The mobile phone maker this January released the world’s first smartphone with an 11, ooomAh battery which it christened OUKITEL K10. The company also announced an iPhone X clone dubbed OUKITEL U18.

OUKITEL U18 is a chip off the old block as it looks very much like the iPhone X in terms of the design. If you doubt that, perhaps you should take a look at the video below which shows the device from all angle. If you are one of those who seriously admire the iPhone X’s design but can’t stand shelling that much money on a smartphone, the OUKITEL U18 offers you a cheaper alternative. It resembles the iPhone X in its entire design, packing a full-screen design, and a similar notch at the top of the screen like the one found on Apple’s flagship X which is meant to house the front speaker and selfie shooter. Some of the differences between both models are that unlike iPhone X, the OUKITEL U18 features a 5.85-inch 21:9 display to make the body looks slimmer. And to match the 21:9 display, OUKITEL chose a MediaTek MT6750T octa-core chipset as the MT6750 processor can only drag 18:9 display. The U18 also features 4GB of RAM and stable Android 7 OS, OUKITEL U18 offers super comfortable and fluent handling experience.

OUKITEL U18 is perfect to hold in hand due to its 2.5D curved display, CNC crafted zinc alloy frame and 3D arc design. The rear design looks similar to the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and there is a dual-lens rear camera and a rubber covering. In addition to a sleek design, the U18 also offers fingerprint unlock as well as face ID but you get to use one at a time. OUKITEL U18 will get its juice from a decent 4000mAh battery which offers at least a full day of heavy use.

The device will be on presale from February 1 to February 7 and would adopt a special discount price of $159.99 and just 999 units of the device would be available to preorder.
