Oppo announced its long-awaited smartphone dubbed the Oppo K3 earlier this month. Following in the footsteps of its well-received predecessors, the recently unveiled device is likely to garner huge popularity among Oppo fans.

Top two variants of the Oppo K3 have gone up for sale on Giztop. The phone comes in two appealing color versions including Farm Black and Nebula Purple. Moreover, you can choose between 6GB RAM+64GB ROM and 8GB RAM+128GB ROM variants.

Carrying a $269 price tag, the 6GB RAM+64GB ROM model is available in Nebula Purple as well as Farm Black color versions. The slightly larger variant that ships with 8GB of RAM and offers a hearty 128GB of onboard storage capacity will set you back $319. This model comes in Nebula Purple and Farm Black color versions.

The Oppo K3 boasts an impressive array of features and top-end specs that justify the price tags it carries. First off, it sports a mammoth 6.5-inch OLED Full HD+ display with a high screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 396PPI.

Furthermore, the K3 packs a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 AIE Octa-core processor along with a highly competent Adreno 616 GPU, under the hood. It features 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage capacity options.

On the optics front, the phone houses a 16MP+2MP dual camera set up at the back. Up front, there’s a 16MP pop-up camera for selfies and video chatting. The phone runs Color OS 6.0 based on Android 9.0 Pie OS and is backed by a 3765mAh battery that supports 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging.

After successfully launching the new Oppo Reno flagship series, the Chinese smartphone maker will launch a new K series smartphone in China on 23 May. The latest teaser from its official Weibo handle confirms some significant details about the smartphone. OPPO K3 will sport Snapdragon 710 SoC and a 16-MP pop-up selfie sensor along with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The phone was also was recently spotted on China Unicom’s product library detailing most of the specifications. Carrying the model number PCGM00, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC, 8GB RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. It features a 6.5-inch display with the resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. There’s a dual rear camera module comprising 16MP+2MP sensors and a 16 MP pop-up selfie camera on the front side.

It will include Game Boost 2.0 for enhanced gaming performance. It measures 161.2×76.0x9.4 mm and weighs 191 grams.

It is expected to retail at the price of 2199 Yuan which roughly translates to $322 for 8GB RAM + 128 GB internal storage variant. Another edition with 6GB RAM is also likely to launch with an even cheaper price tag. OPPO K3 will come in three different colors: Nebula purple, black, and white. There will be a USB-C type interface with 20W fast charging support.

OPPO is expected to launch a mid-range model dubbed OPPO K3 later this month. The model has popped up a couple of times on leaks gifting us the key specs. The K3 has been spotted on China Unicom website’s product library confirming the full specifications we should expect on the device.

From the listing, OPPO K3 comes with the model number PCGM00 and packs a 6.5-inch display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. It is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. The device also packs a dual camera setup at the rear comprising a 16MP+2MP sensors. For selfies, there is equally a 16MP selfie shooter which will likely sit on a notch, although there are rumours the device will have a pop-up selfie shooter. The price of the K3 is even listed as 2199 yuan ($322). Interestingly, the device comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Thus, we find the pricing unbelievable for such specs. There may likely also be a 6GB RAM variant with an even cheaper price tag.

Last year, OPPO launched the K series, a new line of mid-range smartphones. The OPPO K1 is the first of the series, and seven months later, a successor is already on the way. The full specs of the phone which will launch has the OPPO K3 have been leaked.

The OPPO K3 will come with a slightly smaller display than its predecessor. It is a 6.3-inch screen, and like the K1, it is an AMOLED panel with a new generation in-display fingerprint scanner. It will ditch the notch and embrace a full-screen design with a pop-up selfie camera.

OPPO is replacing the Snapdragon 660 processor with the more powerful Snapdragon 710. RAM has also been increased to 6GB RAM on the base model and 8GB RAM on the high-end version. Storage on both is 128GB but there is no mention of a MicroSD card slot.

The OPPO K3 will have a 16MP rising front-facing camera, and on the back, it will have 16MP + 2MP dual camera sensors. There is a 3700mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charging.

The OPPO K3 will have a plastic build, a USB Type-C port, and an audio jack. Its weight is stated to be 191 grams and it will measure 161.2 x 76 x 9.4 millimeters.
