In its efforts to penetrate the Chinese market and other emerging markets ignore, Philips ready to bring the latest Android smartphones in the near future. The latest flagship smartpone from Philisp is the Philips Xenium W9588.

Stretcher comes with a flip design, the Philips Xenium W9588 will also be complemented by the dual panel IPS capacitive touch screen measuring 3.5 inches which supports WVGA resolution (480 × 800 pixels).

The Philips Xenium W9588 is running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system and powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor frm mediaTek, sports with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

The phone is also packs with 2400 mAh Li-Ion battery which is claimed to be able to offer durability operation up to 16 hours of talk time or up to 10 hours of web browsing.

Unfortunately, there is no information about the price and release date.
