Realme launched the C33 smartphone in India last September. Now the brand has announced a new version of the same device. It is dubbed the Realme C33 2023. The only difference between the two models is in RAM and storage configurations while the rest of the specifications remain the same. 

The Realme C33 2023 has a 6.5-inch LCD display bearing an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch on the top. The device has a gradient back panel and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. There are two camera rings on the rear housing a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP macro lens. Up front, there is a 5MP selfie snapper. The smartphone features Dirac 3.0 sound technology for an immersive listening experience. 

Under the hood, the Realme C33 2023 is equipped with a Unisoc T612 processor. It packs 4GB RAM and is offered in 64GB and 128GB storage options. The last year’s model is available in 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB variants. There is a dedicated microSD card slot for additional storage needs. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 10W fast charging. 

The Realme C33 2023 runs on Realme UI S edition based on Android 12 out of the box. Connectivity options on the device include dual 4G VoLTE, microUSB port, WiFi, Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 

The Realme C33 2023 base variant with 4GB + 64GB RAM and storage is priced at Rs 9,999 which is the same as last year’s model. The new 4GB + 128GB configuration carries a price tag of Rs 10,499. It is offered in Aqua Blue, Night Sea, and Sandy Gold colours. The smartphone is available for purchase from the brand’s official website.
