It could get 256 GB of internal storage and pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. For selfies, the handset will likely get a 32MP shooter nested in a punch-hole cutout.</p>

<p>In the rear camera department, you get a 64MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. The handset is reported to be a rebranded version of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-a1-5g">OPPO A1 5G</a> available in the Chinese market.</p>

<p>The month of March was <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/03/11/upcoming-smartphones-march-2023/">full of smartphone launches</a>. We witnessed the release of many most-anticipated handsets like the Oppo Find X6 series, Huawei P60 series, Redmi Note Turbo, and more.</p>

<p>April won’t be different either. Multiple big-name brands have already confirmed to debut several high-profile devices.</p>

<p>For example, Vivo will be launching its new-gen foldables, including its first clamshell foldable. Also, Xiaomi will release its new Ultra smartphone, while Asus will debut its latest ROG gaming smartphone.</p>

<p>Apart from the aforementioned premium handsets, we are also looking forward to mid-rangers and budget models, like the much-awaited flagship-killer Poco F5. All in all, there will be new phone releases this month spread across different price segments.</p>

<p>With that out of the way, let’s have a look at these handsets one by one.</p>

<p>The handsets will look similar to their predecessors. They will most likely cost about the same as well.</p>

<div style="height:30px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Osom Solana Saga</strong></h3>

<p>The Osom Solana Saga is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/03/26/solana-mobile-saga-launch/">finally launching</a> on April 13 at 10 AM Pacific Time. This device was initially announced almost a year ago in June 2022 as a Web3 smartphone.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="680" height="665" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OSOM-Solana-Saga-1.jpg?x10805" alt="OSOM Solana Saga" class="wp-image-491902" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OSOM-Solana-Saga-1.jpg 680w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OSOM-Solana-Saga-1-300x293.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OSOM-Solana-Saga-1-429x420.jpg 429w" sizes="(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px" /></figure>

<p>The product will offer a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, a 12MP Sony IMX373 ultra-wide unit, a 16MP front-facing camera, a 4,110mAh battery, and an IP68 rating for dust as well as water resistance.</p>

<div style="height:30px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Xiaomi 13 Ultra</strong></h3>

<p>The Xiaomi 13 Ultra <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/04/06/xiaomi-13-ultra-officially-confirmed-to-launch-in-april-will-release-globally/">has been confirmed</a> to launch in China in April. The company is yet to officially reveal the date but we know a few things about the device already.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Xiaomi-12S-Ultra-review-11-1024x576.jpg?x10805" alt="" class="wp-image-470026" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Xiaomi-12S-Ultra-review-11-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Xiaomi-12S-Ultra-review-11-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Xiaomi-12S-Ultra-review-11-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Xiaomi-12S-Ultra-review-11-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Xiaomi-12S-Ultra-review-11-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Xiaomi-12S-Ultra-review-11-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Xiaomi-12S-Ultra-review-11-747x420.jpg 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Xiaomi-12S-Ultra-review-11.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 2 chipset. It will house an improved Leica-powered quad-camera system. The setup will include a 1-inch 50MP Sony IMX989 primary sensor and three 50MP Sony IMX858 sensors for ultra-wide, telephoto, and periscope.</p>

<p>It will come with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Finally, it will boot MIUI 14 based on Android 13 and will carry support for 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.</p>

<div style="height:30px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Vivo X Fold 2 and Vivo X Flip</strong></h3>

<p>The Vivo X Fold 2 and Vivo X Flip are expected to launch this month. The former will go official as the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 foldable, while the latter is the company’s first clamshell foldable.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Vivo-X-Fold-2-live-image-1024x576.png?x10805" alt="Vivo X Fold 2" class="wp-image-527823" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Vivo-X-Fold-2-live-image-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Vivo-X-Fold-2-live-image-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Vivo-X-Fold-2-live-image-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Vivo-X-Fold-2-live-image-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Vivo-X-Fold-2-live-image-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Vivo-X-Fold-2-live-image-747x420.png 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Vivo-X-Fold-2-live-image.png 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>The X Fold 2 is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/04/06/vivo-x-fold-2-specifications-leaked/">said to come</a> with an 8.03-inch 120Hz main display and a 6.03-inch 120Hz secondary screen. It will sport a Zeiss-powered triple camera setup head by a 50MP Sony IMX866 sensor. These cameras will use Vivo V2 ISP for image processing.</p>

<p>On the other hand, the X Flip will feature a large cover display on its back. But the screen <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/04/03/vivo-x-flip-live-image/">appears to be inconvenient</a>. This device is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chip instead.</p>

<h3><strong>Poco F5 Series</strong></h3>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Poco-F5/">Poco F5</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Poco-F5-Pro/">Poco F5 Pro</a> might release by the end of April. These handsets will go official as rebranded Redmi Note 12 Turbo and Redmi K60.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="683" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Redmi-Note-12-Turbo-Featured-1024x683.jpg?x10805" alt="Redmi Note 12 Turbo" class="wp-image-526070" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Redmi-Note-12-Turbo-Featured-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Redmi-Note-12-Turbo-Featured-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Redmi-Note-12-Turbo-Featured-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Redmi-Note-12-Turbo-Featured-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Redmi-Note-12-Turbo-Featured-1068x712.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Redmi-Note-12-Turbo-Featured-630x420.jpg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Redmi-Note-12-Turbo-Featured.jpg 1080w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>Therefore, the vanilla model will house the new Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2 chipset, whereas the pro variant will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset. But both will arrive with an OIS-assisted 64MP main camera, MIUI 14 based on Android 13, and 67W wired charging support.</p>

<p>Since both are rebadged versions of different phone lineups, their design will differ. Thus, the regular variant will sport a 3.5mm headphone jack, unlike the pro.</p>

<div style="height:30px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Oppo A1 and Oppo A98</strong></h3>

<p>After Oppo A1 Pro and Oppo A1x, the brand is now expected to release Oppo A1 in China this month. This device was <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/04/04/oppo-a1-5g-listed-on-china-telecom-website-with-snapdragon-695-fhd-90hz-display/">recently listed</a> on China Telecom’s website.</p>

<p>On the other hand, the Oppo A98 is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/03/31/oppo-a98-closer-launch-sirim-certificate/">expected</a> to be launched in the Southeast Asian markets by the end of April. Not much is known about this phone, except that it will support 67W fast wired charging.</p>

<p>The product is said to retail at ₹26,999. The brand will be offering ₹2,000 cashback on transactions via cards issued by select financial institutions.</p>

<div style="height:30px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Huawei Nova 11 Series</strong></h3>

<p>The Huawei Nova 11 series is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/04/08/huawei-nova-11-series-tipped-launch-april-17/">rumored to go official</a> on April 17. The lineup will bring a new design and it is tipped to offer satellite communication functionality.</p>

<p>Pro and non-pro models are anticipated. The former will sport a 50MP camera, while the latter will feature a 108MP camera. The pro variant is tipped to house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and support 100W fast wired charging.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, that’s all the information we have on the upcoming Huawei Nova 11 series.</p>

<div style="height:30px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Infinix Note 30</strong></h3>

<p>The Infinix Note 30 family might debut in April. The lineup is said to include three devices, such as Infinix Note 30, Infinix Note 30 Pro, and Infinix Note 30 VIP.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="614" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Infinix-Note-30-1024x614.webp?x10805" alt="" class="wp-image-528368" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Infinix-Note-30-1024x614.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Infinix-Note-30-300x180.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Infinix-Note-30-768x461.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Infinix-Note-30-696x418.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Infinix-Note-30-1068x641.webp 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Infinix-Note-30-700x420.webp 700w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Infinix-Note-30.webp 1125w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p><a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/oppo">Oppo</a> might be gearing up to bring a new A series smartphone into the global as well as Chinese markets. The handset in question should be called the Oppo A98 and its launch seems near as it has already bagged several certifications, including NBTC, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/03/28/oppo-a98-spotted-tdra/">TDRA</a>, and CQC. In the latest development, the mid-range smartphone has appeared on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification website. Here are the details.</p>

<p>Oppo A98 is expected to debut as a mid-range smartphone with some impressive features. You can expect the device to carry an immersive display, a premium design, and a decent processor. It should arrive as the successor to the <a href="http://gizmochina.com/product/oppo-a97">Oppo A97</a>, which was unveiled last summer in China. Circling back to the smartphone’s SIRIM listing, it has been spotted with the model number CPH2529. The listing itself isn’t anything interesting but it hints at a nearby launch of the device.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="491" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Oppo-A98-1024x491.jpg?x10805" alt="Oppo A98" class="wp-image-526624" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Oppo-A98-1024x491.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Oppo-A98-300x144.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Oppo-A98-768x368.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Oppo-A98-1536x736.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Oppo-A98-696x334.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Oppo-A98-1068x512.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Oppo-A98-877x420.jpg 877w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Oppo-A98.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/03/21/oppo-a98-5g-nbtc-cqc-listing/">Previous listings</a> of the device have revealed it will support 67W fast charging and offers 5G connectivity. Notably, a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/11/04/oppo-a98-full-specifications-revealed-launch-likely-by-next-week/">TENAA listing</a> from last year revealed the handset will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with an integrated fingerprint scanner and a Full HD+ resolution. We expect the smartphone to offer at least a 90hz refresh rate. While it is unclear which chipset will power the device, the listing revealed it will be a 2.2GHz octa-core processor, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.</p>

<p>The smartphone is believed to be fueled by a 4,690mAh battery pack. In the rear camera department, it will get a 108MP primary camera accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor. The front may get a 16MP selfie shooter. Currently, there’s no official confirmation from the brand so take these specs with a pinch of salt.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oppo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Oppo </a>is apparently gearing up to launch a new mid range smartphone model soon. The company&#8217;s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-a98/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">A98 5G </a>model was recently spotted on various certification websites, and now, the latest sighting was on the TDRA website. So let&#8217;s have a look.</p>

<p>For those unaware, we had recently reported on the Chinese tech giant&#8217;s A98 model being spotted on the<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/03/21/oppo-a98-5g-nbtc-cqc-listing/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> NBTC &amp; CQC certification websites</a>. Meanwhile, the new TDRA sighting reveals that the Oppo A98 5G carries the CPH2529 model number. Unfortunately, this is the only major detail revealed in the online database apart from its support for 5G connectivity. However, we have older reports that have revealed more details.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="517" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/oppo-a98-5g.webp?x10805" alt="Oppo" class="wp-image-525732" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/oppo-a98-5g.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/oppo-a98-5g-300x151.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/oppo-a98-5g-768x388.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/oppo-a98-5g-696x351.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/oppo-a98-5g-832x420.webp 832w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>The NBTC and CQC listings revealed that the upcoming Oppo A series smartphone will feature 67W fast charging. Although, the TENAA listing has revealed even more details. The device will reportedly sport a tall 6.7 inch AMOLED display that houses a fingerprint scanner and a Full HD+ resolution. There will likely be a high refresh rate support as well. The exact chipset that runs the device is still unclear, but it is believed to be a 2.2GHz octa core processor that will be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.</p>

<p>The previous listings has also revealed a 4,690mAh battery pack. On the rear, the device will feature a 108 megapixel primary camera that is paired with a 2 megapixel depth sensor. Meanwhile, the front is believed to house a 16 megapixel selfie shooter. The TDRA certification doesn&#8217;t reveal much, but it hints at the imminent launch of the Oppo A98 model. So stick around for more updates regarding this device.</p>

<p>The OPPO A58 5G was recently found in China Telecom&#8217;s product library, along with all of its specs and images. It appears that the device will be made available for purchase t<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/11/02/oppo-a58-5g-specifications-price-revealed-expected-to-launch-on-november-11/">hrough the upcoming Nov. 11 (Singles’ Day) shopping festival </a>in China. The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oppo">OPPO</a> A98 is also likely to arrive in time for the Singles’ Day sale. The reason behind it is that it has appeared with all its major specifications and images in the database of the <a href="http://zd.taf.org.cn/#/equipmentDetail?code=g0wQmsAkYB3kL06vqEIHCT%2FtRrHBffg5USDoWhMajl0Ml6IhzWNZgbuYBj5gJkmw">TENAA </a>certification platform (via. <em><a href="https://www.techgoing.com/oppo-a98-full-specifications-revealed-heres-what-to-expect/">TechGoing</a>)</em>.</p>

<h3><strong>OPPO A98 specifications (rumored)</strong></h3>

<p>Starting from the front, the OPPO A98 has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels, 10-bit colors, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. Reports have claimed that it will also support a 120Hz refresh rate. As can be seen in the images of the phone, it features <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/11/03/oppo-a98-images-revealed-likely-to-debut-in-november/">a punch-hole display with curved edges</a>.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="961" height="640" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A98-TENAA-images.png?x10805" alt="OPPO-A98-TENAA-images" class="wp-image-493862" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A98-TENAA-images.png 961w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A98-TENAA-images-300x200.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A98-TENAA-images-768x511.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A98-TENAA-images-696x464.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A98-TENAA-images-631x420.png 631w" sizes="(max-width: 961px) 100vw, 961px" /><figcaption>OPPO A98</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The display punch-hole houses a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Moving to the back, the top camera ring houses a 108-megapixel primary camera, which is followed by a second camera ring featuring a 2-megapixel auxiliary camera and an LED flash.</p>

<p>Under the hood, the OPPO A98 has a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/11/03/oppo-a98-with-curved-display-may-house-sd695-soc/">2.2GHz octa-core processor</a>, which could be the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-695">Snapdragon 695</a> chipset. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, which is said to support <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/30/alleged-oppo-a98-tipped-to-offer-curved-edge-display-108mp-camera-67w-charging/">67W fast charging</a>. The SoC will be coupled with 6 GB / 8 GB / 12 GB of RAM and 64 GB / 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB of storage. For additional storage, it has a microSD card slot.</p>

<p>The OPPO A98 measures 162.3 x 74.3 x 7.7mm and weighs around 171 grams. In terms of dimensions and some specs, the device is similar to the Realme RMX3687, which is expected to launch in China as the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G. However, the Realme device offers a better 2.6GHz octa-core chip and a 108-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit on the back.</p>

<p>Last week, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/28/oppo-a-series-phone-high-end-specs/">news broke out</a> regarding an upcoming Oppo A series smartphone with premium features. This device is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/30/alleged-oppo-a98-tipped-to-offer-curved-edge-display-108mp-camera-67w-charging/">expected</a> to go official as Oppo A98.</p>

<p>Earlier today, images of a mysterious Oppo-branded handset <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/11/03/oppo-a98-images-revealed-likely-to-debut-in-november/">appeared on TENAA</a> with model number PHQ110. It is said to be Oppo A98 and now, its key specs have been tipped as well.</p>

<p>Let’s check out what this forthcoming phone may offer.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="961" height="640" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images.jpg?x10805" alt="OPPO PHQ110 TENAA images" class="wp-image-493683" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images.jpg 961w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images-768x511.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images-631x420.jpg 631w" sizes="(max-width: 961px) 100vw, 961px" /><figcaption>OPPO PHQ110 (aka Hepburn) / Oppo A98 | Source: TENAA</figcaption></figure>

<p>According to <a href="https://weibo.com/6048569942/Mdj6TEyTF"><em>Digital Chat Station</em></a>, the unknown Oppo smartphone is codenamed ‘Hepburn’. Although he doesn’t mention it directly, this device could likely launch as Oppo A98 since the specifications shared by him are the same.</p>

<p>He says this handset will sport a 6.7-inch curved display with a resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels (FHD+) and a 120Hz refresh rate. The centered punch-hole screen will have a 2.33mm chin narrow chin and will support up to a 2160Hz PWM dimming.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, despite flaunting a premium display with an in-screen fingerprint sensor, the phone will be powered by a slower Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. But it will not only support 67W fast charging but also arrive with a 108MP main camera.</p>

<p>The smartphone won’t lack essentials either. It will come with dual stereo speakers and NFC for contactless payments/transit passes.</p>

<p>Based on the specs, the so-called <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Oppo/">Oppo</a> A98 (Hepburn) does sound like an interesting phone and it is somewhat similar to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/honor-x40/">Honor X40</a>. <p>Recent reports have claimed that OPPO is working on the OPPO A98, which will debut as its <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/28/oppo-a-series-phone-high-end-specs/">most advanced A-series phone</a>. A new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oppo">OPPO</a> smartphone with the model number PHQ110 has been spotted in the database of China’s TENAA certification body (via. <em><a href="https://www.techgoing.com/oppo-a98-tenaa-images-appear-november-launch-seems-imminent/">TechGoing</a>)</em>. It seems that the PHQ110 could be the rumored OPPO A98, which is expected to launch in November in China.</p>

<h3><strong>OPPO A98 images</strong></h3>

<p>The images of the alleged OPPO A98 are in line with the leaks surrounding it. The device has a punch-hole display with curved edges. The display design hints that it could be fitted with an AMOLED panel, which suggests that it might also have a fingerprint scanner built into the screen.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="961" height="640" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images.jpg?x10805" alt="OPPO PHQ110 TENAA images" class="wp-image-493683" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images.jpg 961w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images-768x511.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-PHQ110-TENAA-images-631x420.jpg 631w" sizes="(max-width: 961px) 100vw, 961px" /><figcaption>OPPO PHQ110 TENAA images</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Moving to the back, the device has two camera rings. The top seems to house the primary camera, while the other appears to be packed with another camera and an LED flash.</p>

<h3><strong>OPPO A98 specifications</strong></h3>

<p>Previous reports have claimed that the OPPO A98 will offer a Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 2160Hz PWM dimming. It is expected to offer a high screen-to-body ratio as it said to be equipped with a super-slim 3.3x mm chin. While there is no word on the front camera of the device, it is said to be fitted with a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/30/alleged-oppo-a98-tipped-to-offer-curved-edge-display-108mp-camera-67w-charging/">108-megapixel primary camera</a> on the back.</p>

<p>The OPPO A98 is likely to feature the Snapdragon 778G mobile platform. The device will probably offer up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. It may come equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 67W rapid charging support.</p>

<p>The publication has spotted another OPPO phone with PGW110 in the database of the 3C certification platform. It looks like a Reno 9 series phone since the device has been seen with an 80W fast charger.</p>

<p>Smartphone launches don’t seem to be stopping though we are nearing the end of the year. As of writing this article, two brands have confirmed to release new phones in November.</p>

<p>However, we believe there could be more announcements later this month. We have listed multiple products based on leaks and rumors.</p>

<p>Most of them mentioned in this post will likely go official in the next few weeks. Additionally, we may also witness the launch of handsets that are not listed here.</p>

<p>With that out of the way, let’s take a look at all the expected phone releases in the coming days.</p>

<div style="height:50px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h2><strong>Upcoming Smartphones in November 2022</strong></h2>

<div style="height:50px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Huawei P50 Pocket S</strong></h3>

<p>The Huawei P50 Pocket S <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/31/huawei-p50-pocket-s-roundup-launch-date-specs-expected-price/">has been confirmed</a> to launch in China on November 2. It will be an affordable version of the Huawei P50 Pocket from last year.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Huawei-P50-Pocket-S-Teaser-1536x864.jpg?x10805" alt="Huawei P50 Pocket S" width="950" height="534"/><figcaption>Huawei P50 Pocket S</figcaption></figure>

<p>The clamshell foldable smartphone is said to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 4G chipset, a 120Hz display, and cameras powered by the company’s in-house XMAGE image processing.</p>

<p>It is expected to arrive in six vibrant colors (black, blue, pink, white, green, and yellow) and two memory variants (128GB and 256GB).</p>

<div style="height:50px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Realme 10 Series</strong></h3>

<p>The Realme 10 has been <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/31/realme-10-global-launch-date-confirmed-indonesia-listing-reveals-key-specs/">officially confirmed</a> to launch in multiple markets (mostly Southeast Asia) on November 10. There are also leaks regarding Realme 10 Pro Plus but it may not be announced at the event.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="856" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Realme-10.jpg?x10805" alt="Realme 10" class="wp-image-493126" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Realme-10.jpg 856w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Realme-10-300x210.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Realme-10-768x538.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Realme-10-696x488.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Realme-10-599x420.jpg 599w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Realme-10-100x70.jpg 100w" sizes="(max-width: 856px) 100vw, 856px" /><figcaption>Realme 10</figcaption></figure>

<p>As far as the Realme 10 is concerned, it will be a budget 4G handset. Teasers and leaks have revealed it to come with a MediaTek Helio G99 chip, a 6.4-inch FHD+ 90Hz display, a 50MP + 2MP dual camera setup, a 16MP selfie camera, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Android 12, a 5,000mAh battery, and 33W fast charging support.</p>

<p>The device is expected to go on sale from November 11 in Southeast Asia via retailers like Shopee and Lazada.</p>

<div style="height:50px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Oppo A98</strong></h3>

<p>The Oppo A98 is said to be the most premium phone in the Oppo A series to date. Some of its features have been tipped but its launch date is a mystery. However, there’s a chance that it could go official in November.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="695" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-1024x695.png?x10805" alt="Oppo A97" class="wp-image-492937" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-1024x695.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-300x204.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-768x521.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-1536x1042.png 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-696x472.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-1068x724.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-619x420.png 619w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97.png 1682w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Oppo A97</figcaption></figure>

<p>As <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/30/alleged-oppo-a98-tipped-to-offer-curved-edge-display-108mp-camera-67w-charging/">per leaks</a>, the device will flaunt a curved FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2160Hz PWM dimming. The panel will have the highest screen-to-body ratio on a single punch hole curved screen with its 3.3xmm chin.</p>

<p>It will offer other features like a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC, a 108MP primary camera, a 5,000mAh battery, and 67W fast charging support.</p>

<div style="height:50px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Oppo A58 5G</strong></h3>

<p>Oppo may release yet another A series handset called Oppo A58 5G in November. Though the exact launch date is not known, its specs and design are out.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="683" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A58-5G-1024x683.png?x10805" alt="Oppo A58 5G" class="wp-image-493246" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A58-5G-1024x683.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A58-5G-300x200.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A58-5G-768x512.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A58-5G-696x464.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A58-5G-1068x712.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A58-5G-630x420.png 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OPPO-A58-5G.png 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Oppo A58 5G</figcaption></figure>

<p>According to a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/11/01/oppo-a58-5g-specifications-renders-leaked-launch-seems-imminent/">massive leak</a>, the device will arrive with a 6.56-inch HD+ 90Hz display (LCD), MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip, LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 2,2 storage, 50MP + 2MP dual camera system, 8MP selfie camera, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Android 12, 5,000mAh battery, and 33W fast charging support.</p>

<p>The product is tipped to come in three colors, such as Tranquil Sea Blue, Breeze Purple, and Starry Sky Black.</p>

<div style="height:50px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Oppo Reno 9 Series</strong></h3>

<p>The Oppo Reno 9 series is also rumored to launch in November. The lineup is said to include three models, namely Oppo Reno 9, Oppo Reno 9 Pro, and Oppo Reno 9 Pro Plus. However, only details about the vanilla variant have leaked so far.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="866" height="547" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-Reno-9-leaked-image-featured.png?x10805" alt="Oppo Reno 9" class="wp-image-490146" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-Reno-9-leaked-image-featured.png 866w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-Reno-9-leaked-image-featured-300x189.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-Reno-9-leaked-image-featured-768x485.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-Reno-9-leaked-image-featured-696x440.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-Reno-9-leaked-image-featured-665x420.png 665w" sizes="(max-width: 866px) 100vw, 866px" /><figcaption>Oppo Reno 9</figcaption></figure>

<p>The standard Oppo Reno 9 is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/13/oppo-reno-9-specifications-leaked-well-before-launch/">tipped</a> to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz curved display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset, a 64MP OmniVision OV64B primary camera, a 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie camera, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor.</p>

<p>Finally, it will boot Android 13 and will be backed by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging.</p>

<div style="height:50px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023</strong></h3>

<p>We expected the Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023 to go official in October but it didn’t happen. Now, we think it may release in November.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Redmi-Note-10-Pro-Max-All-Colors-Featured-01-1024x576.jpg?x10805" alt="Redmi Note 10 Pro Max" class="wp-image-374806" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Redmi-Note-10-Pro-Max-All-Colors-Featured-01-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Redmi-Note-10-Pro-Max-All-Colors-Featured-01-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Redmi-Note-10-Pro-Max-All-Colors-Featured-01-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Redmi-Note-10-Pro-Max-All-Colors-Featured-01-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Redmi-Note-10-Pro-Max-All-Colors-Featured-01-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Redmi-Note-10-Pro-Max-All-Colors-Featured-01-747x420.jpg 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Redmi-Note-10-Pro-Max-All-Colors-Featured-01-1920x1080.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Redmi Note 10 Pro</figcaption></figure>

<p>As per certifications and leaks, this smartphone will be nothing but a rebadged Redmi Note 10 Pro (aka Redmi Note 10 Pro Max) from 2021. It may be only sold in Southeast Asia and Europe as there’s only a ‘Global’ variant of it.</p>

<p>It will offer features like a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G SoC, 108MP (wide) + 8MP (ultra-wide) + 5MP (telemacro) + 2MP (depth) quad-camera setup, 16MP selfie camera, dual stereo speakers, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 5,020mAh battery, and 33W fast charging support.</p>

<p>Interestingly, the phone <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/29/redmi-note-11-pro-2023-surfaces-on-geekbench-with-a-qualcomm-chipset-8gb-ram/">may boot</a> Android 11 though the original Redmi Note 10 Pro has received the Android 12 update.</p>

<div style="height:50px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3><strong>Poco X5 5G</strong></h3>

<p>The Poco X5 5G could make its debut in November. If not, at least its Chinese variant bearing the Redmi branding might go official. Because the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/03/poco-x5-5g-spotted-on-imei-database-key-specs-launch-timeline-tipped/">model numbers</a> of this handset suggest an October release but the said month has already passed away.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="683" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/POCO-X4-Pro-5G-Featured-A-1024x683.jpeg?x10805" alt="POCO X4 Pro 5G" class="wp-image-446211" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/POCO-X4-Pro-5G-Featured-A-1024x683.jpeg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/POCO-X4-Pro-5G-Featured-A-300x200.jpeg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/POCO-X4-Pro-5G-Featured-A-768x512.jpeg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/POCO-X4-Pro-5G-Featured-A-696x464.jpeg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/POCO-X4-Pro-5G-Featured-A-1068x712.jpeg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/POCO-X4-Pro-5G-Featured-A-630x420.jpeg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/POCO-X4-Pro-5G-Featured-A-1920x1280.jpeg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Poco X4 Pro 5G</figcaption></figure>

<p>Unfortunately, we don’t have much information on it. The product is said to be marketed as a budget gaming smartphone.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oppo">OPPO</a> could be working on its most powerful A-series phone for the Chinese market. Earlier this week, tipster Digital Chat Station <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/10/28/oppo-a-series-phone-high-end-specs/">claimed</a> through a Weibo post that a new A-series OPPO phone would feature a punch-hole display with curved edges. The leak revealed that the phone will come with the highest megapixel count camera and the fastest wired charging solution ever seen on an A-series phone. In a new Weibo post, DCS seems to have leaked <a href="https://weibo.com/u/6048569942?profile_ftype=1&amp;is_all=1&amp;ssl_rnd=1667096228.4667#_0">some more information</a> about the same device. There is a possibility that the device will be released in China with the &#8220;OPPO A98&#8221; moniker.</p>

<p>The new information that the tipster shared suggests that the alleged OPPO A98&#8217;s dispaly will have a 120Hz refresh rate and a Full HD+ resolution. According to his previous Weibo post, the screen will offer up to 2160Hz PWM dimming. The handset will offer a high screen-to-body ratio as it will have a 3.3x mm chin.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="695" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-1024x695.png?x10805" alt="OPPO A97" class="wp-image-492937" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-1024x695.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-300x204.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-768x521.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-1536x1042.png 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-696x472.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-1068x724.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97-619x420.png 619w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/OPPO-A97.png 1682w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>OPPO A97</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Qualcomm chip with the part number SM7325 will power the alleged OPPO A98. Hence, it appears that the device will be powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-778G">Snapdragon 778G</a> mobile platform. The leak has no information on the RAM and storage editions of the A98.</p>

<p>The device will come equipped with a 108-megapixel camera on the back. However, the leak does not mention anything about the auxiliary and selfie cameras on the device. It will pack a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.</p>

<p>DCS also said that OPPO will soon put out new mid-range phones on the Chinese and international markets. However, he did not share any information on their specifications. The Chinese manufacturer is expected to launch the Reno 9 series in November in China. In December, it is expected to announce the Find N2 and Find N Flip devices.</p>
