The MIUI 13 updates for the Redmi Note 10 Pro and Note 10 Pro Max rolled out a few days ago. Redmi India has acknowledged the issue and announced an offer of comprehensive technical support and repairs for all affected devices. The service is available in over 2000 Xiaomi Authorized Service Centers across the subcontinent at no extra cost. Xiaomi India also apologized for the glitch, stressing that it is committed to delivering a user-centric experience beyond customer expectations.

We regret any inconvenience caused to our users. We are committed to delivering a user-centric experience that exceed our user's expectations. (2/2)

The camera issue for Redmi Note 10 devices is not the first such incident in recent times. Display issues were reported by Redmi Note 10 owners last December, while motherboard issues were reported for the POCO X3 Pro earlier this year. Xiaomi stated that the display issue was reported in only a small percentage (0.001%) of users. The motherboard issue was also acknowledged, with a free service and an extended 6-month warranty also offered.
