OPPO has finally unveiled two smartphones in the OPPO F19 series- OPPO F19 Pro and OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G. The devices start as low as ₹21,490 and come with AMOLED display, ColorOS 11.1, Quad-cameras, and more.

OPPO F19 Pro, F19 Pro+ 5G Price, Offers, Availability

OPPO has launched the OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G and F19 Pro in the following storage variants, colors, and Price:

• OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G

The pre-booking for the devices begins March 9. The sale for the 128GB variant of the devices will start from March 17. However, the 256GB variant of the OPPO F19 Pro will go on sale only from March 25. Users can purchase the OPPO F19 series from Amazon, OPPO online store, and major partners across the country.

OPPO F19 Pro, F19 Pro+ 5G Specifications and Features

Design and Display

The OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G and OPPO F19 Pro both feature a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. This display has a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate.

 Other features of the display includes 800 nits peak brightness, 90.8% screen-body ratio, 20:9 aspect ratio, 409 PPI, 100% sRGB and 92% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, touch sampling rate of 135Hz (Normal), 180Hz (Game mode).

Both the OPPO F19 Pro and F19 Pro+ 5G measure 7.8mm in thickness and weigh 172 and 173 grams respectively. OPPO says that it has used a Quadcom simple touch design and has covered the quad-camera with a scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass 5 on the back.

Processor and Camera

Under the hood, the OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G chipset while the OPPO F19 Pro has a MediaTek Helio P95 4G SoC. The devices are paired with LPDDR4x RAM of 8GB and up to 128/256GB storage(256GB only F19 Pro).

For cameras, the OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G and F19 Pro have a 48MP f/1.7 6P lens, 8MP ultra-wide with FOV 119°, two f/2.4 2MP sensors. Upfront, you get a 16MP  f/2.4 selfie shooter with FOV 78°. Camera features include Dynamic Bokeh, AI Color portrait video, Dual-View Video, Ultra Night Video, and more.

Other features

Another difference between the OPPO  F19 Pro+ and F19 Pro is the charging. The former has a 50W Flash charge(65W SuperVOOC flash charger in the box) while the latter has only a 30W VOOC charge support.

Other features include a 4,310mAh  battery(on both), in-display fingerprint sensor, Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 5GHz, GNSS(BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, GPS), 4G LTE, SA 5G with dual-SIM 5G support and 360-degree Antenna 3.0(on F19 Pro+). 

The devices also have software features like FlexDrop, Folder Quick Merge, 3-finger translate with OPPO Lens, Game Focus mode, performance optimizer, and run ColorOS 11.1 based and Android 11.

OPPO  is said to launch the OPPO F19 Pro and OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G smartphones in India. Leaker Ishan Agarwal has now revealed the entire specs, features, and launch date of the device.

According to Ishan courtesy of the Pricebaba report, the OPPO F19 series will launch in India on March 8. As per a leaked Flipkart listing, the launch event is said to happen at 7 PM IST(GMT+ 05:30).

As for the design, the OPPO F19 series has a top-left punch-hole flat display, a square-shaped rear camera layout with an AI logo beneath, dual-LED flash on the sides, mostly a 3.5mm jack, and a Type-C port at the bottom.

The OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G is said to share a lot of similarities with the above device except for few differences. That is, it is said to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G chipset. Thus, the F19 Pro+ alone in the series will have support for 5G connectivity.

Additionally, it is said to include an 8GB of RAM, 256GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage. Another difference of the F19 Pro+ 5G is the 50W VOOC Flash Charging. The OPPO F19 Pro+ 5G will likely get only the Black and Silver color options.

Details regarding the price are not clear at the moment so let’s wait for a few days to know it officially.
