In early October, Realme announced a handful of new IoT and lifestyle products in India and one of them is the N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush.

The toothbrush was announced in White and Blue color variants but it appears only the former has been available for purchase until now. Realme has announced that the toothbrush is now available in blue. The announcement was made earlier today by the Realme Link Twitter account.

The new blue variant will sell for the same ₹799 (~$11) price tag as the white version and can be purchased on the Realme India website.

The N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush comes with DuPont antibacterial bristles with blue bristles which remind you to change the head when their color fades. It has three cleaning modes – soft mode for sensitive teeth, a clean mode for daily use, and a polish mode for shinning teeth. It also has a memory function that remembers the last mode you used and a 30-second interval reminder that tells you to switch to a different area.

It is powered by a high-frequency sonic motor that can vibrate up to 20,000 times per minute. There is an 800mAh battery inside the toothbrush that will last up to 130 days on a single charge if you brush twice a day for 2 minutes each time in soft mode. Realme has also added a USB-C port at the bottom for charging with over-voltage and over-charge protection.

While it sure is good news to know that you can pick up the toothbrush in a new color, Realme has failed to list replaceable heads on the site, instead, it says that it can be purchased at authorized service centers. Sure, offline availability is great but listing it online is very necessary. There are folks who want to purchase the toothbrush with extra heads right away, why make them go to a store to do that?

Sonic N1 Electric Toothbrush, Selfie Tripod, and 20000mAh Power Bank 2

The Realme N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush is an IPX7 water-resistant device with an 800mAh battery that promises 130 days of battery life on a single charge. It is equipped with 99.99 percent anti-bacterial bristles, 20,000 times/min high-frequency sonic motor, and USB-C. It comes in blue and white color options.

The Realme Selfie Tripod that comes with Bluetooth 5.1 support can extend up to 60cm. It has an aluminum body, a 360-degree rotating holder, and a separate Bluetooth remote control. The 20000mAh Power Bank 2 which comes in yellow and black color variants comes with support for 18W charging. It has two USB-A ports and a USB-C port, and it is equipped with 14 layers of circuit protection.

The Realme Smart Cam 360° and Smart Plug are priced at Rs 2,999 (~$41) and Rs 799 (~$11), respectively. The N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush and 20000mAh Power Bank 2 are priced at Rs 799 (~$11) and Rs 1,599 (~$22). These products are scheduled to go on sale at 12 AM on Oct. 16 through platforms such as Realme.com and Flipkart. The Selfie Pro priced at Rs 1,199 (~$16) will be up for purchase from 12 AM on Oct. 13 through Realme.com and Amazon India.

Ahead of tomorrow’s launch event, the specs and features of the Realme Smart Cam 360° and the Realme N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush have been revealed. According to the source, Sudhanshu (@sudhanshu1414), Realme posted the spec sheet on its official website for a short while before taking them down.

Realme Smart Cam 360°

The Realme Smart Cam 360° with model number RMH2001 has support for 1080p video recording and a field of view of 105°. It also has AI motion detection, infrared night vision, 360° panoramic vision, voice talkback, full color in low light, and multiple protection. One of the images shows that users can add stickers to the camera to make it look interesting. However, it is not stated that the stickers are included in the box.

There is a MicroSD card slot that allows users to add up to 128GB of storage. The spec sheet says it connects via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and will send push notifications via the Realme Link app. The camera is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.

The smart home security camera weighs 190 grams and measures 114.3 x 71 x 65.8 millimeters. The power input rating for the Realme Smart Cam 360° is 5W and Realme includes a power adapter and USB cable in the box. There is also a wall-mounting accessory inside too.

Realme N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush

The Realme N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush has model number RMH2013. There is a high-frequency sonic motor with an RPM of 20,000 and a noise level of 55db that draws power from an 800mAh battery. Realme claims the battery life is up to 130 days and the spec sheet says it charges via a USB-C port at the bottom of the brush. The power input rating is just 5W and there are three charging protections built into the device.

The toothbrush ships with DuPoint 99.99% Antibacterial bristles made from food-grade material. It has three cleaning modes – Soft Mode for sensitive teeth, Clean Mode for daily use, and Polish Mode for shinning teeth. There is also a memory function that remembers the last mode you used.

The toothbrush will alert you after 30 seconds to switch to a different area in your mouth. After 2 minutes, the toothbrush will automatically stop. There are blue indicator bristles that alert you to replace the cleaning head once their color fades. When it launches tomorrow, we should know how much replacement bristles cost.

As earlier reported, it will be available in Blue and White. The spec sheet also reveals the toothbrush weighs 60 grams and has an IPX7 rating, so you can wash it under running water. Realme says the toothbrush also has a 1-year warranty.

It appears the only thing we do not know about these two products is their price tags.

Realme’s October 7 launch event is going to big as the manufacturer plans to announce a handful of products. Alongside two new earphones including new TWS earbuds; a SLED TV; and a home security camera; Realme has now revealed that it will also announce an electric toothbrush, a new power bank, and the soundbar it teased a few months ago.

Realme N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush

Realme’s first electric toothbrush will launch as the Realme N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush. The teaser poster shows the brush will come in two colors – Blue and White. It also shows it has a power button and LEDs (for battery level indication) on the stem.

We do not know if the toothbrush will support USB charging or inductive charging as a charging port is not visible. Nevertheless, it should be quite affordable.

Realme 20000mAh Power Bank 2

Back in May, Realme launched the Realme 10000mAh Power Bank 2 in India. The power bank has 18W two-way fast charging and is available in yellow and black colorways. On Wednesday, the manufacturer will announce a version with a 20000mAh battery capacity for those who want one with a bigger capacity.

As seen in the image, this version is thicker but comes in yellow and black just like the 10000mAh variant. It has two USB-A ports and a USB-C port. We expect it to also support 18W two-way fast charging.

The 10000mAh version has a price tag of INR 999 (~$14). We presume this should sell for nothing less than INR 1,299 (~$18).

Realme 100W Soundbar

A few months ago, Realme revealed it has a soundbar on the way. It has now confirmed that it will launch the 100W Soundbar at its event on Wednesday. A poster shared on Twitter by the CEO, Madhav Sheth, shows the soundbar will have a separate subwoofer that is quite tall. Expect it to cost more than Xiaomi’s Mi Soundbar which is priced at INR 4,999 (~$68).
