<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/realme/">Realme</a>’s budget-friendly C-series is on a roll, and the brand just dropped the Realme C71 in Vietnam, with more markets likely on the horizon. This phone comes with a number of impressive features, especially for folks who want solid features without breaking the bank. With a considerably large battery and a sleek look, it’s shaping up to be a real crowd-pleaser.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="902" height="532" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174452.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-689955" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174452.png 902w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174452-300x177.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174452-768x453.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174452-696x411.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174452-712x420.png 712w" sizes="(max-width: 902px) 100vw, 902px" /><figcaption>Left: Black Night Owl, right: Swan White</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The C71 comes with a 6.67-inch LCD screen, rocking a 720&#215;1604 resolution and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. It hits 725 nits of brightness, so the screen will remain visible even in direct sunlight. Under the hood, there’s a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/20/realme-c71-spotted-on-geekbench-with-new-chipset-but-disappointing-performance/">Unisoc T7250 chip</a> running the show, paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage—plenty for your apps, photos, and whatever else you’re hoarding. The real star here is the 6,300 mAh battery, which supports 45W SuperVOOC charging. That means you’re getting all-day power and quick top-ups.</p>

<p>For photos, this phone packs a 50 MP “AI Camera” on the back that promises sharp shots, and a 5 MP selfie camera up front. It’s a 4G-only device, but you still get modern goodies like NFC along with Bluetooth 5.2 and 2.4GHz / 5GHz Wi-Fi. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security and a single loudspeaker for your tunes or calls. Running Android 15 with Realme UI, it should feel fresh and easy to navigate.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="496" height="657" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174645.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-689957" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174645.png 496w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174645-226x300.png 226w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-174645-317x420.png 317w" sizes="(max-width: 496px) 100vw, 496px" /><figcaption>Realme C71 highlights</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>At just 196g and 7.79 mm thick, it’s surprisingly slim for such a big battery. Plus, it’s tough—MIL-STD-810H certified to survive drops from 1.5 meters. Priced at VND 3,990,000 (around $153 or ₹13,109), with some retailers slashing it to VND 3,790,000 ($145) for the launch, the C71 feels like a value-for-money deal for what it offers.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/realme/">Realme</a>’s budget-friendly C71, set to succeed the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-c61-2/">C61</a>, has surfaced on Geekbench with the Unisoc T7250 SoC, 6GB RAM, and Android 15 with Realme UI. Certified by Malaysia’s SIRIM with 45W charging, it’s a modest upgrade targeting the same price range.</p>

<p>Spotted on Geekbench under model RMX5303, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/18/realme-c75-india-launch-storage-color-revealed/">C71</a> is powered by the Unisoc T7250 SoC (previously T615), a 4G-only octa-core chip with two 1.82GHz Cortex-A75 and six 1.61GHz Cortex-A55 cores. Scoring 438 single-core and 1455 multi-core, its performance aligns with the C61’s Unisoc T612, suggesting minimal gains. The T612 averages 422 in single-core and 1509 in multi-core tests, per NanoReview, making the C71’s performance roughly comparable overall.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="580" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/realme-c71-geekbench-1024x580.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-687596" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/realme-c71-geekbench-1024x580.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/realme-c71-geekbench-300x170.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/realme-c71-geekbench-768x435.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/realme-c71-geekbench-696x394.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/realme-c71-geekbench-1068x605.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/realme-c71-geekbench-741x420.jpg 741w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/realme-c71-geekbench.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>The C71 packs 6GB RAM, matching its predecessor, and runs Android 15, a step up from the C61’s Android 14. Malaysia’s SIRIM certification confirms the RMX5303 model and 45W fast charging, a significant jump from the C61’s 15W, though it likely retains a 5,000mAh battery. Additional listings on NBTC and TDRA hint at a broader Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern release.</p>

<p>Expected to mirror the C61’s HD+ 90Hz IPS LCD, 32MP main sensor, and 5MP, selfie shooter, the C71 may offer 4GB/8GB RAM variants and 64GB/128GB storage. Although the predecessor looks modern with a flat design and two cutouts inside the rectangular camera housing for lenses, the front sticks to a waterdrop-style notch rather than a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The C71’s design remains under wraps for now, so stay tuned for more details.</p>

<p>The C71 targets budget buyers in markets like India. Will the C71’s faster charging and Android 15 make it a compelling upgrade, or does its dated chip hold it back? More details should emerge soon as Realme finalizes its launch, likely by mid-2025.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/realme/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Realme </a>is apparently planning on launching two new budget smartphones from its C series in India soon. But ahead of any official announcement, the launch date for the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-c75/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Realme C75 </a>and Realme C71 has just been revealed. We also got more details regarding the storage configurations and color options of the C75 as well, so let&#8217;s check it out.</p>

<h2>Realme C75 and C71 India Launch Date</h2>

<p>According to a <em><a href="https://www.91mobiles.com/hub/realme-c75-c71-india-launch-date-exclusive/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">91Mobiles </a></em>report, sources close to the matter have revealed that the Chinese smartphone maker might be planning on launching the Realme C75 and Realme C71 on 25th March 2025. If this is true, the latest Realme C75 and C71 are arriving mere days after the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/17/realme-p3-launch-india-for-rs16999/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Realme P3 </a>and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/12/realme-p3-ultra-back-design-thickness-confirmed/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Realme P3 Ultra</a>&#8216;s launch, which is set for March 19. </p>
