Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ last week appeared in a Cardinal Red colour that is a brighter shade than the Burgundy Red we saw the Galaxy S9/S9+ in. The new colour variant is now listed on a Swiss retailer’s website with a price tag of CHF899 ($895/€803). The listing also reveals that this new version will be only available with 128GB storage.

Apart from the new paint job, the hardware will remain the same as other color variants of this smartphone. In addition, the Galaxy S10+ will also be hitting stores in Cardinal Red, and the variant was also spotted on Samsung Switzerland website as part of a cashback offer. According to the schedule, successful orders for both models will ship next month (June).

Announcing a new color variant of its flagships is now a tradition Samsung has adopted for a while now. It is a smart marketing move and a good way to reinvigorate interest in the phones. We expect the variant to roll out soon in select markets.
