OnePlus launched Nord, its first mid-range smartphone in years a few hours ago. The phone will go on sale starting August 4 in India and Europe. Currently, the device is only in the hands of media, YouTubers, and influencers. But the company has already rolled out the first-ever system update for the handset with improvements for camera performance.

OnePlus Nord cuts the unnecessary corners to provide an overall good smartphone experience for only €399 / £379 / ₹24,999. It features a quad-camera setup at the back and a dual-camera setup on the front. The first system update for the handset brings optimizations for these cameras.

According to a screenshot shared by Ishan Agarwal, a well-known leaker on Twitter, the first update for OnePlus Nord comes with build number OxygenOS 10.5.1AC01DA for the Indian unit. It weighs only 103MB in size and is all about optimizations for camera-related stuff like depth sensor effect, indoor image quality, and more.
