<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The leaks come from the team over at </span><a href="https://xiaomiui.net/xiaomi-8-gen-1-plus-devices-22669/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Xiaomiui</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">, as the team has discovered several Snapdragon </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Xiaomi</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> devices that are currently in development, most notably the ones with the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-1-plus/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> chipset, via </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Xiaomi</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">’s MIUI Internal Source Code. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The internal source code references a list of devices that are utilising an unannounced SM8475 chipset, in which SM8475 is the codename for the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-1-plus/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">. The list mentions 5 internal codenamed devices, which can then be traced back to 6 upcoming </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Xiaomi</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> devices with their respective marketing names that will be sporting the unannounced flagship chipset: </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Out of the 6 devices, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra is expected to be the brand’s first flagship to sport the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-1-plus/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">, as an earlier <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/04/08/xiaomi-12-ultra-poster-reveals-alleged-launch-date/">leaked poster of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra</a> was circulating around in April citing that the device is due to be launched on May 10th. </span></p>
