Talking about the specifications first, the C30 model sports a 6.5 inch LCD panel that has a HD+ resolution and 400 nits peak brightness. The display offers the standard 60Hz refresh and also houses a waterdrop notch at the front. Under the hood, the device is equipped with a UNISOC T612 SoC, which is paired with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. While the storage offered isn’t really a lot, users do have an option to further expand it via a microSD card slot.

The new affordable handset from the Chinese brand features an 8 megapixel camera on the back, while the front is a 5 megapixel selfie shooter. It is powered by a large 5,000mAh battery pack that supports 10W standard charging. Other features include Dual SIM, 4G, Bluetooth 5.2, Realme UI Go Edition based on Android 11 OS, and more.

The Realme C30 is available in two color options, namely Lake Blue and Bamboo Green. It is currently available for purchase from Flipkart or the company’s official Indian website. As an introductory offer, the brand is offering instant 5 percent discount through ICICI Net Banking payment option. A new budget entry Realme smartphone has just been spotted on multiple certification websites, prior to its official release. These listing have revealed its model number as well as its charging rate and Realme C30 moniker.

According to a MySmartPrice report, the smartphone has been spotted on various certifications sites, including NBTC, Russian EEC, FCC, and TÜV Rheinland as well. This smartphones carries the module number RMX3581, with the NBTC certification listing confirming the Realme C30 moniker. Furthermore, this also confirms that it will be a 4G only smartphone that supports GSM, WCDMA, and LTE connectivity options. On the other hand, the FCC listing reveals some key details regarding the upcoming handset.

The device will weigh around 181 grams and measure just 8.48mm in thickness. It will be powered by a large 5,000mAh battery pack and will also support dual SIM, 2.4GHz WiFi, and Bluetooth connectivity as well. The TÜV Rheinland certification revealed that the Realme C30 will also arrive with standard 10W charging speeds, which is common for entry level budget phones. The smartphone was even spotted on BIS database as well, and it appears that this model will be manufactured in India.

Since the C30 has been spotted on multiple certification sites, it is clear that the Chinese brand is set to launch the device in the Indian market soon. Furthermore, the C30 is confirmed to launch in two storage configurations, namely 2GB RAM + 32GB storage and 3GB RAM + 32GB storage option. Earlier this year, Realme launched the Realme C31 budget-friendly smartphone in India. The device came with a large 6.5-inch HD+ display, a triple camera setup, and a 5,000mAh battery.

Now, a MySmartPrice report has revealed that the brand plans to debut another affordable smartphone in India that might be cheaper than the current offering.

According to the report, the upcoming device will come with the Realme C30 moniker and will debut in the Indian market in the month of June. Other than that, industry sources have revealed that the smartphone will come in two variants. The lower offering will have 2GB RAM and 32GB storage while the top-spec model will combine 3GB of RAM with 32GB of storage. Considering the device will have a 2GB RAM variant, it will likely operate on Android GO-based Realme UI.

The device will reportedly be offered in three color variants namely Denim Black, Lake Blue, and Bamboo Green. Finer details of the device are still under wraps, but looking at the C31, we can expect the Realme C30 to come with an HD+ LCD display panel, a 5000mAh battery, and a UNISOC chipset.

Realme C30 Series to launch soon in India with design and performance as the focus, says Madhav Sheth

Realme’s C-series this year saw a much-needed design revamp. The recent entrants in the C-lineup of the phones from the brand are Realme C31 and Realme C35. Both phones, despite following the same higher-end models’ rear design cues, offer better looks than their predecessors. Realme’s Madhav Sheth has now revealed that there’s another addition in the C-series due for launch, that will bring a similar or better design and become a differentiator in the segment.

Realme C30 Series is in the works!

Sheth spoke to folks at BGR.in in their latest interview that sheds light on the yet-to-release Realme C30. And as per him, this is a series, meaning that we might see the Realme C30 and its variants getting released soon in India. As to what we should expect? Sheth hinted at a better-looking design, probably a continuation of the strings pulled by the Realme C31/C35’s tweaked back design.

In addition to the design, the C30 will also bring performance improvements and be a differentiator in the entry-level market. Since Realme C30, as the moniker suggests, will be positioned somewhere near the C31, we expect the pricing to be aggressive.

“What we have understood from our past experience is that design has been the core fundamental pillar along with performance. With Realme, performance and design are the core fundamental pillars. If you see our new C35 series, the design has been liked by people a lot. So, we are trying to differentiate a lot of things by design and in terms of performance in the entry-level segment”, said Sheth.

There are no explicit details as to its specs or price range, but we expect entry-level hardware like the C35’s UNISOC SoC to power the device. Nothing is confirmed by Sheth regarding the phone’s specs, but we should see some leaks as we move closer to the release.
