At the Redmi 10X series launch event, the brand also announced the Redmi Smart TV X series. This new TV series from the company comes in three sizes and starts under 2,000 Yuan ($280) for the 50-inch model.

Redmi Smart TV X Series Specifications

The all-new Redmi Smart TV X series brings premium features at affordable price tags. It comes in three sizes namely 50”, 55”, and 65” respectively. But all of them have identical specifications.

All the three models in the series feature 4K panel with NTSC 85%  wide color gamut. Further, they have a 97% screen to body ratio and metal frame to offer better build quality.

These TVs also come with MEMC (Motion Estimation Motion Compensation) technology with 60Hz intelligent compensation algorithm to provide smooth content playback.

For audio, the Redmi Smart TV X features 4 x 12.5W speakers with an 8-unit subwoofer system to offer immersive sound experience at home. It supports popular sound technologies like Dolby Audio and DTS-HD.

For memory, these TVs come with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. They also feature far-field built-in mics for voice control just like the recently launched Honor X1 Smart TV.

Redmi Smart TV X Series Price

As mentioned earlier, the Redmi Smart TV X Series has three size variants. But the brand has only revealed the price for two models, leaving the cheapest one under 2,000 Yuan a mystery for the time being.

• Redmi Smart TV X65 – 3,299 Yuan ($462)
• Redmi Smart TV X55 – 2,299 Yuan ($322)
• Redmi Smart TV X50 – 1,x99 Yuan (≤ $280)

Earlier today, Redmi officially shared a poster revealing Redmi 10X in all its glory after the announcement of MediaTek Dimensity 820, which will be powering it. A few hours later, Lu Weibing, the general manager of the brand shared another teasing the launch of Redmi TV X50, X55, and X65 alongside the aforementioned budget 5G handset.

Although we know some of the specifications of Redmi 10X courtesy of multiple leaks, there’s not a single detail available regarding the upcoming Redmi TV X series that includes X50, X55, X65. 

Mr Weibeing simply said that these TVs will be excellence in design, picture quality, sound, and smart experience in his post. Since the launch will take place next week on May 26, a day after Realme’s event, we can expect the brand to share more teasers revealing the specs of these TVs.

As for Redmi 10X, it is confirmed to come in four colors  – Dark Blue, Violet, Gold, and White. The same was leaked on Saturday along with the info that the device will be available in two variants – Standard and Pro respectively.

As per the Geekbench listings, the Redmi 10X and Redmi 10X Pro could bear model numbers M2004J7AC and M2004J7BC. The former was also spotted on TENAA revealing it to feature a triple camera setup and FHD AMOLED display with an in-screen fingerprint sensor.

This means the only difference between the Standard and Pro variants could be the cameras. The teaser poster shared earlier today could be of Redmi 10X Pro since it has a quad-camera setup.
