At the end of September, Realme unveiled the world’s first SLED 4K smart TV in China. Today, the Chinese firm held an exclusive launch event in India to announce the Realme 7 Pro SE, Realme 7i, and a couple of IoT products. The company also used the same platform to announce the first-ever SLED 4K Smart TV along with a 100W Soundbar for the Indian audience.

Realme SLED 4K smart TV specifications and features

The Realme SLED 4K smart TV has a 55-inch display panel that supports 108 percent NTSC ultra-wide color gamut. The TUV Rheinland certified screen can effectively reduce harmful blue light. According to Realme, most LED TVs including QLED use of a blue backlight which is turned to white, whereas he SLED technology RGB for the initial stage, which makes it possible to reduce the detrimental blue light and offer a better viewing experience with higher color purity.

The SLED TV offers a high screen-to-body ratio of 94.6 percent and its sports a 9.5mm super-slim metal frame. It is equipped with a metal stand. Realme is offering free wall mount for the buyers of the SLED 4K TV.

The SLED 4K TV is a certified Android TV which gives access to built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant. It comes with unlimited access to content on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and Google Play. The SLED TV is fueled by a 64-bit quad-core processor by MediaTek. When it comes to connectivity, the smart TV offers features like 2.4GHz/5GHz WI-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, three HDMI ports, two USB ports, tuner, LAN, headphone out and COAX. The remote control that ships with the smart TV have dedicated buttons for Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, and Google Assistant.

Realme 100W Soundbar specifications and features

The Realme 100W Soundbar has a body that is made out of metal and skin-like material. It houses a 2.1 channel acoustic system that comprises of 60W full-range quad speakers and 40W subwoofer. This allows the soundbar to deliver clear and crisp mid and high-frequency sound output with a deep and punching bass. The device offers connectivity features like Bluetooth, AUX, ARC, COAX, OPT, and USB.

Realme SLED 4K Smart TV and 100W Soundbar pricing and availability in India

The Realme SLED 4K Smart TV which comes in a sole color of Black is priced at Rs 42,999 (~$586). However, during the first sale, it can be bought at a discounted price of Rs 39,999 (~$545). The pre-bookings for the SLED 4K Smart TV begin at 12 AM on Oct. 16 through Realme.com and Flipkart. SBI bank card users can take advantage of a 10 percent instant discount on the SLED 4K smart TV.

The Realme 100W Soundbar also comes in Black color and it costs Rs 6,999 (~$95). Amazon India, Flipkart, and Realme.com will carry out the first sales of the soundbar from 12 AM on Oct. 16.
