Realme is getting ready to launch the Realme 10 series of smartphones next week. There is confirmation that the Realme 10 will launch on November 9th in the global market. Other devices in the series, like the Realme 10 Pro and the Realme 10 Pro+, are also expected to debut alongside the vanilla model.

One of the most hyped features of the upcoming numbered series devices has been the rumored curved display. It was initially revealed through the TENAA listings and is expected to be featured on the Pro models. Now, Realme has put out a new teaser that confirms the curved display on the Realme 10 series.

Realme 10 is expected to debut next month (November) as the company’s latest mid-range smartphone. The handset is said to arrive with two network options— 5G and 4G-only. Now, ahead of the formal debut, the 5G version of the Realme 10 has bagged 3C certification, revealing 33W charging support in the process. Let’s look at the details.

According to a report by MySmartPrice, a Realme smartphone bearing the model number RMX3663 has surfaced on China’s 3C certification site. This handset is believed to be the 5G variant of the vanilla Realme 10. The listing further suggests that this device will come with 33W fast charging support. This is the same as the 4G model.

We can expect the device to feature 5,000mAh since it’s quite common among mid-range smartphones launching these days. The rest of the specifications of the Realme 10 5G are still under wraps. We should be learning more about it in the near future. Meanwhile, let’s have a look at the Realme 10 4G’s leaked specifications.

Realme’s next number series smartphones have been confirmed to launch in November. The next number series in the brand’s portfolio is none other than the Realme 10 lineup. The confirmation has come through Realme’s global Twitter handle. Additionally, the company’s VP Madhav Sheth has teased three major leap-forward technologies in terms of performance, design, and display on the upcoming offerings. It’s worth noting that Realme is yet to reveal the exact launch date of the Realme 10 series, however, rumours point to a November 5th launch in China.

The teasers reveal that the Realme 10 series will have three main features: design, display, and performance. The lineup is expected to consist of a regular and Pro+ variant with more devices in the pipeline for the near future. One of the teasers suggests that the upcoming offering may feature a curved display. Realme hasn’t explicitly revealed the details of the Realme 10 series. We expect the brand to tease more features in the coming weeks.

As per rumours the Realme 10 4G will come with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a punch-hole cutout. It will offer an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is tipped to be equipped with an Helio G99 chipset paired with 4GB RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

On the other hand, the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with curved edges and an under-display fingerprint scanner. It will reportedly be powered by a Dimensity 1080 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The Pro+ is tipped to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.

Now, tipster Paras Guglani has shared a screenshot revealing that the Realme 10 series will globally launch in the month of November.

The tipster adds that the devices could break cover on November 5th, although it is not confirmed yet. Either way, we are likely to see the Realme 10 series launch in the first half of November.

The Realme 10 Pro Plus recently made an appearance on the TENAA certification database revealing its design. The smartphone has many design changes including a new camera array. However, the most notable change is the display, which is a curved panel rather than a flat panel on the Realme 9 Pro Plus.

It will feature an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will have a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging. As for optics, it is rumored to have a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support. This could be the IMX766 sensor which comes with the current Realme 9 Pro Plus model. The device will support 5G connectivity and come in Hyperspace, Dark Matter, and Nebula Blue colors.

The senior official revealed this information in an interview with GSMArena, and also added that the company will be releasing these new smartphone in the second half of this year. Out of these four possible models, Realme will also be launching a new 5G enabled smartphone under the 15,000 INR (roughly 190 US Dollars) price range. According to Madhav Sheth, this is a “much needed addition especially ahead of India’s 5G rollout expected to happen in the second half of 2022.”

Apart from this, the executive also shared that the company will enter 2 to 3 new categories in the ‘consumer durable segment.’ Furthermore, he also stated that the brand will be sharing more details regarding these upcoming launches soon. Sheth said that the shipments of the upcoming Realme smartphones will be ‘smoother’ in the second half of this year as the global chip shortage is beginning to subside.

In other words, we can expect the Realme 10 series will likely launch sometime before October 2022. On the other hand, it is also possible that these launches arrive sometime around or before the Diwali festival season sales in India. So stick around for more, as we will be offering updates when additional information is available regarding this matter.
