And we are back with the upcoming Smartphones for the month of February 2021. This month usually gets a lot of Flagship launches but some companies like <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/samsung">Samsung</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> have already launched their top smartphones early.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Nevertheless, we have got a lot of devices from <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/huawei">Huawei</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oppo">OPPO</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/redmi">Redmi</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/vivo">Vivo</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme">realme</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/nokia">Nokia</a>, and more. Although we are still early into the month of February, few brands have already launched their devices so be sure to read till the end to know about them.</p>
<h3><strong>HUAWEI Mate X2</strong></h3>
<p>This is probably the most important launch of the month, if you ask me. Huawei has stood the test of the toughest times in the last two years. The company is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/02/idc-report-shows-huawei-leads-the-chinese-smartphone-market-by-a-wide-margin/">still the hero</a> of the home country China.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-369162" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date.jpg?x23692" alt="Huawei Mate X2 launch date" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date.jpg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></p>
<p>Anyway, the third-gen Foldable device(after Mate X, Mate Xs), the HUAWEI Mate X2 will <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/03/huawei-mate-x2-launch-date-is-february-22/">launch on February 22</a> in China. Expected specs include an inward folding 8.01 inches main display, likely a 6.45-inch Cover display, Kirin 9000 5G chipset, quad-cameras with 50MP sensor, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/03/render-gives-us-an-early-looks-at-the-huawei-mate-x2/">16MP dual-front</a> punch-hole cameras, 4,400mAh battery with  <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/10/huawei-mate-x2-with-66w-fast-charger-bags-3c-certification/">66W rapid charging</a>, and more.</p>
<h3><strong>Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Lite, Mi 11 Pro</strong></h3>
<p>Xiaomi <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/12/28/xiaomi-mi-11-arrives-with-the-snapdragon-888-a-top-tier-display-harman-kardon-speakers-and-more/">unveiled</a> the world&#8217;s first Snapdragon 888 chipset phone(<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-11">Xiaomi Mi 11</a>) in China back in December. This device is confirmed to debut Globally on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/29/xiaomi-mi-11-global-launch-set-for-february-8/">February 8</a>. Alongside the flagship, Xiaomi is also expected to <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/12/exclusive-xiaomi-mi-11-lite-to-launch-alongside-mi-11-globally/">bring a Mi 11 Lite</a>. As for <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/22/xiaomi-mi-11-lite-bags-another-important-certification/">the Mi 11 Lite specs</a>, it is likely to feature a 120Hz LCD panel, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-732g">Snapdragon 732G</a> chipset, 64MP quad-cameras, 4,250mAh battery with 33W charging, 6/8GB RAM, 64/128/256GB storage MIUI 12.</p>

<h3><strong>Nokia 3.4, 5.4</strong></h3>
<p>HMD Global has been focusing on mid-range and budget devices lately. The company&#8217;s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/27/nokia-9-3-pureview-launch-said-to-have-been-postponed-to-h1-2021/">rumored Nokia 9.3 Purview</a> seems like a never attainable fruit. Anyway, the company will launch Nokia 5.4 in the USA on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/02/nokia-5-4-heading-to-the-u-s-a-on-february-15/">February 15</a> and India on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/03/exclusive-nokia-5-4-launching-in-india-on-feb-10-nokia-3-4-may-tag-along/">Feb. 10</a>(Our Exclusive). It has also started teasing the Nokia 3.4 for India and we can expect it on the same day.</p>

The company reveals that its <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/18/oppo-launch-six-5g-smartphones-in-india-this-year/">one of the six 5G handsets it will launch this year</a>. Unlike previous generations, this year&#8217;s Reno5 Pro will come with almost identical specifications as the Chinese variant. This means that the Reno5 Pro has Dimensity 1000+ flagship processor inside, making it the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/18/oppo-reno5-pro-5g-launched-india-slim-body-dimensity-1000-plus-chip/">first smartphone with this chip in India</a>.</p>
<p>I have been using the OPPO Reno5 Pro for over a week and the hands-on feel of the device along with its extremely lightweight design surprised me. The Astral Blue color is also very unique as the shifts between blue and purple at different angles.</p>

<p>Let&#8217;s take a closer look at the Reno5 Pro in this hands-on.</p>

<p>The first thing that you&#8217;ll notice about the new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oppo">OPPO</a> model is its lightweight body. The phone weighs just 173 grams and measures only 7.6mm in thickness. It&#8217;s extremely comfortable to hold, even with one hand and the edges are rounded and curved for a better hands-on feel.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2.jpg?x23692"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-366251" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2.jpg?x23692" alt="OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G 2" width="2048" height="1365" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2.jpg 2048w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2-1068x712.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2-630x420.jpg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-2-1920x1280.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px" /></a></p>
<p>Another thing you immediately notice about the phone is its unique Astral Blue color. The color has a sparkly texture in a matte finish. So the back doesn&#8217;t attract any fingerprints yet the sparkly texture stands out quite significantly. The color isn&#8217;t plain blue and the shade shifts from light blue to purple at different angles.</p>

<p>The camera housing is located on the top left corner. It does protrude a bit from the body, but it&#8217;s hardly noticeable. A thin silicone case (provided inside the box) will completely eliminate this protrusion.</p>

<p>The power button is located on the right side and it&#8217;s at a good position for your thumb to reach out. The volume buttons are located on the opposite side. On the top, you have a Designed For Reno text while all ports are down at the bottom which includes the dual SIM slot, USB-C, and a single speaker setup.</p>

<p>The OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G features a 6.5-inch 3D curved display upfront. It&#8217;s a Super AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The display is HDR10+ certified and the bezels on the top and bottom are noticeably thin. The colors pop out really well on this AMOLED panel and it&#8217;s sufficiently bright even under direct sunlight.</p>

<p>There are no visible color shifts at different angles and it&#8217;s clear that the Reno5 Pro 5G is using a top-notch AMOLED panel. I&#8217;ll talk more about the display quality in my full review but overall, the phone has an extremely vibrant display as good as any other premium flagship.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25.jpg?x23692"><img loading="lazy" class=" td-center aligncenter wp-image-366274 size-full" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25.jpg?x23692" alt="OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G 24" width="2048" height="1365" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25.jpg 2048w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25-1068x712.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25-630x420.jpg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-25-1920x1280.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px" /></a></p>
<p>The in-display fingerprint sensor is located near the bottom bezel of the display. It&#8217;s actually very close to the home button&#8217;s position (if you have onscreen buttons enabled) and is situated a bit lower than what I would have preferred. But the sensor is fast and you get used to the position very quickly.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>OPPO Reno 5 Pro Hands-on: Specs, Camera, &amp; Battery</strong></h3>
<p>The Reno5 Pro is the first Dimensity 1000+ smartphone in India. Its an important chip for both MediaTek and OPPO, given how it features an integrated 5G modem and comes with top of the line flagship-grade specifications. In real life, the Dimensity 1000+ on the OPPO Reno5 Pro performed pretty well. However, I will talk about the chipset and its performance in detail in my full review that&#8217;ll come a week later.</p>
<figure id="attachment_366272" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-366272" style="width: 2048px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23.jpg?x23692"><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-366272" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23.jpg?x23692" alt="OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G 21" width="2048" height="1365" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23.jpg 2048w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23-1068x712.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23-630x420.jpg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-23-1920x1280.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-366272" class="wp-caption-text">Reno 5 Pro Specs</figcaption></figure>
<p>The review unit with me is the 8GB RAM variant with 128GB of ROM on board. There are four cameras at the back, led by a 64MP primary shooter, an 8MP wide-angle shooter, a 2MP depth sensor, and another 2MP macro shooter. The last two sensors are not really mainstream ones so expect mediocre performance from them. However, the primary 64MP camera can capture excellent photos, especially in daylight scenarios.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9.jpg?x23692"><img loading="lazy" class=" td-center aligncenter wp-image-366258 size-full" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9.jpg?x23692" alt="OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G 9" width="2048" height="1365" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9.jpg 2048w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9-1068x712.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9-630x420.jpg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-9-1920x1280.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px" /></a></p>
<p>The AI Highlight algorithm that combines Live HDR and Ultra Night Video algorithms bring out vibrant colors in photos with good level of details. The videography experience on the phone is also very interesting thanks to the company&#8217;s proprietary FDF Portrait Video System.</p>
<p>The front 32MP sensor can capture high-quality selfies that are bright and vibrant, even at night.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27.jpg?x23692"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-366276 size-full" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27.jpg?x23692" alt="OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G SuperVOOC 2" width="2048" height="1365" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27.jpg 2048w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27-1068x712.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27-630x420.jpg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-27-1920x1280.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px" /></a></p>
<p>The 4350mAh battery can easily give you a day&#8217;s battery life but I never really had to worry about the phone&#8217;s battery because of its super-fast 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charger. You can get up to 100% in just half an hour, so low battery won&#8217;t really be an issue with this particular device.</p>
<p>The OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G retails for Rs. 35,990 in India and I personally think it offers quite a lot of features to justify this price tag. The thin and lightweight body is a big selling point of this 5G device and it offers a premium experience in the right areas. You get a flagship quality Super AMOLED display, a fast and efficient Dimensity 1000+ processor, a unique Reno Glow matte finish at the back and a super-fast 65W charging technology.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4.jpg?x23692"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-366253" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4.jpg?x23692" alt="OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G 4" width="2048" height="1365" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4.jpg 2048w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4-1068x712.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4-630x420.jpg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/OPPO-Reno5-Pro-5G-4-1920x1280.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px" /></a></p>
<p>I&#8217;ll be testing out the performance of the Dimensity 1000+ as well as the phone&#8217;s quad-camera setup in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned to Gizmochina for more updates.</p>

<p>Today, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oppo">OPPO</a> has officially confirmed that the OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G smartphone will be launched in the Indian market on 18th January. It is touted to be India&#8217;s first device to come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-359514 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/OPPO-Reno5.jpg?x23692" alt="OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G" width="746" height="405" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/OPPO-Reno5.jpg 746w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/OPPO-Reno5-300x163.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/OPPO-Reno5-696x378.jpg 696w" sizes="(max-width: 746px) 100vw, 746px" /></p>
<p>As for the specifications, the Reno5 Pro features a 6.55-inch <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oled">OLED display</a> that offers 2400 x 1080 pixels screen resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Apart from being powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/05/07/mediatek-dimensity-1000-announced-with-higher-refresh-rate-support/">Dimensity 1000+ SoC</a>, the phone comes with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.</p>
<p>Currently, there&#8217;s no information available about which memory variants will be unveiled in the Indian market. To know for sure, we will have to wait for a couple of weeks more for the official launch event to take place.</p>

<p>However, the highlight of the OPPO Reno5 Pro remains the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/camera">camera</a> department and the company is making sure to market the phone as such. It features a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and two 2MP sensors, completing the quad-camera module.</p>
<p>On the front side, the device features a 32MP snapper for taking selfies and video calling. After the TENAA listings, the &#8216;Pro&#8217; model has now appeared on HDR10+ specification. According to the listing, both the PDSM00 and PDST00 appear as the <strong>&#8220;</strong><strong>Reno5 Pro 5G&#8221;</strong> confirming the device&#8217;s moniker and 5G support.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-356478" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/OPPO-PDSM00-PDST00-Reno5-Pro-TENAA.jpg?x23692" alt="OPPO PDSM00, PDST00 Reno5 Pro TENAA" width="960" height="640" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/OPPO-PDSM00-PDST00-Reno5-Pro-TENAA.jpg 960w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/OPPO-PDSM00-PDST00-Reno5-Pro-TENAA-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/OPPO-PDSM00-PDST00-Reno5-Pro-TENAA-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/OPPO-PDSM00-PDST00-Reno5-Pro-TENAA-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/OPPO-PDSM00-PDST00-Reno5-Pro-TENAA-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px" /></p>
<p>As reported by MySmartPrice, the listing on the <a href="https://hdr10plus.org/certified-products">HDR10+ website</a> <a href="https://www.mysmartprice.com/gear/oppo-reno-5-pro-5g-moniker-confirmed-hdr10-certification-ahead-launch/">shows</a> two model numbers under the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/OPPO">OPPO</a> branding. And regarding the display of the Reno5 Pro 5G, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/25/alleged-oppo-reno5-pro-key-specs-appear-at-tenaa-mysterious-pemm00-with-mt6833-spotted-at-geekbench/">listings on TENAA reveal</a> that the OPPO device with model number PDSM00/PDST00 will have a 6.55-inch display with a resolution of 2400&#215;1080 pixels. Considering the predecessors, we can expect an AMOLED display with a high refresh rate screen.</p>
<p>Now that it has got the HDR10+ certification, the device will likely play supported content in HDR10 out of the box. Although HDR10+ doesn&#8217;t quite match the Dolby Vision, it&#8217;s certification means that the Reno5 Pro 5G&#8217;s display will enhance colors/contrast according to the scene.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-357057" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/reno5-pro-5g-HDR10.jpg?x23692" alt="Reno5 Pro 5G HDR10+" width="1024" height="510" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/reno5-pro-5g-HDR10.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/reno5-pro-5g-HDR10-300x149.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/reno5-pro-5g-HDR10-768x383.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/reno5-pro-5g-HDR10-324x160.jpg 324w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/reno5-pro-5g-HDR10-696x347.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/reno5-pro-5g-HDR10-843x420.jpg 843w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></p>
<h4><strong>Reno5 Pro 5G Specifications(Expected)</strong></h4>
<p>Apart from the HDR10+ certification and marketing name, the listing doesn&#8217;t have any other info. However, thanks to TENAA we know what to expect from the device. The Reno5 Pro will likely have a curved display at the front, and a rectangular layout with quad-cameras on the back.</p>
<p>The images on TENAA listed under PDSM00/PDST00 look to have a notch-less punch-hole design although we don&#8217;t have a clear picture on the website. Measuring 159.7×73.2×7.6mm, the device weighs 173g. Recently, the device with model number <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/12/oppo-pdsm00-geekbench-listing-reveals-dimensity-1000-could-it-be-oppo-reno5-pro/">PDSM00</a> / <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/24/oppo-reno-5-5g-series-geekbench-snapdragon-765g-dimensity-1000-plus/">PDST00</a> appeared on Geekbench benchmarking platform.</p>
<p>The results suggested that the device will have <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-1000-plus">MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC</a>. Besides, the other two models of the series are likely coming with Snapdragon 765G, and 865 SoCs. Other specifications on TENAA listings are 4,250mAh battery(2&#215;2,125mAh), quad-cameras with 64MP main lens, 8MP ultra-wide, and two 2MP sensors. Upfront it will likely host a 32MP selfie shooter.</p>
<p>Being a flagship device, we can also expect 8/12GB RAM, 128/256GB storage, features like 65W Charging, Android 11, and more. Let&#8217;s wait for more details as the launch doesn&#8217;t seem that far now.</p>
