Realme is gearing up to launch a new C series smartphone in the Indian market soon. The Realme C67 5G is a mid range model and it was just teased in the region ahead of its official launch, showcasing its design.

Realme C67 5G Design Teased

The Chinese tech giant shared a teaser video earlier today, 8th December 2023, on X (formerly Twitter). Looking at the trailer, Realme’s C67 5G will feature an ultra thin design. The upcoming smartphone features a body that measures a mere 7.89mm in thickness. This teaser also offers us a look at the rear design of the device, which features a shiny ring that surrounds its large circular camera module. The video also confirms the green color option of the C67.

For those unaware, the brand is set to launch the smartphone in the Indian market on 14th December 2023. While the official pricing is still unclear, the company was expected to debut the device in India for a price tag of around 12,000 INR and 15,000 INR (roughly 144 to 180 US Dollars). Based on what we know so far, the smartphone will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera on the rear. Under the hood, it may feature a Dimensity 6100+ chipset and support 33W fast charging.

Previous rumor had even revealed the retail box of the smartphone and hinted at the device featuring 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options accompanied by 128GB storage. Realme has just confirmed that it will be launching the Realme C67 5G in India. However, a leak reveals that the brand could be planning to launch a 4G version of the device in some Southeast Asian markets. A leak reveals that the Realme C67 (4G) will debut soon in Indonesia. The source has also leaked the key specifications of the device.

Realme C67 specifications (rumored)

According to reports, the Realme C67 will have an IPS LCD panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. However, the exact screen size is not known yet. The source has shared some teaser images of the C67, which can be seen above.

While the 5G version of the Realme C67 is speculated to feature the Dimensity 6100 Plus chip, the 4G model may ship with the Snapdragon 685 SoC. The device will arrive with 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB of storage.

On the front, the Realme C67 will have an 8-megapixel camera. Its rear panel will be equipped with a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor as the primary camera and a 2-megapixel auxiliary lens. The device will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

The Realme C67 4G will ship with Realme UI E edition-based Android 14, which will support the Mini Capsule notifications feature. The device will also offer other features, such as a side-facing fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack, dual speakers, NFC, and an IP54-rated chassis with a thickness of 7.9mm. It is likley to be priced at around ~$135 in Indonesia.

Unfortunately, not much is known about the specifications and features of the Realme C67.
