Samsung Odyssey Ark 55-inch monitor has been launched in India. It comes with a curved display and is aimed at gamers. The monitor is a flagship offering with premium specifications. It was also launched in the US in August. Read on to know what the device offers.

For starters, the Samsung Odyssey Ark has a 1000R curvature. The monitor’s stand can adjust the height, pivoting, swivelling, and tilting. It can also be used in portrait orientation. As for the display, the monitor boasts a 55-inch screen with QLED technology and Mini-LED lightning. It offers 4K resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, and 2,000 nits peak brightness. It also features AMD’s Freesync Premium Pro for a variable refresh rate. The monitor also comes with a 1ms response time, eye saver mode, flicker-free, and adaptive picture features. 

On the audio front, the Samsung Odyssey Ark is equipped with four speakers and two woofers. It is capable of producing 60W sound output with support for Dolby Atmos. 

The Samsung Odyssey Ark gaming monitor runs on Tizen OS that gives users access to Apple+, Disney+, Netflix, and Prime Video. It comes with built-in Alexa. There is also Samsung Game Hub that allows user access Amazon Luna, Microsoft Xbox Cloud, and Nvidia GeForce.

Connectivity options on the Samsung Odyssey Ark include WiFi-5, Miracast, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, USB-C connector, Ethernet port, and four HDMI 2.1 ports. 

The Samsung Odyssey Ark carries a price tag of Rs 2,19,999. It can be purchased from Samsung online and offline stores across the country.
