Realme has officially confirmed that it will launch the Realme 15T 5G smartphone on September 2, 2025. Alongside the launch date, the phone’s microsite has also gone live on Flipkart, revealing some of its key features.

The device will feature a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 4,000 nits. Despite packing an unusually large 7,000mAh battery, it maintains a sleek and lightweight profile at 7.79mm thick and 181g in weight.

According to Realme, this setup will deliver over 25 hours of YouTube playback, more than 120 hours of music streaming, and up to 13 hours of continuous gaming—all while being the slimmest and lightest phone in its segment.

50MP camera on front and back

For cameras, the Realme 15T 5G includes a 50MP main sensor on the back. It appears to be accompanied by two secondary lenses, though Realme hasn’t revealed details yet. On the front, the phone also carries a 50MP camera.

The cameras are backed by a suite of AI features, including AI Edit Genie, AI Unblur, AI Glare Remover, AI Smart Remover 2.0, and more.

Performance is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max (6nm) chipset, paired with a 6,050mm² vapor chamber cooling system.

On the software side, the 15T runs Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15, with a promise of three years of OS updates and four years of security patches. Realme has also included Mini Capsule 2.0, its dynamic island-like feature that displays contextual alerts such as weather, step count, and charging status. Adding to its durability, the phone carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.

The device supports 60W wired charging, and Realme is expected to bundle an 80W charger in the box.

As for pricing, a recent report suggests that the base 8GB/128GB model will be priced at Rs 20,999. The 8GB/256GB variant will cost Rs 22,999, while the 12GB/256GB option will be available for Rs 24,999.

The microsite tagline, “Iconic Design Under 20K,” hints that launch offers or bank discounts may push the base variant’s price below the Rs 20,000 mark.

Realme may have just launched the Realme 15 and 15 Pro, but the company is already preparing to expand the lineup with the Realme 15T. Thanks to a leak from tipster Abhishek Yadav, we now have a detailed look at the phone’s specs and pricing ahead of launch.

Realme is leaning on design to set this phone apart. The phone measures just 7.79mm thick and weighs 181 grams. In fact, Realme is openly comparing it to the iPhone, even marketing it as a kind of “small iPhone” because of its slimmer profile.

Realme 15T Specs and Price (Rumored)

On the front, the 15T will feature a 6.57-inch AMOLED display. Under the hood, it’s powered by MediaTek’s 6nm Dimensity 6400 Max chipset, which reportedly scores over 480K points on AnTuTu.

The leak doesn’t reveal the battery capacity, but it’s expected to be 7,000mAh. The phone supports 60W wired charging, though Realme will include an 80W adapter in the box. It also supports reverse and bypass charging. For colors, buyers can choose between Silk Blue, Flowing Silver, and Suit Titanium finishes.

Pricing details are also part of the leak. The Realme 15T is expected to start at Rs 20,999 for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model. The 8GB + 256GB version may cost Rs 22,999, while the top-end 12GB + 256GB configuration could be priced at Rs 24,999.

Realme hasn’t officially confirmed the launch date, but with the 15 and 15 Pro already out, the 15T looks set to join the lineup soon. Hopefully, we won’t have to wait long to hear more about the phone.

Realme’s upcoming 15 series might not be done yet. While the company launched the Realme 15 and 15 Pro globally back in July, a leak from tipster Abhishek Yadav on X reveals a new Realme 15T smartphone could be on the horizon. 

The Realme 15T looks set to stand out in the lineup with a few notable design and hardware choices. The back of the device features a camera module that looks strikingly similar to recent iPhone Pro models. 

It has three distinct camera rings, though only two of them house actual sensors, a 50-megapixel main shooter and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. On the front, Realme will equip the phone with a 50-megapixel selfie camera.

The third ring appears to be decorative, mainly serving to complete the visual symmetry. The rear panel itself carries a marble-like texture finish.

Beyond the cameras, the Realme 15T could end up being a solid midrange option on paper. The phone will feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with peak brightness of 2200 nits. 

Under the hood, it is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 6400 Max chipset. And software-wise, it runs on Realme UI 6 based on Android 15. The 15T will have the same 7000mAh battery capacity and 80W charging as the Realme 15 and 15 Pro. The device is said to measure 7.79mm thick. 

Realme is set to launch the Realme 15 series in China in September. The 15T could debut alongside its siblings in the mainland, though there’s no word yet on when the device will reach international markets. Its absence from the earlier global rollout hints that it could remain exclusive to China, at least at first.

Realme has officially confirmed that the Realme 15 series will debut in September in China. Leaks suggest that the lineup will include three models: the Realme 15, Realme 15T, and Realme 15 Pro. Since the standard and Pro models have already been released in India, their specifications are known, while recent reports have revealed the key details of the upcoming Realme 15T.

Realme 15 series teaser released for China

According to the official teaser poster, the Realme 15 series will feature a dual-curved display and a curved back panel, with a triple camera setup faintly visible. In July, Realme launched the global versions of the Realme 15 and 15 Pro, which also went on sale in India. These devices came with IP65/68/69 water resistance, a 6.8-inch micro-curved display offering 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 4608Hz PWM dimming, and peak brightness of 1800 nits.

The Realme 15 is powered by the Dimensity 7300+ processor, while the Pro variant runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip.
