width="3000" height="3000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick.jpg 3000w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-300x300.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-768x768.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-696x696.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-1068x1068.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-420x420.jpg 420w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-1920x1920.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 3000px) 100vw, 3000px" /></p>
<p>Included in the box will be the dongle itself, an HDMI extension cable, a remote, a micro-USB cable, and a power adapter. The remote has dedicated buttons for YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, and HBOmax. It also has a microphone, a Google Assistant button, a mute button, and a Live TV button alongside the other familiar and standard ones.</p>
<p>The onn. FHD Streaming Stick supports 1080p streaming like the Mi TV Stick but is listed at a cheaper price of $24.88 compared to Xiaomi&#8217;s own device that sells for $39.99/€39.99.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-392605" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-listing.jpg?x10805" alt="onn. FHD Streaming Stick listing" width="940" height="623" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-listing.jpg 940w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-listing-300x199.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-listing-768x509.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-listing-696x461.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/onn.-FHD-Streaming-Stick-listing-634x420.jpg 634w" sizes="(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px" /></p>
<p>We don&#8217;t know when it will go on sale but we expect it to fly off shelves when it does. Will it be available outside the US? The chances are pretty low right now, so if you don&#8217;t reside in the States, the only way you may be able to get your hands on this is to have it imported.</p>
<p>Onn also has <a href="https://www.walmart.com/ip/onn-Android-TV-UHD-Streaming-Device/636597403">a slightly more expensive streaming device</a> that is priced at $29.88 and supports 4K streaming. While not as portable as the one above, the extra $5 is worth it for what you get.</p>
