Oppo Enco X3 Specifications 

The Enco X3 features a dual dynamic driver setup with an 11mm bass driver and a 6mm tweeter, powered by the BES2700 chipset.

These in-ear earbuds come equipped with noise-cancellation technology that reduces ambient noise by up to 50 dB. They also include AI Call Noise Reduction, VPU Bone Voiceprint Recognition, and a new anti-wind noise algorithm for better noise control.

Additionally, the earbuds use real-time human voice calculation for noise reduction,  resulting in a 200% increase in voice denoising ability. A dual DAC and a three-microphone system further enhance audio clarity during calls and playback.

The Oppo Enco X3 TWS earphone is expected to launch with the Find X8 series on October 24 in China. Now the earphone has made its appearance on the company’s official website, which is going to succeed the Enco X2 launched in 2022. The official images also confirms two color options for the product – Beige and Black.

According to the listing, the Enco X3 TWS earphones will come in two different versions: wired charging and wireless charging.

The earbuds have a different design than the predecessor but retains the ‘L’ and ‘R’ marking for easier identification. The charging case appears to have a leather finish on the front and the back with OPPO logo printed on the front and a matte finish on the sides. Other than that, the overall design of the case is similar to its predecessor. A physical button is provided on the side, which offers the pairing functionality.

Audio and processing:

In terms of audio quality, the Enco X3 is rumored to feature dual drivers—an 11mm bass driver and a 6mm tweeter—for an enhanced listening experience. The earphones are also equipped with a custom dual DAC (digital-to-analog converter), along with 3 microphones and a VPU bone sensor for improved voice pickup.

A transmission rate of up to 1 Mbps, paired with support for 192kHz / 24bit lossless wireless transmission, is also expected. A previous report claims support for LHDC 5.0 and Bluetooth 5.4 for lossless yet reliable audio transmission.

As for the processing, the TWS uses the BES2700 chipset, which is also used by the recently released Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2. It is built for ultra-low power Bluetooth wearable devices that focuses on noise cancellation and AI-powered voice features.

With the chipset, the Enco X3 achieves 50dB adaptive active noise reduction, up from 45dB of its predecessor.

However, the battery remains very similar to its predecessor – 58mAh for the earbuds (up from 57mAh) and 566mAh for the charging case (same as its predecessor). It is paired with 10W wired and wireless charging, which is also same as the predecessor. Nonetheless, an improvement in battery life is expected with the new chipset.

Oppo Enco X3 could come with IP55 dust and water resistant rating, which is enough to protect the internals from sweat and rain.

Oppo is expected to launch its next flagship smartphones, the Find X8 and X8 Pro in October. It turns out, that the phones will be accompanied by two additional products if a rumor by usually reliable tipster Digital Chat Station is to be believed.

The tipster took to his Weibo to reveal that Oppo will be launching Pad 3 Pro tablet and Enco X3 earbuds alongside the Find X8 phones. There’s no mention of a specific launch date or timeframe, though. 

These are all top-of-the-line products from the Chinese brand. For instance, the Find X8 and X8 Pro will come with MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9400 processor. Both of them will have an OLED display, but the former is expected to have a flat 6.7-inch panel while the latter may come with a 6.8-inch curved display. 

Their camera setup is said to include a 50MP main, 50MP ultrawide, and a 3x telephoto lens. The Pro model will add a 10x periscope telephoto to complete the setup. 

Likewise, the duo will share 100W wired charging support. It will fuel a 5600mAh cell in the X8 and a 5700mAh battery on the X8 Pro. 

The Oppo Pad 3 Pro, on the other hand, is said to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Edition processor, 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage that will run Android 15-based ColorOS 15 environment. 

Moving on, almost complete details of the Enco X3 have been revealed in a leak yesterday. For a quick recap, it is expected to have a dual-driver design consisting of 11mm bass and a 6mm tweeter. In November 2023, Oppo unveiled the Reno 11 series of smartphones in China. Recent reports revealed that the brand is currently working on the Reno 12 series of smartphones for the Chinese market. In addition to the Reno 12 lineup, the brand is reportedly developing the Oppo Pad 3 tablet and the Enco X3 TWS earbuds. In the latest leak, tipster Digital Chat Station has mentioned the launch timeframes of these devices.

DCS revealed that new products such as the Oppp Reno 12 / 12 Pro, Pad 3, and Enco X3 are already in the pipeline, with material production trials underway. Current factory schedules suggest a gradual release of these products from late May to early June. The tipster did not reveal anything else about these devices.

Recent reports have claimed that the Reno 12 duo will feature an OLED panel with micro curvature on all four sides. It will offer a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Reno 12 will feature the Dimensity 8200 chipset, whereas the Pro model may pack the Dimensity 9200 Plus. Both phones are likely to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
