Today, the Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth took to the official community site to reveal the Narzo 30 Pro 5G in reality.</p>
<p><a href="%5bExclusive%5d%20Asus%20ROG%20Phone%205%20is%20indeed%20launching%20soon.%20Provided%20there%20are%20no%20last%20moment%20changes,%20the%20device%20will%20make%20it's%20way%20to%20India%20as%20well%20in%20March.">On the community page</a>, Sheth can be seen holding a Narzo 30 series handset. Since ‘Narzo 30 Pro 5G’ is mentioned in the blue-colored retail boxes, it appears that he could be holding the same handset. The device has a rectangle-shaped camera module with three cameras and an LED flash.</p>
<p>The Narzo branding can also be towards the bottom of the back panel. Recent reports have claimed that the Narzo 30 Pro 5G has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Since the image on the community page is not clear, it is difficult to tell whether the device shown by Sheth has a side-facing fingerprint sensor.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-371678" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Realme-Narzo-30-Pro-5G-rear-view.jpg?x44794" alt="Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G rear view" width="1200" height="800" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Realme-Narzo-30-Pro-5G-rear-view.jpg 1200w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Realme-Narzo-30-Pro-5G-rear-view-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Realme-Narzo-30-Pro-5G-rear-view-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Realme-Narzo-30-Pro-5G-rear-view-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Realme-Narzo-30-Pro-5G-rear-view-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Realme-Narzo-30-Pro-5G-rear-view-1068x712.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Realme-Narzo-30-Pro-5G-rear-view-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /></p>
<p>The community post by Sheth states that the company will be letting selected community members try its unreleased products before launch to share their experience. The company has chosen five highly active community members to try the new Narzo phones.</p>
<p>Rumors have it that the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-narzo-30-pro/">Narzo 30 Pro 5G</a> will be a rebadged edition of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-q2">Realme Q2</a> that was announced in China last year. The Realme Q2 has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD punch-hole display that produces a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The Realme UI-based Android 10 OS comes preinstalled on the phone.</p>
<p>The handset has a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-800u">Dimensity 800U</a> chipset, 4 GB / 6 GB of LPPDR4x RAM, and 128 GB of UFS 2.1 storage. It has a microSD card slot for more storage. It has a front camera of 16-megapixel and a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera system. It has a side-facing fingerprint scanner.</p>
<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-x7-5g">Realme X7 5G</a> is currently available as the cheapest 5G phone in India. It is said that the Narzo 30 Pro 5G will soon take over the title from X7 5G as it is expected to come with a cheaper price tag.</p>

A smartphone with RMX2117 model number has appeared in the database of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Since the RMX2117 model number belongs to the Realme Q2, the BIS certification suggests that it may soon debut in India.</p>
<p>As can be seen in the screenshot shared by tipster <em>Mukul Sharma, </em>a listing of the RMX2117 has appeared at BIS. As usual, the BIS listing has no information on its specs. Realme’s Q-series is exclusively available in China so far. Hence, it is likely that the Realme Q2 could be arriving with a different moniker in India.</p>

The handset had arrived as a rebadged edition of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-5-pro">Realme 5 Pro</a> that was made available in markets like India. Recent reports have claimed that the Realme RMX2173 that was <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/09/19/alleged-realme-q-rmx2117-series-smartphone-appears-in-tenaa-along-with-rmx2173-phone/">approved by China’s TENAA</a> telecom regulatory body recently will be debuting in the home market as a new Realme Q series. Since the official name of the device is under wraps, the rumor mill has been calling it the Realme Q2 smartphone. Speculations are rife that it <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/09/28/realme-q-series-new-phone-likely-to-launch-on-october-13/">may debut on Oct. 13</a>. The device has now appeared on AnTuTu with a 519K+ average benchmarking score.</p>
<p>The purported Realme Q2 has scored an average score of 519,925 on AnTuTu. It is an average of the CPU, GPU, memory, and UX benchmarks test that was carried out on the device. At present, there is no information available on the chipset that fuels the device. Its TENAA listing had revealed that it is driven by an octa-core processor that works at 2.4GHz.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-345367" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-RMX2173-AnTuTU.jpeg?x44794" alt="Realme RMX2173 AnTuTU" width="576" height="1280" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-RMX2173-AnTuTU.jpeg 576w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-RMX2173-AnTuTU-135x300.jpeg 135w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-RMX2173-AnTuTU-461x1024.jpeg 461w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-RMX2173-AnTuTU-189x420.jpeg 189w" sizes="(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px" /></p>
<p>In terms of specs, the alleged Realme Q2 appears to be a downgraded version of the Realme X7 as it has identical measurements and specs. The only noticeable difference is that the purported Q2 has downgraded front and rear cameras. Soon after its appearance at TENAA, the rumor mill had speculated that it <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/09/28/realme-q-series-new-phone-likely-to-launch-on-october-13/">could be called Realme X7 Lite</a>, but newer reports have claimed that it could be the next Realme Q series smartphone.</p>

<h3><strong>Realme Q2 specifications (Rumored)</strong></h3>
<p>The Realme Q2 has a 6.43-inch S-AMOLED panel that produces full HD+ resolution and it has an in-screen fingerprint reader. The phone is loaded with Android 10 OS and it has a front camera of 16-megapixel.</p>

<p>The rear side of the device has a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quadruple-camera setup. The 2.4GHz octa-core SoC is coupled with 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM and it houses a dual-cell battery. The phone is expected to ship with a 65W fast charger. It may arrive in 128 GB and 256 GB storage choices in China.</p>

It is being speculated that this device could be a Realme series smartphone. A Chinese tipster with a decent track record <a href="https://www.weibo.com/6048569942/JmGDw0UDh?from=page_1005056048569942_profile&amp;wvr=6&amp;mod=weibotime">has claimed</a> that it will go official on Oct. 13.</p>
<p>Earlier this week, two Realme phones with model numbers RMX2173 and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/09/22/realme-rmx2117-q-series-phones-full-specifications-leaked-at-tenaa/">Realme RMX2117</a> were approved by the TENAA authority of China. Since the RMX2173 phone has specs similar to the Realme X7 that has a model number of RMX2176, it was speculated that the RMX2173 <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/09/22/purported-realme-x7-lite-full-specifications-emerge-through-tenaa-listing/">may break cover as the Realme X7 Lite</a>. The reason behind it is that its specs are an exact match with the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-x7">Realme X7</a>v and the only major difference is that it has downgraded cameras. According to the Chinese tipster, the Realme RMX2173 will debut as a Realme Q series phone.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-344916" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-Q-likely-to-launch-on-October-13.png?x44794" alt="" width="896" height="282" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-Q-likely-to-launch-on-October-13.png 896w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-Q-likely-to-launch-on-October-13-300x94.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-Q-likely-to-launch-on-October-13-768x242.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Realme-Q-likely-to-launch-on-October-13-696x219.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 896px) 100vw, 896px" /></p>
<p>The first phone in the series was <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-q">Realme Q</a> and had debuted in September 2019 as rebranded <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-5-pro">Realme 5 Pro</a>. While the rumor mill has dubbed the next Realme Q phone as the Realme Q2, the company is yet to officially confirm its moniker. Also, the October 13 launch date suggested by the tipster is also not yet confirmed by the firm.</p>

<h3><strong>Realme Q2 specifications (Rumored)</strong></h3>
<p>The alleged <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme-q2">Realme Q2</a> measures 160.9 x 74.4 x 8.1mm and weighs 175 grams. The device is equipped with a 6.43-inch S-AMOLED punch-hole full HD+ display that offers a 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen is integrated with a fingerprint sensor.
