Audio accessories maker pTron has unveiled its Bassbuds Nyx TWS earbuds in India. The Bassbuds Nyx sports a slim design and a transparent charging case. The Bassbuds Nyx joins the recent release of the pTron Basspods P11 and Basspods P251+ wireless earbuds in India.

The dual-color Bassbuds Nyx is designed with a solid ergonomic footing allowing for comfortable use over extended periods. The earbuds’ transparent charging case has a LED panel that displays the battery level. The earbuds fit at a 45-degree angle on the ears securely. They offer balanced and immersive audio output thanks to 10mm powerful speakers. It also comes equipped with a 50ms low-latency chipset for a great sound experience.

The new TWS earbuds support Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. The user can answer or reject calls, regulate the volume and play/pause music by just tapping the panel. The earbuds connect separately and broadcast to the associated device and support mono or stereo mode independently. The earbuds deliver 9 hours of playback on a single charge and this extends to 32 hours with the case. The earbuds can be charged via USB-C using a quick charge in about an hour. They are rated IPX4 water- and sweat-resistance. The earbuds also feature passive noise cancellation and clarity when making calls.

The pTron Bassbuds Nyx is available directly for Rs. 999 (~$12) from the pTron website and Amazon India. Its original price is Rs. 1,299 (~$16).
