<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/?s=poco">POCO</a> X6 debuted in India earlier in January this year. It was offered in Mirror Black and Snowstorm White color options. Now, the brand is announcing a new color variant of the device. This gives interested buyers more color shades to choose from. Additionally, the newest offering also gives the phone a dual-tone look. In other news, POCO is conducting a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/04/30/deals-on-poco-smartphones-detailed-for-flipkart-and-amazon-sales/">sale on its smartphones</a> on Flipkart and Amazon.&nbsp;</p>

The Black-colored rectangular camera island on the top of the back panel gives a dual-tone look. The newly announced variant is available in 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB RAM and storage configurations. These are priced at Rs 21,999, Rs 23,999, and Rs 24,999 respectively and can be purchased from Flipkart.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The design and key specifics of the POCO X6 5G Skyline Blue variant remain the same as the other options. The device has a flat frame. It features a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a 1,800 nits peak brightness. There is an in-screen fingerprint scanner.&nbsp;</p>

The smartphone runs on MIUI 14-based on Android 14 and is confirmed to get three years of OS updates.</p>

<p>The POCO X6 5G has a triple rear camera setup comprising a 64MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro unit. There is a 16MP front-facing selfie snapper.&nbsp;</p>

<h3><strong>Differences between Redmi Note 13 Pro and Poco X6</strong></h3>

<p>To be precise, the Poco phone arrives with a downgraded 64MP main camera as opposed to a 200MP snapper on the Redmi. For just this one major hardware change, the device costs way cheaper as it is also sold exclusively online.</p>

<p>For instance, in India, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-poco-x6/">Poco X6 5G</a> starts at ₹21,999 for the base 8GB + 256GB memory configuration. Whereas the higher 12GB + 512GB variant retails at ₹24,999.</p>

<p>On the other hand, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-13-pro/">Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G</a> not only starts at a higher ₹25,999 price tag but its base variant is limited to 128GB storage and 8GB RAM. In fact, there is no 512GB version.</p>

<p>The higher 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB memory variants cost ₹27,999 and ₹29,999, respectively.</p>

<p>The pricing clearly makes the Poco X6 a better deal than the Redmi Note 13 Pro if you don’t care about the higher-megapixel camera. However, it is worth noting that the Poco phone is limited to online, while the Redmi handset can be purchased both online as well as offline.</p>

<p>The new teaser confirms the presence of the 64MP triple primary sensor with OIS and also enables 2X in-sensor zoom. In a video teaser, the company also flaunts the camera module design of the Poco X6 Pro 5G, which carries triple-camera sensors along with an LED flash. The smartphone is all set to be unveiled on January 11 at around 5:30 p.m. IST.</p>

<h2><strong>Poco X6 Pro and Poco X6 5G Specification (Expected)</strong></h2>

<p>As per previous leaks and rumors, the Poco X6 Pro 5G and Poco X6 5G seem to feature the new HyperOS instead of MIUI 14. The Poco X6 Pro 5G will debut with the Mediatek Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC. This chipset is an upper mid-range offering from MediaTek, which is capable of offering flagship-grade performance. Further, it will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 64MP OIS-enabled primary camera, and a 5000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging. The Poco X6 Pro recently appeared on the<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/01/05/poco-x6-pro-5g-antutu-specs/"> AnTuTu benchmark</a>, where it scored 1,464,228 points.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, the Poco X6 5G appears to bundle a<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/09/15/snapdragon-7s-gen-2-launched/"> Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC</a>, which houses a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera sensor, and a 5100 mAh battery with 67W fast charging. Some renders seem to <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/01/01/poco-x6-pro-5g-poco-x6-5g-poco-m6-pro-renders-leaked-design-color-options-revealed/">confirm the different color models</a>. </p>

<p>We expect the company to tease more information in the coming few days, before its official launch.</p>

<p>A few days <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/01/02/poco-m6-pro-4g-india-launch-confirmed-for-january-11/">before its official launch</a>, the Poco X6 5G finally passes the FCC certification. Unlike the Poco X6 5G, the Poco X6 Pro 5G <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/12/08/poco-x6-pro-5g-appears-on-fcc-with-plastic-frame-and-hyperos-hinting-at-it-as-a-rebranded-redmi-k70e/">made it to the FCC</a> a month ago, along with the specification details. Despite the already-present Poco X6 5G&#8217;s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/01/04/poco-x6-specs-design-leak-unboxing-video/">design and specification details</a>, the FCC listing seems like confirmation of the existing information. </p>

<p>Well, the listing confirms the presence of a 5020 mAh battery with model code BM5V. In terms of connectivity, the listing confirms the presence of dual-band WiFi and NFC. Surprisingly, the Poco X6 5G seems to feature MIUI 14.0 if we go with the listing, which is quite opposite of the Poco X6 Pro 5G, which is officially teased to feature HyperOS. </p>

<p>The smartphone is already doing the rounds on the web, and below we have concluded the specifications from <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/01/01/poco-x6-pro-5g-poco-x6-5g-poco-m6-pro-renders-leaked-design-color-options-revealed/">different leaks</a>,<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/12/21/poco-x6-pro-5g-appears-on-the-uaes-tdra-launch-expected-in-january/"> public certifications</a>, and rumors. </p>

The Poco X6 Pro 5G will <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/01/05/poco-x6-pro-5g-confirmed-to-launch-with-hyperos-out-of-the-box/">run the new HyperOS</a>, Xiaomi&#8217;s UI replacement, paired with a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra processor and a stainless steel vapor cooling chamber. <p>The Poco X6 5G, seen in <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/01/04/poco-x6-specs-design-leak-unboxing-video/">leaked unboxing videos</a>, boasts a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, 64MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera setup, and a 5,100mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging, running Android 13 on MIUI 14. <h3><strong>Poco X6, X6 Pro renders</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Pvoo-X6-5G-leaked-renders-1024x576.png?x44794" alt="Poco X6 5G leaked renders" class="wp-image-595057" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Pvoo-X6-5G-leaked-renders-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Pvoo-X6-5G-leaked-renders-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Pvoo-X6-5G-leaked-renders-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Pvoo-X6-5G-leaked-renders-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Pvoo-X6-5G-leaked-renders-746x420.png 746w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Pvoo-X6-5G-leaked-renders.png 1068w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Poco X6 5G leaked renders</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The official-looking renders show that the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/poco-x6/">Poco X6 5G</a> will come in black, blue, and white shades, whereas the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-poco-x6-pro/">Poco X6 Pro 5G</a> will be available in black, gray, and yellow. The report further states that both devices will be available with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of built-in storage.</p>

<p>Reports have claimed that the Poco X6 5G and X6 Pro 5G will be tweaked versions of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-13-pro/">Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G</a> and the Redmi K70e, which are available in the Chinese market. One major difference between the Redmi Note 13 5G and the Poco X6 5G appears to be in the camera department. While the Redmi phone has a 200-megapixel main camera, its Poco variant is likely to feature a 64-megapixel primary camera.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/POCO-X6-Pro-5G-leaked-renders-1024x576.png?x44794" alt="Poco X6 Pro 5G leaked renders" class="wp-image-595058" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/POCO-X6-Pro-5G-leaked-renders-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/POCO-X6-Pro-5G-leaked-renders-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/POCO-X6-Pro-5G-leaked-renders-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/POCO-X6-Pro-5G-leaked-renders-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/POCO-X6-Pro-5G-leaked-renders-746x420.png 746w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/POCO-X6-Pro-5G-leaked-renders.png 1068w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Poco X6 Pro 5G leaked renders</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>As per a recent report, the Poco X6 Pro may support 67W fast charging. For those who don’t know, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k70e/">Redmi K70e</a> supports 90W rapid charging.</p>

<h3><strong>Poco M6 Pro renders</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Poco-M6-Pro-4G-1024x576.jpg?x44794" alt="Poco M6 Pro leaked renders" class="wp-image-595059" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Poco-M6-Pro-4G-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Poco-M6-Pro-4G-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Poco-M6-Pro-4G-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Poco-M6-Pro-4G-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Poco-M6-Pro-4G-746x420.jpg 746w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Poco-M6-Pro-4G.jpg 1068w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Poco M6 Pro leaked renders</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/11/23/poco-m6-pro-4g-global-launch-nbtc/">Poco M6 Pro</a> is said to be a modified version of the upcoming <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-13-pro-4g/">Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G</a>. The Redmi variant is said to have a 108-megapixel main camera, while the Poco phone may offer a 64-megapixel primary camera. In addition, it is expected to ship with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage. The leaked renders show that the M6 Pro will be available in black, blue, and purple. While the X6 and X6 Pro are heading to India, the M6 Pro may not be released in the country.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/poco-x6-5g/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Poco X6</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/poco-x6-pro-5g/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">X6 Pro</a> smartphones have been steadily surfacing on various certifications, hinting at an imminent global launch. And it looks like the official announcement might be just around the corner!</p>

<p>Himanshu Tandon, Poco India country head, dropped a Christmas <a href="https://twitter.com/Himanshu_POCO" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">tweet </a>with a not-so-subtle clue: &#8220;Happy Xmas Everyone! Santa is coming with a gift soon.&#8221; This tease strongly suggests that the Poco X6 series is about to arrive in India.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">

</div></figure>

<p>Similar to its predecessor, the X6 series is expected to offer only two models: the standard X6 and the higher-end X6 Pro.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Leaks suggest the Poco X6 could be a rebranded <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-13-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Redmi Note 13 Pro</a>. If so, we can expect a 6.67-inch flat AMOLED screen with 1.5k resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-1-983x420.jpg?x44794" alt="" /><figcaption>Redmi Note 13 Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The device could be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, accompanied by LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The camera setup is rumored to feature a 64MP main sensor alongside a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP additional unit.</p>

<p>The Poco X6 Pro, meanwhile, might be a rebadged <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k70e/#:~:text=It%20is%20packed%20with%208,%2C%20gyro%2C%20proximity%20and%20compass." target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Redmi K70E</a>. This translates to a 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED display with an 1800 nits peak brightness and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will come with Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-K70E-1-1024x576.png?x44794" alt="" /><figcaption>Redmi K70E</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Camera-wise, the Poco X6 Pro might pack a triple-lens setup on the back. The main sensor will be a 64-megapixel sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) for sharp, steady shots. Joining it will be an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies and video calls, there will be a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.</p>

<p>While official Poco X6 series launch details remain under wraps, a previous <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/12/19/poco-x6-pro-5g-global-launch-expected-in-late-january-2024/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">report suggests</a> that the smartphone may launch globally in late 2024. We will keep you informed on any new developments.</p>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/poco/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">POCO</a> X series has been quite stale for the last couple of years. While 2023&#8217;s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-poco-x5-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">X5 Pro</a> was a decent offering with a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/11/23/qualcomm-snapdragon-782g-launched-as-a-snapdragon-778g-refresh/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Snapdragon 778G</a> chipset and a 108MP primary camera, the Snapdragon 695-powered vanilla <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-poco-x5/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">X5 5G</a> model was hard to get excited about. This year, things are sure to change as both of these lower-mid rangers are getting some powerful hardware.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="478" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/FHypI2K7QQ-1024x478.png?x44794" alt="POCO X6 5G TDRA" class="wp-image-590031" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/FHypI2K7QQ-1024x478.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/FHypI2K7QQ-300x140.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/FHypI2K7QQ-768x358.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/FHypI2K7QQ-696x325.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/FHypI2K7QQ-1068x498.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/FHypI2K7QQ-901x420.png 901w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/FHypI2K7QQ.png 1188w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>The launch timeline of the POCO X6 series is currently unknown, however, the smartphones have cleared many regional certifications that suggest it might happen sooner rather than later. The latest certification picked up by the POCO X6 5G is the UAE&#8217;s TDRA, with model number “23122PCD1G”. Interestingly enough, tipster and developer Kacper Skrzypek has previously <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/09/25/redmi-note-13-pro-launching-poco-phone/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">claimed</a> that this model number will be a rebrand of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/09/21/redmi-note-13-pro-launched/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chinese Redmi Note 13 Pro</a>. That being said, the X6 Pro may replace the 200MP primary camera sensor with a 64MP OV64B40 sensor.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="437" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-1-1024x437.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-568635" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-1-1024x437.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-1-300x128.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-1-768x328.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-1-696x297.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-1-1068x456.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-1-983x420.jpg 983w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-1.jpg 1084w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Redmi Note 13 Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The rest of the specifications are expected to be the same as the <a href="https://www.giztop.com/redmi-note-13-pro.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Redmi Note 13 Pro</a>. So here&#8217;s what you can expect.</p>

<h2>POCO X6 5G specs</h2>

<p>The POCO X6 5G smartphone is expected to include a 6.67-inch flat AMOLED screen with a 1.5K display resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen could feature Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.</p>

<p>Under the hood, it might feature a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/09/15/snapdragon-7s-gen-2-launched/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Snapdragon 7s Gen 2</a> processor, accompanied by multiple storage and RAM options. On the software front, it will have an Android 13-based MIUI 14 for POCO. A large 5,100mAh battery is also expected with 67W fast charging.</p>

<p>For optics, the phone might come with a 64MP primary camera paired with a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP third unit. It will likely feature an X-axis linear motor, NFC, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, and 5G connectivity.</p>

<p>We would like to point out that these specs are based on the assumption that we get a 1:1 rebrand of the China model (except for the primary camera). It is also possible that POCO decides to cut down on some other specifications as well to keep the cost down.</p>

<p>Signs point to the impending release of POCO&#8217;s upcoming X6 series, as recent certification appearances suggest a launch may be on the horizon.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/POCO-X5-1-1024x576-1.webp?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-523978" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/POCO-X5-1-1024x576-1.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/POCO-X5-1-1024x576-1-300x169.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/POCO-X5-1-1024x576-1-768x432.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/POCO-X5-1-1024x576-1-696x392.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/POCO-X5-1-1024x576-1-747x420.webp 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>POCO X5</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>While no official statement has been issued by POCO, the POCO X6 5G has surfaced on Thailand&#8217;s NBTC certification platform, labeled with the model number 23122PCD1G. Speculation suggests it could be a rebranded iteration of the Redmi Note 13 Pro, sharing a common codename.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="780" height="868" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/POCO-X6-5G-NBTC-certification.png?x44794" alt="POCO X6 5G NBTC certification" class="wp-image-589236" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/POCO-X6-5G-NBTC-certification.png 780w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/POCO-X6-5G-NBTC-certification-270x300.png 270w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/POCO-X6-5G-NBTC-certification-768x855.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/POCO-X6-5G-NBTC-certification-696x775.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/POCO-X6-5G-NBTC-certification-377x420.png 377w" sizes="(max-width: 780px) 100vw, 780px" /></figure></div>

<p>Additionally, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/poco-x6-pro-5g/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">POCO X6 Pro</a> <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/11/29/poco-x6-pro-5g-could-be-rebranded-redmi-k70e-reveals-nbtc-certification/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">secured</a> its place on the NBTC certification list last week, with suggestions that it might be a rebranded variant of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/11/29/xiaomi-redmi-k70e-launched-china/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">recently introduced Redmi K70E</a>.</p>

<h2>POCO X6 5G specs (expected)</h2>

<p>Rumors surrounding the POCO X6 5G hint at a 6.67-inch AMOLED display boasting FHD+ resolution and a silky-smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The device is speculated to offer up to 16GB of RAM coupled with a capacious 512GB internal storage. Camera enthusiasts can expect a robust triple setup on the rear, featuring a stellar 200MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, a 16MP selfie camera is poised to capture stunning moments. Powering these features might be a substantial 5100mAh battery with a blazing-fast 67W charging support.</p>

<h2>POCO X6 Pro specs (expected)</h2>

<p>Going by the assumption that the POCO X6 Pro turns out to be a 1:1 rebrand of the Redmi K70E, we can expect the X6 Pro to include a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Screenshot-2023-11-30-160803.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-586968" width="579" height="655" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Screenshot-2023-11-30-160803.png 581w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Screenshot-2023-11-30-160803-265x300.png 265w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Screenshot-2023-11-30-160803-371x420.png 371w" sizes="(max-width: 579px) 100vw, 579px" /><figcaption>Redmi K70E</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Fueled by the Dimensity 8300-Ultra chipset, the device could support up to 16GB of RAM, offering enhanced AI-related capabilities. Storage options will be an interesting thing to look at as the K70E is offered with up to 1TB UFS 4.0. As for the OS, we can expect the X6 Pro to debut with HyperOS-based Android 14.</p>

<p>Imaging capabilities are expected to feature a triple-camera setup on the rear, comprising a 64MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, a 16MP front camera is projected. The device&#8217;s 5,500mAh battery is expected to support rapid 90W charging, with the Sea Star Algorithm preserving over 90% battery capacity after 1000 cycles. Additional features like an X-axis linear motor, stereo dual speakers, NFC, and an infrared remote control will likely be onboard.</p>

<p>Currently, there is no word on a launch timeline for these smartphones.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> launched the Xiaomi 14 series and the Redmi Note 13 series in the Chinese market in the recent months. Now, the brand is reportedly gearing up to launch these devices in the global market. As per a report, global variants of the Xiaomi 14, Redmi Note 13 4G, and the Poco X6 5G have received approval from Indonesia’s SDPPI certification platform.</p>

<h3><strong>Global Xiaomi 14, Poco X6 5G, and Redmi Note 13 4G certified in Indonesia</strong></h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full is-style-default"><img loading="lazy" width="970" height="299" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Xiaomi-14-Poco-X6-5G-Redmi-Note-13-4G-SDPPI.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-588266" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Xiaomi-14-Poco-X6-5G-Redmi-Note-13-4G-SDPPI.jpg 970w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Xiaomi-14-Poco-X6-5G-Redmi-Note-13-4G-SDPPI-300x92.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Xiaomi-14-Poco-X6-5G-Redmi-Note-13-4G-SDPPI-768x237.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Xiaomi-14-Poco-X6-5G-Redmi-Note-13-4G-SDPPI-696x215.jpg 696w" sizes="(max-width: 970px) 100vw, 970px" /></figure>

<p>The above screenshot shows that the devices bearing 23122PCDIG and 23127PN0CG model numbers have been approved by the SDPPI. The listing confirms that these devices will be marketed as the Poco X6 5G and the Xiaomi 14.</p>

<p>The 23124RA7EO has also appeared in SDPPI’s database. While the listing has not revealed the name of the device, it is speculated to be called the Redmi Note 13 4G when it arrives on the market. It is speculated that the 23117RA68G and 23129RAA4G model numbers are also associated with the same device, probably aimed at markets. As per the FCC certification, the 23124RA7EO variants support NFC connectivity, while the others lack support for it.</p>

<p>At present, there is no concrete information available on the core specifications of the Redmi Note 13 4G. As far as the Xiaomi 14 is concerned, its variant heading to the global market is likely to have the same specs as its Chinese edition, which features the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-3/">Snapdragon 8 Gen 3</a> chip.</p>

<p>The Poco X6 5G was <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/12/02/poco-x6-run-geekbench-with-snapdragon-7s-gen-2/">recently spotted</a> with specs such as the <a href="https://d.docs.live.net/ba4e0be9c9ae9aae/Work%202023/GizmoChina%202023/https;/www.gizmcohina.com/tag/snapdragon-7s-gen-2">Snapdragon 7s Gen 2</a> chip, 12 GB of RAM, and Android 13 in Geekbench’s database. These specs suggest that it may arrive as a rebadged version of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-13-pro/">Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G</a> available in the Chinese market.</p>

The Poco X6 has now been listed on Geekbench, revealing some of its key specifications.</p>

<h2><strong>Poco X6 Geekbench listing</strong></h2>

<p>The Geekbench listing reveals that the Poco X6 scored 1013 in the single-core test and 2865 in the multi-core test. It also confirms that the phone will be powered by an octa-core processor with a maximum CPU clock speed of 2.40GHz.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="435" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Poco-X6-Geekbench.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-587500" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Poco-X6-Geekbench.jpg 435w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Poco-X6-Geekbench-218x300.jpg 218w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Poco-X6-Geekbench-305x420.jpg 305w" sizes="(max-width: 435px) 100vw, 435px" /></figure></div>

<p>This is most likely the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. The chipset is paired with Adreno TM 710 GPU. Additionally, the phone is running on Android 13 OS and packs 12GB of RAM.</p>

<p>Interestingly, the smartphone&#8217;s codename, &#8220;Garnet,&#8221; is the same as the Redmi Note 13 Pro, further fueling the notion that the Poco X6 could be a rebranded version of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-13-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Redmi Note 13 Pro (China)</a>.</p>

<p>&nbsp;If that&#8217;s the case, the smartphone will have a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-Note-13-Pro-1024x536.jpg?x44794" alt="" /><figcaption>Redmi Note 13 Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Poco X6 will likely have a triple camera system on the back, with a 200-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) setup. There could also be a 16-megapixel front camera.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However, rumors suggest that the global model could have a 64-megapixel primary camera instead of the 200-megapixel sensor. Likewise, the phone will likely have a 5,100mAh battery with 67W fast charging.</p>

<p>The exact specifications and launch date of the Poco X6 series have not yet been announced by the company, but we expect to learn more soon.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/redmi" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Redmi</a> Recently launched the Redmi Note 13 lineup in China, and now, the brand is expected to launch these devices in the global market. A recent <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/11/13/poco-x6-5g-could-be-tweaked-version-of-this-phone/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">report</a> revealed that the brand is planning to launch the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-13-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Redmi Note 13 Pro</a> (Chinese model) as the Poco X6 5G in the global market. Now, the device has picked up the IMDA certification.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="563" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC-1024x563.jpeg?x44794" alt="Poco X6 Pro IMDA" class="wp-image-582597" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC-1024x563.jpeg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC-300x165.jpeg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC-768x423.jpeg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC-1536x845.jpeg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC-696x383.jpeg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC-1068x588.jpeg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC-1920x1056.jpeg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC-763x420.jpeg 763w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/F-5ZXOOW4AAd6yC.jpeg 1992w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>The IMDA certification of the Poco X6 5G features model number 23122PCD1G. The certification confirms that the device will feature 5G, Bluetooth, WiFi, and NFC capabilities. In addition to that, it is also kind of a green light to launch in Singapore. Previously, the device emerged on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/11/05/poco-x6-pro-spotted-on-india-bis-certification/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">BIS certification</a>, greenlighting a potential Indian launch in the coming days. Although not much has been confirmed in the specs department, we can go by the spec sheet of the Redmi Note 13 Pro (Chinese model) to get an idea of what to expect from the Poco X6 5G.</p>

<h2>Poco X6 5G specs (expected)</h2>

<p>Based on the specs of the Redmi Note 13 Pro, we expect the Poco X6 5G to feature a large 6.67-inch OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. If we get one-to-one specs, the device could also come with Gorilla Glass Victus protection, which is quite rare to see in the lower end of the mid-range.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="536" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-Note-13-Pro-1024x536.jpg?x44794" alt="Redmi Note 13 Pro" class="wp-image-582065" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-Note-13-Pro-1024x536.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-Note-13-Pro-300x157.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-Note-13-Pro-768x402.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-Note-13-Pro-696x364.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-Note-13-Pro-1068x559.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-Note-13-Pro-803x420.jpg 803w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Redmi-Note-13-Pro.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>Under the hood, the device is likely to feature a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip. The battery could be a 5,100mAh pack with 67W fast charging. Nothing is clear about RAM and storage at this point, however, the global variants will likely not be getting crazy specs like its Chinese counterpart which features up to 6 GB of RAM and 512 GB. A more modest 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage is likely to be the available options outside of China.</p>

<p>Coming to the cameras, the device could feature a 200-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit. There could also be a 16-megapixel front camera. That being said, rumors suggest that the global model could be nerfed down with a 64-megapixel primary camera replacing the 200-megapixel sensor.</p>

<p>Qualcomm has recently announced a new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/11/14/qualcomm-snapdragon-7-gen3-not-trying-to-be-a-flagship-killer/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Snapdragon 7 Gen 3</a> chip, which we could expect to see on upcoming mid-range phones.</p>

There&#8217;s speculation that the Poco X6 series and the Poco F6 series could be the next offerings from the brand. These devices are expected to make their debut in the first quarter of 2024. Furthermore, a new leak has provided essential information regarding the Poco X6 5G.</p>

<p>In September, tipster Kacper Skrzypek <a href="https://twitter.com/kacskrz/status/1704884170076348927">claimed</a> that the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-13-pro/">Redmi Note 13 Pro</a>, originally launched in China, would be introduced to the global market with the same name, &#8220;Redmi Note 13 Pro.&#8221; He also indicated that the Note 13 Pro would also be rebranded as a Poco device for the global market, although the specific Poco phone name was not confirmed at that time.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Update: It&#39;s also POCO X6 5G. There&#39;s not yet used blob for OV64B40 camera sensor, so&#8230; Which one &#8211; Redmi or POCO &#8211; will have it in Global variant? <a href="https://t.co/ANQC4DTlkH">pic.twitter.com/ANQC4DTlkH</a></p>&mdash; Kacper Skrzypek <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/13.1.0/72x72/1f1f5-1f1f1.png" alt="🇵🇱" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> (@kacskrz) <a href="https://twitter.com/kacskrz/status/1723704845767491598?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">November 12, 2023</a></blockquote><script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
</div></figure>

<p>In a recent update from Skrzypek, it has been revealed that the Note 13 Pro will be rebranded as the Poco X6 5G in the global market. This suggests that the X6 Pro will likely feature the same specifications as the Redmi model, but it will have a different rear design.</p>

<h3><strong>Poco X6 5G specifications (rumored)</strong></h3>

<p>The Poco X6 5G is likely to feature a 6.67-inch OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution (1220 x 2712 pixels), a 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The device will be powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-7s-gen-2">Snapdragon 7s Gen 2</a> and a 5,100mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In China, the Redmi Note 13 Pro is available with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. As far as Poco X6 5G is concerned, it may ship with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage.</p>

<p>The Note 13 Pro has a 16-megapixel front camera and a 200-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit. The above leak suggests that the Poco X6 5G may likely come equipped with an OmniVision OV64B primary camera instead of a 200-megapixel snapper.</p>

<p>The Redmi Note 13 series recently made its debut in China. These phones are expected to be released in global markets under <a href="https://gizmochina.com/tag/Redmi/">Redmi </a>and <a href="https://gizmochina.com/tag/Poco/">Poco</a> brands across different markets.</p>

<p>According to new findings, one of them could be slightly different and be sold as Poco X6 5G. Let’s check out everything that’s known about this device.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="683" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-Camera-1024x683.jpg?x44794" alt="Redmi Note 13" class="wp-image-568615" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-Camera-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-Camera-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-Camera-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-Camera-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-Camera-1068x712.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-Camera-630x420.jpg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Redmi-Note-13-Camera.jpg 1080w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Redmi Note 13</figcaption></figure>

<p>According to <a href="https://xiaomiui.net/poco-x6-5g-spotted-on-gsma-imei-database-51375/"><em>Xiaomiui</em></a>, a Poco-branded smartphone with model numbers 2312DRAF3G (Global) and 2312DRAF3I (India) is listed in the IMEI database. As per the first four digits of model numbers, it will be launched in December or later.</p>

<p>This handset is codenamed iron_p and could be called Poco X6 5G. It will be almost identical to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/09/21/redmi-note-13-launched/">Redmi Note 13</a>, which is codenamed gold.</p>

<p>MIUI code suggests that this so-called Poco X6 5G will sport a 64MP primary camera instead of a 108MP shooter found on the Redmi Note 13. This makes the Poco device the same as the Redmi Note 13R Pro that <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/09/22/xiaomi-reportedly-working-on-redmi-note-13r-pro-with-64mp-camera/">leaked recently</a>.</p>

<p>So based on the details available so far, the Redmi Note 13 with a 64MP camera will be sold as Redmi Note 13R Pro in China. While in international markets, it could be known by Poco X6 5G with some cosmetic changes.</p>

<p>The Poco X6 5G is expected to come with a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chip, a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display, a 5,000mAh battery, and 33W charging support.</p>
