Samsung has just launched a new gaming monitor from its popular Odyssey series. The new model is the Odyssey Ark, which is the first ever curved gaming monitor that has a 55 inch display with 1000R curvature.

The South Korean tech giant’s latest gaming monitor sports a 55 inch panel that has a curved display that supports 165Hz high refresh rate. Other features include, a 1ms response time (GtG), an all new cockpit mode, the Ark Dial, and an innovative controller as well. Through the 1000R curvature, the company promises to offer an immersive gaming experience.

The Odyssey Ark also arrives with Samsung’s Quantum Matrix technology, which controls the densely packed LEDs. The monitor also features a Matte Display and Sound Dome technology that helps enhance the Odyssey Ark’s cinematic experience. It even has an AI Sound Booster and Dolby Atmos to enhance the surround sound experience with a 60W 2.2.2 channel.

This new gaming monitor arrives with the Samsung Gaming Hub is a game streaming discovery portal where gamers can find and play games from Xbox, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Google Stadia, Utomik, and Amazon Luna. The Samsung 55 inch Odyssey Ark 4K UHD Gaming Monitor is currently available for pre orders on Samsung online store and has a price tag of 3,499 US Dollars.
