Realme has confirmed the launch date of its upcoming P-series smartphone, the Realme P4R 5G, in India. The handset is set to arrive next week and the company has already revealed several key details, including its battery capacity, display features, camera hardware, and design. The device will be available through Flipkart and Realme’s online store following its debut.

Realme P4R 5G launch date and key features

The Realme P4R 5G will launch in India on June 10 at 12pm IST. The smartphone will be offered in Titanium Glare, Silver Glare, and Lavender Glare colour options. It introduces a new Floating Light design along with a customizable Pulse Light and AI Power Light system that can provide visual notifications for calls, music playback, gaming activities, and alerts.

One of the biggest highlights of the handset is its 8,000mAh battery. Realme claims the battery can deliver up to three days of usage on a single charge. The phone supports 45W fast charging and includes features such as bypass charging, reverse charging, AI-powered power management, and a battery health engine that is said to maintain more than 80 percent battery health after several years of use. The company has also equipped the device with a 5,300 sq mm vapor chamber cooling system to help manage heat during demanding tasks.

The Realme P4R 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and will run Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0. The handset is confirmed to offer 256GB of storage and up to 14GB Dynamic RAM. It also carries MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification and an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.

For visuals, the smartphone features a flat display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 1,200 nits peak brightness for improved outdoor visibility. Photography duties are handled by a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel AI camera. For durability, the smartphone will have a military-grade certified body along with an IP65 level of dust and splash resistance.

Realme may soon expand its smartphone lineup in India with two new 5G models. Recent leaks suggest the company is preparing to launch the Realme 16T and the Realme P4R, with details about their memory configurations, color options, and model numbers already surfacing online.

The information comes from tipster Abhishek Yadav. According to the leak, the Realme 16T carries the model number RMX5268 and could become the fourth device in the Realme 16 series.

The phone is expected to arrive in three RAM and storage variants:

6GB RAM + 128GB storage

8GB RAM + 128GB storage

8GB RAM + 256GB storage

As for colors, the device may be offered in Starlight Red, Starlight Black, and Aurora Green. The naming suggests Realme might once again lean toward bright or glossy finishes.

Alongside the 16T, Realme is also reportedly working on the Realme P4R, carrying the model number RMX5266. This model appears to target a slightly lower price segment within the company’s lineup.

The leaked configurations for the P4R include:

6GB RAM + 256GB storage

Color options for the device are said to include Silver Glare, Titanium Glare, and Lavender Glare. Compared to the 16T, the finishes here sound a bit more subtle.

Based on the memory options alone, the Realme 16T appears to sit above the P4R in the lineup, offering slightly higher RAM configurations for users who want a bit more headroom for multitasking or gaming.

For now, other specifications such as the processor, display, cameras, and battery capacity remain unknown. However, Realme has been focusing on longer battery life, faster charging, and improved design in its recent mid-range phones, so similar hardware could appear here as well.
