Panasonic has been churning out a lot of entry-level to mid-range phones in India lately. Its latest phone is the Panasonic P90 which can be referred to as a MediaTek version of the P95 released last month.

The P90 has a 5-inch HD screen with thick bezels bordering it at the top and bottom and 2.5D Gorilla Glass. The lower bezel is home to capacitive buttons and the top houses a 5MP camera, a LED flash, earpiece, and sensors.

Under the hood of the Panasonic P90 is a MediaTek MTK6737 quad-core chipset clocked at 1.25GHz. It is paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage (128GB max). There is also a 5MP shooter on the rear of the phone.

The phone has a dual-SIM slot (micro only), packs a 2400mAh battery, and runs Android 7.1 Nougat. It measures 143 x 71.8 x 9.3mm and weighs 151.7g. It comes in blue, gray, and champagne gold.

The Panasonic P90 is available in India at major retail outlets for just Rs.5,599 (~$80). It comes with a free case and a pair of earphones.
