Oppo is expected to unveil the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s Pro in April in China. However, it appears that the brand may have planned to launch the next-generation K Turbo series phones ahead of the X9 lineup. The reason behind this is that the rumored K15 Turbo and K15 Turbo Pro have appeared in TENAA’s database, revealing their images and key specifications.

The alleged Oppo K15 Turbo and K15 Turbo Pro have been certified by TENAA with model numbers PMH110 and PMG110, respectively. While their final marketing names remain unconfirmed, these listings are widely believed to correspond to the next-generation K Turbo series phones.

The K15 Turbo is expected to feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution (2760 x 1256 pixels), while the Pro model may sport a larger 6.78-inch OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution (1272 x 2772 pixels). Both devices are likely to support a high refresh rate of up to 165Hz. They are also expected to include in-display fingerprint sensors, with at least the Pro model tipped to feature an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

The K15 Turbo is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 8500 chipset clocked at 3.4GHz, whereas the K15 Turbo Pro could feature the more powerful Dimensity 9500s chip clocked at 3.73GHz. The standard model is likely to arrive in multiple configurations, including 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB of RAM, along with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of storage. In comparison, the Pro variant is expected to offer 12GB of RAM paired with 256GB and 512GB storage options.

In terms of battery, the K15 Turbo is expected to pack a 7,265mAh rated battery, with a typical capacity of around 7,400mAh. Meanwhile, the K15 Turbo Pro could house a larger 7,760mAh rated battery, which may translate to a typical capacity of approximately 7,800mAh. There is no information on charging capabilities yet, but both devices could support 80W fast charging. It remains to be seen whether the Pro model will offer wireless charging.

For photography, both smartphones are expected to feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. On the rear, they are likely to be equipped with a dual-camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens.

Other expected features include an IR blaster, ColorOS 16-based Android 16, and a built-in cooling fan. The Pro variant is also rumored to include dedicated gaming shoulder buttons.

It is still unconfirmed whether these devices will be marketed as the K15 Turbo and K15 Turbo Pro or as the K14 Turbo series. Hence, it is advisable to wait for upcoming reports, as these devices are expected to debut by early April in China. Both models may also see a global release a couple of months later.

We’ve been hearing about the Oppo K15 Turbo series for a while now. A Chinese tipster on Weibo has now shared what could be the first images of the device, along with some key specs.

According to Digital Chat Station (DCS), the K15 Pro lineup may include two models. While the exact names aren’t confirmed yet, the devices could launch as the Oppo K15 Turbo and the Oppo K15 Turbo Pro.

Oppo K15 Turbo and K15 Turbo Pro Specifications

Based on the leaked images, the K15 Turbo phones have a flatter, more industrial design. The phone is said to feature a flat display, a metal frame, and a redesigned rear camera module.

Interestingly, DCS says both devices will feature a 50-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back. One notable carryover is the inclusion of an internal cooling fan. 

For context, last year’s Oppo K13 Turbo Pro introduced active cooling to Oppo’s mid-range lineup, along with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip and aggressive thermal management. The K15 Pro series seems to be building on that foundation.

The images also show ventilation cutouts along the frame and a capacitive touch button at the bottom.

Under the hood, the higher-end model is rumored to run on a Dimensity 9500s chip paired with a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPS flat display with a high refresh rate. A more standard engineering variant is said to feature a Dimensity 8500 instead.

In the comments section of the leak, the tipster hints that pricing may increase compared to previous generations, largely due to the upgraded chipset and premium materials like the metal frame. The top configuration is also expected to include 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

Last but not least, the tipster claims the devices are currently slated to launch in April.

While previous leaks claimed that the K15 Turbo Pro would feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, today’s leak reveals that it will instead be powered by the upcoming Dimensity 9500s chipset. The tipster has not shared any details about the chipset’s specifications.

An unreleased mid-range phone running Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 has popped up in China, and the details are… impressive. According to well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, the prototype includes a miniaturized, waterproof active cooling fan — something you’d normally expect in a flagship gaming phone, not a mid-range handset. The leak pretty much points to OPPO, since the specs look a lot like what you’d expect from an upgraded K13 Turbo Pro.

The leaker claims the test device uses a fully sealed, dust-resistant mini fan that forces air through the phone’s internals, paired with a 6.78-inch flat 1.5K LTPS display. Battery capacity is said to take a sizeable jump too. DCS describes it as going from “7″ to “8” — so likely the phone is moving from around 7000 mAh to somewhere near 8000 mAh. And the K13 Turbo series indeed packs a 7,000mAh battery.

The camera system, meanwhile, is described in a tongue-in-cheek way as being good enough for “QR code scanning,” which usually means it’s nothing fancy.

As mentioned above, the phone runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 — the expected step up from the 8s Gen 4 used in the K13 Turbo Pro. A previous report also suggested that Oppo may skip a number entirely and brand the new lineup as the K15 Turbo Pro series.

DCS says Oppo could also bring similar active cooling to more phones later on, calling the fan-based approach a new direction for the brand’s performance-focused lineup.

The K13 Turbo and Turbo Pro rely on a concealed air inlet, an L-shaped airflow channel, vortex-shaping structures, and dense heat-dissipation fins to dramatically boost airflow and cooling efficiency. Users can even choose between variable-speed and high-speed fan modes, plus customize the startup sound.

More details will likely surface as the engineering sample moves closer to an actual product.

It scores about 3.3 million on AnTuTu and 3000/10,000 on Geekbench 6, with roughly 100 fps in the Aztec 1440p test. Performance matches the 8 Elite in CPU but slightly trails in GPU power, offering improved efficiency and stability.

The OnePlus Ace 6 Pro Max will be the first phone to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip. It is also expected to power the Vivo S50 Pro Mini (Vivo X300 FE for the global market) and Moto X70 Ultra.
