At the end of July, OPPO announced the Reno4 Pro smartphone in India. Unlike the 5G-ready Chinese variant that debuted in June, the Reno4 Pro for India came with LTE support and different specs. Now, the Chinese manufacturer has unveiled the OPPO Reno4 Pro Galactic Blue Edition smartphone for India. The device comes with a signature of the popular Indian cricketer MS Dhoni.

OPPO Reno4 Pro Galactic Blue Edition price in India

The Reno4 Pro Galactic Blue Edition smartphone comes in a blue-themed retail package. Inside the package is the Galactic Blue variant of the OPPO Reno4 Pro that features Dhoni’s signature on its rear. The Reno4 Pro Galactic Blue Edition comes with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The device is priced at Rs 34,990 (~$476) and its sales are scheduled to begin on Sept. 24 through Flipkart.

The OPPO Reno4 Pro regular edition comes in two colors such as Starry Night and Silky White. It also carries the same price tag of Rs 34,990.

OPPO Reno4 Pro Galactic Blue Edition specifications

The OPPO Reno4 Pro Galactic Blue Edition has the specs as its regular version. It is fitted with a 6.55-inch S-AMOLED display with a punch-hole design. The screen that is integrated with a fingerprint reader offers a 20:9 aspect ratio, Full HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180 touch sampling rate. The Snapdragon 720G fuels the device with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.1 storage. The phone offers users with a dedicated microSD card slot.

The rear side of the Reno4 Pro Galactic Blue Edition has a quad-camera setup that includes a Sony IMX586 48-megapixel main snapper, a 119-degree ultrawide shooter, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel mono lens. For selfies, it flaunts a Sony IMX616 32-megapixel front camera. The phone houses a 4,000mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. The ColorOS 7.2 based Android 10 OS comes preinstalled on the device.
