At the conference, it also unveiled other products as well, including the new Realme Buds Wireless 2 and the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme-buds-wireless-2-neo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Buds Wireless 2 Neo</a>.</p>
<figure id="attachment_390638" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-390638" style="width: 477px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-390638" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/buds-b9eaef6361.png?x44794" alt="Realme" width="477" height="503" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/buds-b9eaef6361.png 619w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/buds-b9eaef6361-284x300.png 284w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/buds-b9eaef6361-398x420.png 398w" sizes="(max-width: 477px) 100vw, 477px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-390638" class="wp-caption-text">Buds Wireless 2</figcaption></figure>
<p>The new Buds Wireless 2 features 13.6mm bass boost drivers along with support for Sony LDAC for high resolution audio and the company&#8217;s proprietary R2 chip. A notable addition with the Buds Wireless 2 is the ANC (active noise cancellation) feature that offers up to 25dB active noise cancellation. Furthermore, the new hearable from the Chinese tech giant also offers an 88ms low latency gaming mode as well, which is targeted smartphone gamers.</p>
<p>The Buds Wireless 2 adopts a neckband design and also offers magnetic controls that let users play and pause music and videos by simply joining or separating the two earbuds. Additionally, the wireless earphones support the Google fast pairing feature as well, along with a Quick Switch feature that enables the device to be connected between two paired devices. The brand claims that the Buds Wireless 2 can offer up to 22 hours of music playback on a single charge, although, turning LDAC and ANC will bring this number down to just 10 hours.</p>

<p>Notably, Realme Buds Wireless 2 also supports DART fast charging that can deliver up to 12 hours of music playback in just 10 minutes of charge and can even fully charge the device in about 50 minutes. The Chinese company has now launched yet another interesting product in Malaysia. The Realme Watch 2 <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/smartwatch">smartwatch</a> just made its entry and it is an Apple Watch look-alike.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387259" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2.jpg?x44794" alt="" width="1200" height="577" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2.jpg 1200w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-300x144.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-768x369.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-1024x492.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-696x335.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-1068x514.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-873x420.jpg 873w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /></a></p>
<p>The Watch 2 is the successor of the brand&#8217;s first smartwatch that was launched last year and named Realme Watch. Realme had earlier launched the Watch S series with two models in tow but this is the first to utilize a square design like the first-gen Realme Watch.</p>
<p>In terms of specifications, the Realme Watch 2 packs a 1.4-inch touchscreen IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 320&#215;320 pixels. The display also has up to 600 nits of brightness. It arrives with more than a hundred cool watch faces which users can choose from and this includes new live watch faces. The watch has a single button on the right-hand side for capacitive functions. The entire watch weighs 38g and it also comes with IP68 water/dust resistance.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-2.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387260" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-2.jpg?x44794" alt="Realme Watch 2" width="1200" height="699" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-2.jpg 1200w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-2-300x175.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-2-768x447.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-2-1024x596.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-2-696x405.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-2-1068x622.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-2-721x420.jpg 721w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /></a></p>
<p>As for the software, the watch brings support for over 90 sports modes which is an astronomic upgrade from 14 on the previous model. Some of the sports modes onboard include outdoor walking, basketball, yoga, indoor walking, outdoor running, indoor running, dynamic cycling, Hiking, cricket, rowing, strength training,  and an elliptical machine. Other features onboard include sleep and stress tracking, heart rate, and SpO2 monitors. The watch also supports Smart AIoT control which allows the user to control several Realme smart devices and appliances right from the smartwatch.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-3.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387261" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-3.jpg?x44794" alt="Realme Watch 2" width="1200" height="699" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-3.jpg 1200w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-3-300x175.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-3-768x447.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-3-1024x596.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-3-696x405.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-3-1068x622.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/realme-watch-2-3-721x420.jpg 721w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /></a></p>
<p>The battery is also bumped up to 315mAh from 160mAh on the first-gen Realme Watch. Thus, you can squeeze up to 12 days of usage from a single charge depending on the usage style. The watch also supports Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.</p>
<p>In terms of pricing, the Realme Watch 2 carries a decent price tag of MYR 229  ($55). There is no news about the availability yet.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>In a Facebook post, realme Malaysia says that the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme-x7-pro-5g">realme X7 Pro 5G</a> will debut in Malaysia on January 26. It&#8217;s worth noting that the company has explicitly mentioned the &#8216;Pro&#8217; like Thailand and Taiwan. However, we can&#8217;t rule out the possibility of the company launching the non-Pro(i.e., <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme-x7">realme X7</a>) variant in the future.</p>
<p>Anyway, the launch event will happen at 12:00 PM MST(UTC+08:00). Surprisingly, the event will be happening via Facebook which means you can expect a live stream on the platform. Plus, realme Malaysia also said that <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme-watch-s-pro">realme Watch S Pro</a> will accompany the X7 Pro on Jan. 26 event.</p>

<h3><strong>realme X7 Pro 5G Specifications</strong></h3>
<p>Thanks to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/09/01/realme-x7-x7-pro-with-120hz-display-dimensity-1000-64mp-quad-cameras-65w-fast-charging-launched-in-china/">early China launch</a>, we know what to expect from the realme X7 Pro Malaysian variant. We can already spot the Gradient color with that &#8216;DARE TO LEAP&#8217; slogan etching on the realme Malaysia Poster page. The Chinese variant also has two other options- Black and Fantasy White colors.</p>
<p>The device features a 6.55-inch sAMOLED 120Hz FHD+ display and is powered by MediaTek’s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-1000-plus">Dimensity 1000+</a> SoC. This is paired with up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 256 GB of UFS 2.1 storage. For cameras, we have a quad-camera setup with a 64MP main lens, an 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and depth lenses. Upfront, there is a 32MP sensor inside the top-left punch-hole for selfies.</p>
<p>Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging, SA/NSA 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi, 4K video recording, dual-frequency GPS, NFC, stereo speakers, and more. It could run Realme UI based on <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/android-10">Android 10</a> but with <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/android-11">Android 11</a> already out, it will only be fair for realme to bring that to flagship.</p>
