OPPO seems to have taken the wraps off the OPPO A1K in India. This is coming just a week after the budget model was launched in Russia. The phone is now available on several offline stores in India clutching a retail price f Rs. 8490 ($125), a tad lower than the price in Russia which is around $150. While we wait for words on its availability on OPPO’ss official online store, here are some details on the design and key specifications of the device.

OPPO A1K Specifications

OPPO A1K features a huge 6.1-inch LCD display with an HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The device also has a waterdrop notch on top of the display which houses the selfie camera. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset paired with 2GB of RAM while there is 32GB of internal storage onboard. The device packs an 8MP camera at the rear with f/2.2 aperture. At the front, there is a 5MP selfie camera. AT first glance, you may think the rear camera is a dual setup but it is a single shooter with an LED flash. The rear shell is devoid of a physical fingerprint sensor and no, there is no on-screen sensor on the budget model. Instead, the A1K comes with Face Unlock bundled with the Android 9.0-based ColorOS 6.0.

Further, OPPO A1K packs a 4000mAH battery under its hood. The device ships with a 2x Fast charge adapter but there is no detail on the swiftness of the charger. The A1k is a dual SIM phone and it also has a dedicated microSD card slot.
