Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 12 stable update to Redmi Note 8Pro users in India. This was announced on the brand’s MIUI India social media handles.

The update comes with build number V12.0.1.0 QGGINXM and has a file size of 641MB.
The official changelog shows that the update brings an all-new physically-based animation engine with advanced architecture aimed at providing a refreshed look to the device. The update also brings new dynamic window technology which takes switching screen orientation to a new level.

Further, the new MIUI 12 also brings new System visuals which work for all types of content and languages.  Other features include a new control centre, granular permission management for apps, revamped Settings app, Dark Mode 2.0, and more.

To download the new update on your Redmi Note 8 Pro, head over to Settings – About phone – System update and then click on download and update your device.
